The Former Cassanova
Don't Go

"If you have a problem .. please tell me the same story. Because I am Abang's wife,” said Ririn while staring fixed Deka eyeballs.

"I-I do have a problem, Rin," Deka said.

"Then, the story!"

"Too heavy, I didn't even dare to tell my family."

"But I'm Brother's wife, which should be the place to complain. That's if you think I'm Brother's wife!"

"Of course you're my wife." Deka grabbed both of Ririn's shoulders.

"Okay, I'll tell you a story, but not now. Give me a chance to strengthen myself. Be patient for me, Rin!" Deka peeped at Ririn's forehead. "I'm leaving first. Assalamualaikum," he said.

"Waalaikum salam," said Ririn lirih while looking at the back of his man who was getting away. He chose not to take Deka's departure to the terrace as usual. His heart is not good. It's bad for his man.

The next night, Deka did the same. Leaving Ririn asleep and trying to get up early before his wife woke up. He had not told Ririn about the matter either. He's really not ready. Afraid that Ririn would leave if she knew the circumstances.

Ririn doesn't know, she knows every night Deka leaves her. His heart was sore, very sore, very tight on his chest. Sometimes crying by myself.

Though he felt the trauma of sleeping alone, since the incident Jefri smother him in the night tense. However, Deka left him like this instead.

Tonight Ririn couldn't hold back her patience. After Deka moved to the next room and left her to sleep alone, she inched down with tears.

Ririn's heart really hurt. Deka should have told her about the problem, not even behaved like this.

Is having a happy marriage not my destiny? Am I wrong to expect happiness in my second marriage? Bang Deka never hurt me like Jefri always hurt me. But his attitude was equally painful.

Ririn grabbed a large bag from the closet, then put some clothes in it with tears that continued to pour. After the contents of the bag were full, he closed his zipper and placed it near the door.

Ririn glanced at the wall clock, the time showing at 23:40. It was a very late night for a woman to leave the house. A sense of emotion that convoluted the heart prompted him to leave. But logic holds it back.

There's a fear in imagining going out of the house on a night like this. The late night was definitely not friendly with a woman like her. He then abandoned his intention to leave.

Ririn went downstairs. Like Deka, he moved to another room next to his ART room. In that room he shed his tears again.

The night was gone, changing the dawn. Deka woke up when her phone alarm went off. As usual, he set the alarm at dawn. Then, move back to her room with Ririn.

Deka was surprised to find Ririn was not in his room. Then, he steps into the bathroom to find Ririn, but Ririn does not find there.

Where's ririn going? Did Ririn wake up this early? Is he in the kitchen?

As her mind was wondering, Deka's gaze fell on the large bag that was leaning against the wall near the door of the room. He grabbed the bag and opened it. Instantly he was stunned when he found Ririn's clothes neatly arranged in it.

“Rin ...! Ririn ..!” Deka exclaimed with rage.

"Darling ...!"

Deka went downstairs to the kitchen, and Ririn was not there. Looking for Ririn to the bathroom downstairs was also non-existent.

“Ririn to where?” He squeezed his own head.

Then he knocked on the door of one of his ART rooms to ask Ririn for whereabouts.

“Pak Deka, what's wrong?” ask Sanah while rubbing eyes. ART Bi Siti's niece looked still sleepy.

“My wife to where?” Deka just asked. His voice sounded worried.

“Where did Mom go, Sir?” Sanah asked back.

“I asked you, because I don't know!” deca murmur.

“I don't know either, Mr.”

“You don't hear what sound is that?”

“What sound? I didn't hear any sound. Just heard the sound of lizard on the wall only.”

“Fear my wife is out, so?”

“No, Sir. I really didn't know it, because I was asleep. If I sleep, my eyes and ears are crashing, Mr.”

“Heh! You are an Indonesian teacher disguised as ART!” deka said, because he was upset by Sanah's answer.

While Deka was still introgating Sanah, Ririn opened the door of the room he occupied, which was next to Sanah's room.

“Rin,” call Deka. Ririn did not respond to Deka's call, even pretending not to see her.

“Mother sleeps in this room?” sanah Lontar.

“Iya,” replied Ririn accompanied by a smile to Sanah, then passed.

Ririn was about to take a bath in the lower bathroom, but the towel was in the upstairs room, so inevitably she had to go back to her room. Deka followed Ririn behind her.

“Darling, you ngaggetin I know. I thought you were gone. I was worried,” Deka said after they got to the room.

“Honey, why? What's up?” Deka stood behind Ririn.

Ririn twisted her body, so that their positions were now facing each other.

“Why? What was? I should have asked that. Why is this brother? What's up?” ririn replied, her eyes staring hard at Deka.

“A-I don't why-why.”

“Abang says ga why-why. Why do I sleep alone every night?!” lontar Ririn with harder intonation than before.

Deka. He was only able to look at that pretty face that was upset. If only he could be honest, but in reality he has not been able to tell the problem to anyone.

“Abang knows, I was afraid to sleep alone! I was still traumatized by the incident that night. My brother left me alone. Hiks hiks.” Ririn was unable to hold back her cries.

“Rin, i ..”

“If you don't need me ...” Ririn wiped away the tears without being told. “return me to my parents' house!" he continued with sobbing.

Deka sprayed her arms around Ririn and gently rubbed her back. “Rin, don't be. I love you,” he said as he kissed the top of Ririn's head.

Deka's treatment made Ririn cry even more in her arms. A while later, after being able to control her cries. She broke out of her husband's embrace.

“I want to go home,” said Ririn.

“Got can. I'm your husband, I forbid you to go home. Solehah's wife should obey husband.”

“What am I doing here? Why would you marry me if you are like this!”

“OK okay. I'm sorry for my attitude that might hurt you. All you have to know is that I love you. I want you to stay here.”

“I ‘kan once said, I will not leave unless you tell me to leave! But this Brother attitude ... I feel as if Brother told me to go.”

“No, Rin. I'm not so.”

“Then, let's tell you a story! What's up?”

Deka looked at Ririn for a moment and then led her to sit down. They sit on the edge of the bed.

“I have a problem, Rin. I've never told anyone my problem. Mama, Papa, God or Fery never knew my problem. I'm not ready to be honest with you either. I'm scared ...” Deka squeezed his head.

“Fear what, Bang?” ririn asked because Deka did not continue his words.

Deka looked at Ririn's pretty face. “I'm afraid you'll leave me if you know my true circumstances,” Deka said.

Ririn grabbed Deka's hand and held it tightly. “I ‘kan have said many times. I will always be next to my brother. I'll never leave, unless you tell me to."

Deka rubbed Ririn's hand which was holding her hand and then pulled it to her lips and kissed her. “Still yes, Darling.”

Ririn nodded. “Come now story!”
