Chapter 55 Intending to Give Gifts
Obito, Rin and Kakashi stare at their teacher's residence where Naruto lives. They walked up and up the stairs, until they arrived at the door. However, before they knocked on the door, Obito immediately pulled Kakashi and Rin to stand before him.
‘’You have to protect me from that woman,’’ Obito said.
Kakashi put on a stupid look, while Rin just smiled stiffly because of Obito's behavior.
For Obito, meeting Kushina was a disaster for him. Because, the woman always hugged him tightly or hit him every time he made a mistake in Kushina's eyes.
‘’Obito, you don't have to be like that until you make us both protect you. Kushina-sama did all that because she favors you,’’ Rin said.
‘’Nobody asked her to favorite myself. After all, why didn't he choose the genius and great Kakashi?’’ ask Obito.
Obito let out a long breath. ‘’That fierce lady's taste is indeed strange. I don't understand why Minato sensei likes it? Though she is a creepy woman.’’
Rin smiled stiffly as he looked at Obito. ‘’Ano, Obito.’’
‘’Haa, the stranger one is Minato sensei. Why would he marry a fierce woman like her, huh? Even though she is beautiful. Don't know how Minato sensei survived with such a fierce woman?’’ said Obito innocently.
Someone clenched their hands while ringing their fingers. ‘’Obito~ have you finished talking?’’

Obito who stroked his head while throwing his face away, sat opposite Kushina. Rin who saw him only smiled stiffly, while Kakashi was calm as usual.

Obito sighed. ‘’Alright, I'm sorry about the incident, but there's no need to put on a sad face either. Uchiha Obito-sama does not want to see a sad woman because of her actions.’’
Kushina put on her stupid face.
I'm not sad because of what you said dattebane. This kid, the taste of the pedunya to what level so he thinks like that? Basic, Kushina said in her heart.
‘’Kushina-sama, is Naruto at home?’’ ask Rin.
Kushina recalled Naruto leaving the village, making her face even sadder. ‘’No, she is not at home.’’

Obito frowned. ‘’You don't know? Naruto birthday today.’’

Kushina gasped at Obito's words, and looked at the child in disbelief.
‘’So, we came to give her a birthday gift. But, it happens that he is not home, we can give him a surprise when he comes home later,’’ Obito said.
