"Aren't you going to propose to me tonight? My time is now on?" moda Adrienne while showing her sweet smile.

Aaric involuntarily smiled at the funny behavior of the woman beside him. Adrienne was stunned by the smile she had first seen since meeting the man.

"Your smile is beautiful" Adrienne said involuntarily.

"Forget it," said Aaric coldly trying to hide a faint red tinge on his cheek.

Aaric runs the car to the hospital. Arriving at the hospital, the doctor said that the twins had been allowed to go home but still had to increase rest and asked the family to take care of administration.

"Let me take care of his administration. You just accompany Savannah and Annette" said Adrienne.

Aaric nodded then handed her black card to the woman and the woman came out to administer the twins' return with a sumringah. Before long, the woman had returned and handed Aaric a black card and hospital bill.

Savannah, Annette and the twins return with Nikolai. At first Adrienne wanted to go with the twins but Aaric forbade her on the pretext that the car was full. Eventually Aaric and Adrienne returned home in the man's personal black sports car. When they all arrived, when they were about to go inside, Nikolai called out to him.

"Rick, can I talk to you for a second?" asked Nikolai to hold back Aaric's steps.

"You guys get in first. Me and Niko will follow" said Aaric and approached Nikolai.

"Rick, did you forget today that there's a birthday party for the youngest son of the shakita family?"

Aaric immediately patted his forehead. He had indeed forgotten about it because a lot had happened lately.

"What time is the party?" aaric asked while massaging his forehead.

"The party starts at eight o'clock at Vino's nightclub."

"Reservation of my presence with Adrienne" Aaric said briefly, looking at the watch in his hand.

"Well," said Nikolai then passed.

The watch in his hand showed the number one, there were still a few hours before the youngest son's party of one of his business associates. He walks into the house and sees Adrienne having a conversation with Annette and Savannah.

"Where are Abellard and Damien?" asked Aaric who suddenly made the heads of the three women turn to him.

"They've been sleeping in the room" Adrienne replied.

"alright. Anne, you come with me" Aaric said, then went back out of the house.

Adrienne says goodbye to Annette and Savannah and follows Aaric out of the house. Arriving outside, Aaric asks the woman to re-enter her black sports car and soundlessly drives the car back across the street. Half an hour later, the two of them had already arrived at a boutique that only sold party dresses.

After trying on dozens of dresses, Adrienne's choice fell on a simple black dress with a tear to the side of her thigh.

She hoped that Aaric would also like her choice of dress because she was already tired of trying on dozens of dresses. It turned out that Aaric also liked it and immediately paid at the cashier. From the boutique, Aaric brought Adrienne to lunch as it was almost afternoon and he knew the woman next to him had not eaten from morning. After eating, they went straight home.

Arriving at home, Aaric went to the car he used to wear to the office and took a bag of groceries. He gave the pouch to Adrienne and the woman opened to look at the contents of the pouch. It turned out that the bag contained five titles of books he had chosen the other day while with the twins at the bookstore.

"Aaric, here..."

"Take. Think of it as a thank you for taking care of Abellard and Damien" Aaric said flatly.

"Thank you" said Adrienne Sumringah.

Aaric then asked Adrienne to rest and woke herself up at seven in the evening because there would be an event he attended with the woman. He also told the woman to wear the dress she had just bought. Without saying much, Aaric went into the room and laid himself on the bed and fell asleep.

Adrienne herself went into her room carrying a bag of dresses and books that Aaric had bought. After locking the door, Adrienne danced around in circles because she was too happy. He promised in his heart to do anything for the sake of this family, even though he was not part of this family. Aaric's kindness was enough to arouse his loyalty as one of the cold man's subordinates.

"No wonder Nikolai was so loyal to Aaric. It turned out not because of fear but because of the kindness of the man even though he was unpredictable," Adrienne said in her heart.

Adrienne spent her time reading one of the five titles Aaric gave her to sleep. He awoke as an orange ray of light rushed into the room and through his eyes. Slowly Adrienne adjusted her eyes to the twilight sun and glanced at the wall clock in her room. The clock pointed to the number six and he immediately got ready to take care of the twins and half an hour later had already returned to his room.

Adrienne took a shower and cleaned herself with only fifteen minutes. She wore a black dress that Aaric had bought for her and then sprayed a bit of the perfume that Aaric had also bought onto her body. Her slightly wavy long hair was left untouched and clamped slightly to the left right by leaving a little short haircut on each side. Her face was polished with natural makeup and lip coloring with a smooth color.

At exactly seven o'clock in the evening, Adrienne rushed to Aaric's room to wake the man up. He knocked on the man's room but only quietly greeted him. He tried to knock even harder but was still silent. He finally ventured to open the door of Aaric's unlocked room and saw the man still coiled comfortably in his bed accompanied by the faint light of the moonlight.

"Aaric, wake. It's seven" said Adrienne, standing next to Aaric's bed.

Aaric shook his head and Adrienne took the initiative to gently shake the man's body for him to wake up. Aaric moved a little then subconsciously pulled Adrienne's hand so that she fell down in a lying position. Aaric's strong hands hugged the skinny body and placed his head in the recess of Adrienne's neck. The woman just fell silent stiff trying to digest what happened.

The faint fragrance of the foreign perfume that Adrienne wore burst into Aaric's sense of smell and awakened the man slowly. Adrienne's face from the side welcomed her sense of sight and made her round her eyes.

"What are you doing here?" aaric asked with a distinctive hoarse voice of waking up.

"Sa..I want to wake you up tap.but you pulled me up so ki.we are in this position," replied Adrienne nervously.

"Come out and wait below. I will prepare" said Aaric, releasing his hand from Adrienne's body.
