Ch. 62 - The Fate of the Devil's Eye

“Where is Wen’er? Was he not worried about this teacher?” Yao Jun sighed.

In the midst of his daydream, a man and a woman approached the lying Yao Jun.“

“Two Yao!” Zhao Lang and Zhao Xu saluted.

“Ah sorry I can't reply, you guys see for yourself I'm too tired to move.” Yao Jun glanced towards his body.

“You don't need to do it, we are here just want to thank you for the help your Sect gave, otherwise the city of Zhao just stay name.”

“It's okay, it's already our duty to protect the empire from those black streams that mess up.”

On the sidelines of the conversation, Zhao Lang asked Yao Jun so that he could channel his Qi slightly towards Yao Jun's body, in order to make Yao Jun move back even if it wasn't too free.

A while later, Yao Jun who was originally lying down could now move his body, although he felt that his body could collapse at any moment, but at least that was enough for him to change his position to sit down in order to meditate.

A few minutes had passed since Yao Jun meditated, and now he could already stand up and walk, but still could not run for a while as the energy he gathered was not too much.

Moments before, “Where is this bandit leader?” The black-robed man dashed swiftly in the battle area without even the slightest look.

Glancing around for a while, he finally found where the Demonic Eye was.

It didn't take long for the man to get to where the Devil's Eye was bound, and afterward he quickly lifted the body of the Devil's Eye and carried it away.

“Hey who are you! How dare you lift my body like an item!” The Devil's eyes were shocked as they did not feel the slightest hint of the presence of the cloaked man who was lifting him up.

“You are raving too much for people who fail to perform the mission given.” The robed man let out a cold tone.

“You .. are you a member of sect—”

“As expected, there is someone who will help you escape!” A masked man was standing in front of them.

“Who are you?” The robed man asked.

“You are a Death Jade disciple! Come here, I will kill you with my own hands!” The eyes of the Devil were thrashing.

On the other hand, the black-robed man was raising his vigilance, ‘How could this child find me?’ The man's inner robed while pulling a small knife from behind his waist.

“Sial!” the robed man threw the body of the Demon Eye to the side.

“Braven, how dare you throw me!”

Regardless of the ravings of the Demon Eyes, the robed man ran forward and received Li Yuwen's sword slash with his knife.

As the weapons of the two of them clashed against each other, the man bounced back a few meters due to the strong push from Li Yuwen.

“This child has high physical strength, this can not be continued .. I must immediately complete the mission!”

Usually in a fight one could measure his opponent's abilities with just a single exchange of attacks, and the robed man sensed that he would lose if he continued to serve Li Yuwen.

Without a second thought, he quickly dashed towards the direction the Devil Eyes were in, intending to lift it up and dashed out of the area.

Confident with his body-lightening ability, he immediately ran away from Li Yuwen after re-raising the body of the Demonic Eye.

Trying to look back while running, how surprised he saw Li Yuwen who was not there at all behind him, he swiftly turned his head back to the front because he felt a murderous lust in front of him.

“Do not think can escape after entering the lion cage.” Li Yuwen smiled from behind his mask, making the cloaked man and the Demon Eyes goosebumps on him.

‘Did Zhu Rong feel this way too from the boy? He was like a crazy killer who always wanted the death of others!’ The Inner Eye of Satan.

On the other hand, the cloaked man was still wondering since when Li Yuwen had preceded him, he did not feel the slightest hint of anyone passing him as he raised the body of the Demonic Eye on his shoulder.

“You must be wondering since when did I get ahead of you, right? Let's just say the science of lightening my tubh is better than you!” Li Yuwen sneered.

The man clucked irritably before returning to run in a different direction, ‘This child is dangerous!’

The scene of mutual pursuit ensued between the two of them, but no matter how hard the robed man ran, Li Yuwen was able to follow him easily. Feeling unable to bear with it he changed direction and attacked Li Yuwen abruptly.

However it can be avoided easily by Li Yuwen, “Try to play dirty?” Li Yuwen chuckled.

An exchange of attacks then re-occurred between the two of them, it happened for a while until finally the cloaked man was not strong with it and decided to try to escape when there was a gap.

Li Yuwen then used one of his techniques to attack, making the cloaked man panic slightly.

“Wire!” Due to a mistake he made, one of his fingers was slashed and severed from its place.

He also screamed a little in pain because of it, “Ku–kolah...” The man drained his Qi to stop the bleeding on his finger.

Feeling too lingering in the fight, the cloaked man finally decided to leave the Demonic Eye to become a tool to help him escape from there.

“You want this guy? Then take!” The robed man threw the Demonic Eye towards Li Yuwen and immediately ran away leaving the two of them behind.

“Precise choice, but dear I can't kill him all.” Li Yuwen muttered towards the hazy cloaked man then glanced towards the Demonic Eye with an evil smile of his.

That gaze managed to make the Demonic Eyes shiver in fear because of it.
