Chapter 246 Reproving
The day to open the Heaven Box has come. Muku said good-bye to her best friend before leaving.
‘’Are you sure you'll do just that?’’ ask Ryuuzetsu.
‘’I have made up my mind, and you promise to support me,’’ Muku said.
He was silent for a moment while bowing his head with a sad face. Seeing that made Ryuuzetsu wake him up.
‘’You or me, between the two of us no one will die! Promise me, Muku! Whatever happens, you'll be back!’’
Muku put on a serious face. ‘’Good. I promise.’’
He walked with his father to the upper room.
Mui headed to the closet to slide the blue book on the middle shelf. Behind the closet looks a ladder, making both down the stairs.
As soon as they arrived downstairs, Muku saw an altar and four councils that had been waiting since. His eyes turned to look at a box with a demonic mask embedded in the ceiling.
Mui instructed her son to lay on the altar that was already available. Doubtful, Muku complied and stayed where he was told to.
‘’Mui, your services will be remembered by everyone because it will save the village,’’ said the Second Council.
‘’This time, the world will be in the grasp of Kusagakure,’’ said the Fourth Council.
Muku who heard it just kept quiet and started to close her eyes. He could feel his chakra coming out after his father's hand began the ritual. Slowly, the mouth of the Heaven Box began to open making the council even more excited. Ryuuzetsu who watched her silently behind the stone, only clenched his hands in anxiety.
Mui directs Muku's body into the open mouth of the Heaven Box. However, the child had not yet entered, a smoke bomb immediately exploded as someone captured Muku's body, making the door closed again.
Ryuuzetsu was a little surprised that the figure had brought Muku to him, and asked him to leave the place right now.
‘’What is this?!’’ the Third Council.
He turned his head when he heard the sound of feet landing on the ground. They stared at someone behind the smoke, which soon disappeared slowly.
‘’I did it. Is that a problem?’’ ask Naruto #1.
The four councils were furious at the yellow-haired figure, and were about to attack him.
‘’I can open that Heaven Box without using Muku's chakra! But before that listen to me first,’’ said Naruto #1.
‘’I can't believe you've been sitting quietly lately directly giving a surprise,’’ Mui said.
‘’Ossan, what you're doing is not right. You sacrificed your own son for something that did not benefit the world at all,’’ said Naruto #1.
‘’I didn't sacrifice my son. But just using his chakra to open that Heaven Box to make a request for our village,’’ Mui said.
‘’You better not do that before you regret that Muku died. The four councils only make you their stepping stone,’’ said Naruto #1.
‘’Bolder boy! How dare you say that!’’ call the Council.
They were about to finish off Naruto #1 but Mui prevented it with one hand, angering the four councils.
‘’You speak as if knowing the Box of Heaven only. As an adult, I know more about that City of Heaven than an amateur boy like you,’’ Mui said.
‘’Then, you should also know why Kusagakure disappeared after using the box dattebayo,’’ said Naruto #1.
Mui's eyes were squeaking. ‘’Kusakage Ryuu Happa Shou!’’
Whahuh? He dodged my attack?! It is impossible, he said in his heart.
