‘’Obito?’’ face Minato.
‘’Are? Naruto is not here? Obviously I saw him running towards Hokage's office,’’ confused Obito.
Sandaime squinted his eyes. ‘’Naruto?’’
Obito only regained his senses, making him bow. ‘’Shitsurei shimasu(Excuse me).’’
‘’What do you mean Naruto is rushing here?’’ ask Minato.
Seeing the look of confusion on Obito's face, Minato asked for an explanation. The one-eyed man hesitated a little.

Kakashi House
Naruto #1 knocked on the door but there was no reply from Kakashi, making him open the door slowly. Her anxiety became relieved after seeing the man still at home, and was currently sleeping.
His intention of wanting to leave and close the door again, instantly came to a halt when he saw Kakashi instantly rise with fiery red eyes. Right then, he ran and tried to resuscitate the man.
‘’Kakashi Sensei! Be aware!’’ naruto #1 yelled at the man.
Not long after, Kakashi gasped and was wide-eyed at Naruto #1. ‘’What are you doing here?’’
‘’Ha? That's .. Aa! I suddenly remembered the bell you gave me. Hem! I mean what you gave Naruto Nigou and the others, when you tested them. Can I borrow it?’’ ask Naruto #1 take the excuse.
Kakashi, as usual, opened the desk drawer and picked up two bells. ‘’You want to use for what?’’
‘’Ahaha! I just borrowed it for a little while dattebayo, and I'll give it back. Then I'll go first. Please continue sleeping,’’ said Naruto #1.
Upon seeing the figure's departure, Kakashi only put on a confused face. ‘’What's with him?’’

Minato sighed after hearing everything. ‘’It turns out just a meeting appointment to eat raamen? You made me a little worried because it suddenly came with a face like that.’’
‘’Ehehe, I'm sorry,’’ chuckles Obito with a stiff face.
He bends down to leave before the two grow suspicious of his behavior. Sandaime who saw him thought of something a little.
Minato just smiled, and told Sandaime that Obito and Naruto were a bit outspoken, so understand them. Not long after that the door opened again.
‘’Now what's more Obi—‘’ Minato speech stopped because the figure that came was not Obito.
‘’Naruto?’’
‘’So you really did come as Uchiha Obito said,’’ said Sandaime.
Naruto #1 looked at the old man while frowning. ‘’Obito come here? But for what?’’
Sandaime replied because the man was following her, but she was not there.
Naruto #1 realizes Obito knows his point, though he is actually heading to Kakashi's house. But, the problems caused by Obito, made him inevitably have to be honest.
‘’I have a request. Can you guys grant it?’’ ask Naruto #1.
Minato and Sandaime just kept quiet waiting for the boy to talk.
‘’Give me permission to go to Mount Shumisen,’’ pinta Naruto #1.
‘’But what will you do there?’’ ask Minato.
Naruto #1 clenched his hands. ‘’I'll meet someone. And that person is ... Hiruko.’’

For a moment Naruto #1 was silent, until he finally opened his mouth. He tells the two that ten years ago, Hiruko decided that the sharingan Obito gave Kakashi would become the fifth last ninja of the Kekkei Genkai lineage, using techniques to control it.
Minato and Sandaime were surprised instead of playing after hearing it. They both refused to give permission, making Naruto #1 not accept it.
‘’You don't know as scary as what Chimera Technique that person mastered,’’ Minato said.
‘’He mastered a technique that allowed him to change his ninja technique and turn it into pure chakra and then eat it,’’ said Naruto #1.
Sandaime was shocked, because he did not get a detailed report as the boy. ‘’How can you know it?’’
‘’It was because no one knew him better than me,’’ replied Naruto #1.
