The Lost Prince

The Lost Prince
CHAPTER 26 WAS FINALLY FOUND

A sizable freight train crossed the wide road to the south gate of Kotaraja. The carriage was pulled by two stout horses. Swirled by two tails. uh wrong, two small coachmen.... Small...?! What does...?! It means being driven by two small children. How can?!

The two little chariots continued to take their big chariots. The dust of the streets is flying. The hot sun is not concerned.

The faces of the two boys were quite thick with dust mixed with sweat. Their real faces are hard to recognize.

The freight train wrapped in thick blue dull mota cloth just kept going. About a mile away the train reached the gate of Kotaraja.

"Dhaffin, I'm afraid that our 'package' will be known to the gatekeeper before it gets to the destination" lamented the shabby boy in black. The fabric that wrapped around his head was also a shabby black color.

"We'll see, Brian," said the boy in a shabby brown shirt. A fairly wide fabric of shabby brown color also wrapped around his head. "Hopefully go smoothly without a hitch."

It turned out that the two young children were Young Master Dhaffin, the adopted son of General Felix and Prince Brian, the Second Prince of Amerta Kingdom.

Last night they had just busted four traitors to a kingdom not far from Kanaya Hill, in Denver. They agreed to take him to Kotaraja. Then they loaded it into a pretty big freight train.

In order not to know that they brought four officials, they packed them in such a way as parcels. But they also made it so that the four officials could breathe freely.

Of course the city of Denver today must be in an uproar. From last night until now the office did not return home. Takuniya was made a 'package' by the two boys along with three other officials. How poor!

"Stop it!" pinta Dhaffin once the gate is half a mile away.

Brian who was in control of the horse immediately pulled the reins. Almost the same time the horse stopped following his train. Then the coachman asked in wonder.

"Why stop?"

"We'll check the stuff again!" sahut Dhaffin then turned around to check the four officials whether they were still breathing or dead.

They make an arrangement so that at any time they are easy to check their goods.

While Dhaffin checked, Brian observed the situation around the gate that was clearly visible. Seemed there man back and forth, someone entered there came out.

The people who carry the goods by carrying or carrying them are not very checked. While those who use carts or by carrying freight trains are examined quite carefully.

"It's hard to get away with, Dhaffin," lamented Brian as hopeless. His eyes never let go of noticing the situation around the gate.

Dhafin did not immediately respond to Brian's complaint. After finishing inspecting the four offices he rearranged the closing order as before.

Thankfully, all four officers are still alive. At the moment they are still unconscious due to the influence of his totoxins and Brian is still working. They had previously touched the sleeping nerves of the four officials.

Then Dhaffin turned his body facing forward again and looked straight at the gate. Indeed, he saw the reality there that their chances of passing this particular package are slim. The guard there is so tight. The luggage is carefully inspected.

"I suspect it looks like the guards are looking for something," murmured Dhaffin who also could not escape paying attention to the situation around the gate.

"Don't tell me that they're looking for our special package," Brian said somewhat jolted.

"You mean?" Dhaffin was even more shocked.

Not surprised by Brian's remarks, but surprised not to let Brian guess that their work last night has been discovered. Meaning....

"I have a feeling that our work last night was known, someone knows" Brian said. "There are other scouts who know that we've captured four of their masterminds."

"Lantas the clerk," Dhaffin, who said as if to connect Brian's thoughts, "once knowing there was a change of circumstances, quickly returned to the city and continued to tell his friends that their thieves were caught. That so?"

Brian did not immediately respond to Dhaffin's remarks which were indeed as he thought. He stared for a moment at the 11-year-old who was sitting quietly while observing the state of the gate.

"I thought so" said Brian, sighing as he looked back at the gate.

Dhaffin remained silent, not asking or saying anything. He knew what Brian meant. From the City of Denver he had already guessed that Brian already had such a premonition, just like his premonition.

Some time they drown in silence. They are busy thinking about how they can get into the city safely.

They did the best job possible. When bending four officials they did not talk much with the four officials. And the four offices were also very easy for them to defeat.

Doing subsequent work until the four officials were packed in a freight train carefully. Do not raise suspicion.

But they were found out the minions of the officials also want anything else. The destiny of the heavens had already descended who could prevent it.

"Brian! You know who arranged the gate guard soldiers?" tanya Dhaffin at once broke the silence.

"Head of Security Kotaraja," said Brian without thinking.

"Is there still someone on it?"

"Head of General Order. He oversees all the Chiefs of Security, both in the city and in the cities of the Amerta Kingdom."

"Who will decide to become the Kotaraja Security Warrior?"

"Kotaraja Security Chief. The Head of Public Order only approves the results of the determination and election from the Head of Security Kotaraja."

Dhafin paused for a moment, then asked again.

"You know where the Kotaraja Security Warrior's level of prowess is?"

"All Security Soldiers are on the first level. Their average abilities were just martial arts and a little inner strength. They have absolutely no science."

After that, Dhaffin did not ask again. Brian also didn't speak anything or ask why Dhafin was wondering like that.

Shortly thereafter, Dhafin turned back, then stood on his knees. Then his hands were stretched out over the surface of the thick mota cloth, wrapping the special package. His palm was open with a stretch of palm. His mouth seemed to be moving slowly like a spell.

After the surface of the mota cloth was wrapped in that clear light, it just vanished. Then Dhaffin pulled back his outstretched hand.

Brian noticed Dhaffin's strange behavior without blinking, without asking even though his heart was astonished. But he knew Dhafin was using his supernatural powers.

"Let's go again!" take Dhaffin after he finishes his odd job, and go back to face the front.

"What did you do?" Brian could not bear to keep his astonishment and curiosity.

"Securing our goods with a supernatural spell" said Dhaffin. "If the guards play crazy, they can't touch our stuff."

Brian was silent for a moment thinking about Dhafin's words that he did not understand too much. Then ask again.

"Are you ready when that guard soldier is holding us back?"

"Originally you're ready to fight, I'm ready."

Brian just smiled at Dhaffin's words. Then back to running the freight train. So that not long after the freight train that carried a special package returned to walk a bit quickly to the gate.

★☆★☆

While the atmosphere around the gate can be said to be quiet. People come in and out only one two. The guard soldiers at the entrance were only four people. While six people were in the guard substation located above the gate.

Six guard soldiers appeared to be engaged in a serious conversation. In their conversation regret that until now they have not found a freight car that carries their bosses.

According to information from spies that they saw four officials, their boss was arrested by Dhaffin and Brian. And the spy also informed that there was strong suspicion that the two boys would bring the four officials to Kotaraja.

But until now they have not found the freight train in question, let alone found Brian and Dhafin. Then how will they report to the Chief of Security.

Reporting to Security may not be too scary. What really makes them afraid is not to let the four scammers get to the front of Your Majesty. And expose anyone involved in the ballast plan.

If that happens, not only will their positions be lost, even lives will also be removed. The horror of what is more terrible than the horror of facing the punishment of decapitation. How horrible!

"Stop!"

Their conversation just stalled due to the clash pitched a pretty hard command. Then without thinking

their length went straight out of the guardhouse, constantly looking down at the outer gate.

There, in front of the outer gate about five spears had stopped a sizable freight train that seemed loaded with cargo. The driver is two small children. In front of the carriage was already standing against the four gate guards about five steps away.

Without lingering the six guard soldiers who were in the substation immediately descended. While the four guards below immediately moved closer to the freight train that belonged to none other than Dhaffin and Brian. Two guards from the right, two guards from the left.

"It seems I know the boy sitting on the right" whispered one of the guards on the right, glancing at Brian.

"Here you go, shut up!" his friend whispered too. "We pretend we don't know."

Then he glanced at his two friends who were on the left. Throw it as a signal if let him speak. And it seems approved.

While the guard soldiers who were in the substation had already reached below. Then form a lined row as if blocking the freight train do not enter. But they're only five people. The other one seems to go to report to the superior if the one sought has met.

"Who are you?" the soldier of the guard was fierce.

"We're just a delivery courier, Mr. Soldier," Dhafin said with a courtesy. His attitude was also calm, as calm as Brian who was sitting next to him.

"Where from?" still fierce guard soldier snapped.

"From the City of Denver, Mr. Warrior," Dhaffin was still calm in answering and courteous.

"Then what kind of stuff are you carrying?" the question is still in a fierce tone.

"Our lawyer said this is a special package for an official in Kotaraja," said Dhafin again.

"What special package is it? And who's the office you're referring to?" the louder the soldier snapped and the more glared at his fierce eyes. Because Dhafin's answer is not detailed.

"Sorry, Mr. Soldier, our boss didn't tell us what package we were carrying. We were just sent to the city for an official...," and Dhafin pretended to forget and asked Brian, "whose official, sister?"

"Secret Investigative Officer, Brother," Brian said. As he spoke so he held a half-dead laugh.

"Yes yes.., Mr. Secret Investigative Officer," repeated Dhafin.

"Open close! Let us see!" his orders had already begun to be irritated and furious.

"Sorry, Mr. Warrior, we are not allowed to open the package. Our job is to just send the package."

"Fuck up! You guys are trying to play us huh?" the guard soldier could no longer contain his anger. "Don't think you little boys we can't be rude!"

Then he ordered his three friends to search the big freight car.

"Surgery!"

Without waiting for the order twice, the three guard soldiers immediately approached the freight train while pulling out the sword. Two soldiers headed to the left right side of the carriage. The other one's headed to the back of the train.

While Dhaffin still remained calm, not affected at all the deeds of the three guard soldiers who approached the carriage. While Brian is actually a little kebat-kebit. But he tried to calm down.

He was not afraid of the guard soldiers, but he was worried that their special package would be taken by the soldiers before they handed it to General Felix.
