Ch. 32 - Two Geniuses

“Time is almost up!” shouted the second elder.

Just a moment after the gate opened and made all the eyes in the room stare at the person who had just entered it, it was Zhang Hao.

“Young master Hao is great!”

“Surely he is the winner in this second test, I am sure it is!”

Cheers for cheers echoed throughout the room, but Zhang Hao paid no heed to it all and immediately looked towards Tang Lian to see her reaction, but as usual he was not interested in not even glancing at all.

‘Just wait as I show you what I've gathered, I'm sure there's no way you won't be interested in me afterwards, Zhang Hao's inner’.

Not long after, a girl entered the room.

“That's Miss Qiao Wei!”

“Chief elder Qiao is indeed as great as young master Hao!”

Cheers rang out again due to the appearance of Qiao Wei and after that many prospective students entered the room after the appearance of the two of them.

There were only two people who showed different reactions from those who cheered cheerfully.

“Where is Wen’er?”

“Where is the masked man?”

The two of them were Yao Jun and Tang Lian. Amidst the confusion the two of them saw a man dressed in core disciples approaching Yao Jun and reporting the thing that made Yao Jun stand up from his seat.

“Wen’er invisible?!” yao Jun was surprised.

“That's right elder Yao, we've searched in several places but couldn't find him at all.”

Yao Jun became worried afterwards and intended to go out looking for Li Yuwen in the forest but was stopped by Fang Yin.

“Tua Yao what are you doing?”

“Let me go, I fear that my student is in danger!”

Fang Yin then sighed, “Chairman Yao, you are too worried about your disciple .. Just trust him, after all there is still time before the exam ends.”

The agitated Yao Jun then calmed down because what his best friend said made sense, he sat back in his chair, “Quick back Wen’er.”

Some time passed and Li Yuwen did not return yet, and amid Yao Jun's worries the second elder opened his voice, “There are no more prospective disciples entering the room ... then I'll start counting down.”

The countdown was done by the second elder, and it made Yao Jun even more worried because Li Yuwen had not returned yet, “You are where Wen’er? You'll fail if you don't come back now.”

In less than three seconds, a masked man entered the room, Li Yuwen.

Tang Lian who was finally able to see the person in her car back became relieved, she felt perplexed because never before had she waited for someone so worriedly like now, what she was waiting for was a man of her age.

While Yao Jun who saw Li Yuwen back became as relieved as Tang Lian.

“Areally not what I said elder Yao?! Just trust all of your students..” said Fang Yin although actually he was also worried because Li Yuwen did not return.

“Close gate!” the second elder said it signified the end of the second test.

The existing spectators cheered back in impatience with the monster core assessment later.

“Who will win later?”

It seemed that many of the audience thought that Zhang Hao would win the second test of this student acceptance exam later.

“Let's start judging!” said the second elder invited the previously helpful elder to help him re-assess the monster core possessed by the existing prospective disciple.

Then one by one they were called to hand over the monster cores they had gathered.

“5 1st class mortal monster core, fail!”

“10 1st class mortal monster core, fail!”

“3 2nd class mortal monster core, pass!”

Many of them were eliminated in a short period of time because the category to pass in the second test was to have 3 or more 2nd class mortal monster cores.

Then one of the prospective disciples whose body was twice as large as the adult man walked up to the second elder to hand over the monster core he had obtained, many were shocked by what he was carrying.

“What monster is it?”

A large object was carried by the big-bodied man and quickly handed it to the second elder, but his body was a little nervous.

The elder in charge of judging him was not hesitant and immediately took the bag and opened it, so surprised after he checked the level of the monster core also counted the numbers.

“12 grade 3 mortal level monster core! Escape!”

Just like before, the words of the elder who appraised the monster core certainly made the people present become excited, even Xiang Yong himself was astonished by it. According to him this was the first time a prospective disciple could gather over 10 3rd class mortal level monster cores other than Yao Jun first.

But not until there, the furore happened again after Qiao Wei's turn to hand over the monster core.
