Hearing the two cheerful voices approaching her ears made Aaric's smile expand. He immediately got up from his seat of greatness then headed towards the two twins and embraced them.

"The heroes of Dad's champ have come," said Aaric, crouching and hugging the two children who were greeted with a hug back from them.

After releasing his embrace, Aaric looked at them one by one full of probes, "Why did you get here so quickly?"

This time, Nikolai, Aaric's bodyguard who answered the question indirectly, "Sorry Sir. It's lunchtime now. Do you want to buy lunch?"

Hearing Nikolai's question, Gio who was still there immediately laughed out loud. Aaric immediately gave his deadliest gaze until finally, after his laughter subsided, only then did Gio tell him the reason.

"Aaric, my man. You must have told Nikolai to pick up these two heroes this afternoon, right?" asked Gio who was greeted with a nod from Aaric then he continued, "It's already twelve and a half, it's noon, and you're still asking why they can get here so quickly."

Realizing it made a red tinge adorn Aaric's face but it could be covered up by the man quickly. He turned back to his two heroes and asked them what they wanted to eat.

"Spaghetti" cried Abel, the first twin.

"Pizza," cried Damien, the youngest twin.

Aaric smiled at their enthusiasm and then rose from his squatting position towards Nikolai. The twins immediately ran towards Gio who greeted Gio by tickling the brand simultaneously.

"Niko, please buy me two servings of spaghetti, two servings of pizza, two vanilla milkshakes and three iced lattes," aaric's edict took out a few pieces of money and gave them to Nikolai who was answered with a nod from the bodyguard.

After Nikolai left, Aaric turned to Gio and continued his deadly gaze.

"You shouldn't laugh at me, Gio. You embarrassed me in front of my own bodyguard" Aaric said in a heavy voice.

"Sorry, Aaric. You haven't seen the time yourself when you ask the twins" Gio replied, still holding back a laugh.

"I am a busy man. It's only natural that sometimes I can forget time."

"Busy what. Your job is to just sit daydreaming all day in your big chair."

Aaric only fell silent as Gio revealed the reality in front of his face. Aaric himself is indeed more often daydreaming because he still has not forgotten the figure of the past, Felicia, who left herself without any reason, disappeared as if swallowed by the earth.

On Lalin's side, Nikolai smiled as he closed the door of Aaric's room, his employer, after getting an order to buy food and drinks. The smile was caught by the eyes of a woman not far from there, making the woman who had long been attracted to the bodyguard fascinated with that smile.

As Nikolai turned around, his eyes met the eyes of the woman, who was still looking at him in disbelief. The man immediately put on a flat face and turned his face away then stepped away from the area.

"Your smile is so sweet, Nikolai. It's a pity that that smile will never be mine" the woman muttered after Nikolai's shadow disappeared into the elevator door.

Suddenly his phone rang out to shake the woman's daydream and deftly answered the call.

"Good day, sir," she said to the person across the phone.

"Savannah, come here for a while and bring my schedule, '" said the person across the phone.

"All right, sir" the woman replied, then turned off the phone and prepared what was requested. Before long, the woman called Savannah, who was Aaric's personal assistant stepped into his superior's room after preparing what the man had asked for.

The door was knocked slowly by Savannah and permission was granted by the person who answered from behind the door. The woman pushed slowly through the door of the room and stepped in with the sound of the heels she was wearing and stopped in front of Aaric.

"Savannah, is there anything important I should do today?" ask Aaric.

Savannah opened a tablet that is a company asset given Aaric to facilitate his work and was busy tinkering with it. After she finished fiddling with the tablet and got what she wanted, she read out Aaric's entire schedule that day.

"You have a lunch appointment with the owner of Walter Group at one o'clock" Savannah said.

"Depending to tomorrow afternoon," replied Aaric firmly.

Savannah provided additional notes on the schedule and continued.

"You have a business review meeting with hotel manager Paradis Sur Terre at three in the afternoon."

"good. Continue."

"Meet cooperation with the owner of the Schlafen hotel at four in the afternoon."

"Deploy to seven at night at once arrange dinner with that person."

"Hour seven nights you have an appointment with one of the shareholders of Paradise Sur Terre."

"Deploy to tomorrow. Set up a meeting and have dinner with the owner of the Schlafen hotel today at seven."

"Good sir."

"Is there a schedule for me today?"

"No more sir. That's all for today's schedule."

"Take schedule changes with clients and let me know if they can or not."

"Good sir. Anything else I can help you with?"

"That's it. Please go take a lunch break and get on with your work."

Savannah answered with a nod and turned her body out of the room when suddenly a stout figure blocked her, making the woman take a step back and fall. But the sturdy hands from the sturdy body managed to catch Savannah's body that almost touched the floor and make their faces face to face. The two people's gazes were locked onto each other. The one who prevented the fall of Savannah turned out to be Nikolai. The two of them seemed to be lulled into their respective worlds, unable to take their eyes off each other.

"Ehem. Can you give a little room for your single boss?" gio said with a stifled laugh.

Gio's words were immediately greeted with a sofa pillow that landed right on his face. Nikolai and Savannah immediately broke away. Savannah immediately left the room and Nikolai remained there.

Arriving at his own desk, Savannah touched his hot face.

"God dreamt that I could come into contact with that cold man. And I'm so loud this way" Savannah muttered with her back to Aaric's door.

Nikolai who happened to have also come out of the room while holding the Iced Latte that Aaric gave heard the muttering of the woman he had just held. Savannah who was unaware of the presence of her dream man continued to mutter happily and jumped up a little sign of excitement. Nikolai who saw the woman's behavior only reviewed an amused smile and then stepped away.
