Chapter 28 Do You Like Me?

The art exhibition is finally over. Before returning to his house, he had to take care of his belongings and also his stand. So that almost everyone has left the building, there are only a few staff left because they are cleaning. Glenn would drive Wen home first, before he returned to his home. That was the original plan. But his plans instantly change when he meets with Harris in front of the building.

"I'm self-taught" Glenn replied. "Is your job done?"

"of course. I waited for you. My work was done when this art fair ended" Harris replied.

Wen's face immediately flushed. Glenn directly hit Harris on the head and said "Stupid! He's my office mate" he replied quickly.

"Oh, I'm sorry" Harris replied. But he still looked at Glenn meaningfully. Then he whispered suddenly "So Rin there's still hope"

Glenn frowned. He didn't understand Harris. He also doesn't know who Rin is. So he didn't think too much about it. Glenn focused on Harris. He remembered that he still had a hidden mission related to this man.

Without further ado he said. "Give me the buttons on your shirt"

Harris instantly froze and looked at him with a strange look. Wen also frowned. Harris immediately wrapped his hands to cover his chest. He looked at Glenn with a wary look.

"What's wrong?" glenn asked uncomfortably. He felt he was not doing anything wrong at all. After all, asking for clothes buttons is not a big thing.

Until finally, Harris said nervously. "A...have you liked me all this time?"

Glenn's frozen. He looked at Harris with glaring eyes. Then he saw Wen looking at him seriously as well. There was no sign that he would laugh because of that stupid joke.

"That's impossible. You insane? I'm a normal guy!" rebutting Glenn while gritting his teeth.

"Then why do you want to button my shirt?"

"Is that weird?" glenn asked quickly with glaring eyes.

Seeing Glenn's confused face, Wen immediately explained. "That's tradition. Someone will ask for buttons from people he likes." he said while trying to hold back his gel smile.

Glenn gawking. "What a stupid tradition it is!" his jolt. "Hey, I'll kill myself if I like men" he continued.

(Master can't kill himself. I'll send you a bolt of lightning before you do, but it doesn't matter if you like men. There was no ban for it) The system suddenly came into talk.

"It's not like that. Just give me the button on your shirt, I'll turn it back in a few seconds" Gin said. He won't argue with Harris anymore.

Harris pulled the button on his top shirt and gave it to Glenn. Glenn held onto it until a notification appeared inside his head.

Glenn immediately returned the buttons to Harris. Harris instantly kept it inside his pants pocket with a puzzled expression.

"Today I will treat you" Glenn said as he looked at Harris and Wen. He grabbed Harris and said, "This time it's my turn" he said. Harris bought him yesterday, so he wants to return the favor.

The three agreed to eat together before returning to their homes.

But suddenly a group of people appeared blocking their path. Glenn could see that the fat manager and his new boss were among the group.

(Mission detected. Defeat opponents with friends) Mission notifications read.

"Hey, you. I'll make you die this time" The young master of the fat manager glared at them while displaying a slitting motion of his neck.

Meanwhile, the fat manager smiled happily at his side. "Young master, don't hurt the girl. We can enjoy it together"

The young master looked at Wen with a lustful look and smiled.

"Hey, who are those fools?" ask Harris. He did not know the incident inside the hall building. He doesn't know anything.

"Foolish man" Glenn replied.

Harris laughed out loud. "They look stupid. The fat ugly man and the skinny ugly young man" Harris sneered with a laugh.

Glenn just shook his head. Harris was crazier than he thought.

The face of the fat man and his young master instantly turned ugly.

"Kill them!" the Young Master shouted while gritting his teeth, furious. He really wanted to kill Glenn and Harris. In his mind, trash like them could be killed easily. After all, he only had to pay the police with money or throw their bodies somewhere. And for that woman, she would make him suffer on the bed. After that he will give it to his subordinates and sell it to the brothel*ran.

"Shall we call the police?" asked Wen worriedly. There were five people with big bodies there while there were only Glenn and Harris. Wen was worried.

"No need" Harris replied as he twisted his arm. He warms up as he used to before fighting. "They're just mice" he said arrogantly.

Even so, Wen still felt worried. He decided to send a message to someone, just in case something unwanted happens.
