Naruto asked for an explanation for why Boruto was desperate to do that, but Kawaki just kept quiet because it felt bad to tell the two of them that he and Boruto had eavesdropped on the conversation.
Seeing the Kawaki residence made Hinata pick up an expert and try to get Kawaki to tell her why. For a moment Kawaki looked at Naruto and Hinata alternately until he finally sighed and admitted that the reason Boruto left home was because he accidentally eavesdropped on the two of them so Boruto wanted to teach the whole thing a lesson otsutsuki Clan.
‘’Hontoni gomennasai, because Boruto and I eavesdrop on the conversation you two had earlier,’’ Kawaki said bent over.

Sakura who finished cleaning in the kitchen turned her head when she heard the house phone ring. ‘’Who's calling these nights? Hi, this is Uchiha.’’ residence

Sakura was only confused to hear Shikamaru's tone of voice that seemed to be anxious. He asks the man and his eyes are rounded when he learns Boruto ran away from home to look for the Otsutsuki clan.

Feeling worried, Sakura checks Sarada's room and sees her daughter asleep, leaving her to write on a piece of paper, so her daughter doesn't worry when she doesn't see her at home.

Ino heads straight to the control room to track down Boruto with the help of the others. However, no one can find him.
