CHAPTER 05. Self Escapement
Louis again and again stopped in the middle of the forest. It was raining heavily that made him have to stop for a moment to avoid the things he did not want. Louis stopped at a shady tree, folded his legs with his hands, his face hidden behind the folds of his feet. She was crying, hoping that there was a bright side to her.
He misses his siblings, he misses his birth parents. Everything he missed, but this is still a long way away, maybe maybe he will get lost here. I don't know, nobody knows that.
Louis was now hungry, his stomach was rumbling from earlier, he was also short of water, plus he had just run from the pursuit of the royal guard Liondardo. In the rain, Louis fell asleep from exhaustion, and he looked good.
In his dream, he met a teenager. About 18 years old. Older than him. The man stretched out his hand and invited Louis to move from his seat. Louis without hesitation also gave a helping hand from the man he did not know.
"I live here" the man told her. Louis looked at each side of the house. Houses with the feel of wooden walls, as well as simple designs carry their own characteristics. "I live with my mother. And I'm happy here too" she continued with a sweet smile.
Louis could see clearly that the male figure was at first glance similar to his younger brother, Caesar. His red eyes made Louis wonder to himself, is this man really Caesar in the future? or is it just his shadow because it misses the figure of his little sister?
Louis suddenly woke up from lightning that suddenly boomed. The sky is now dark. He didn't want much movement this time. The man chose to be silent while silencing his mouth using his small hands. He did not want the events of 5 months ago to happen again. The seams were just yesterday sometimes still feels pain if nudged a little.
The man wanted to sleep, but the trauma seemed to haunt him. His sight was dark, it was like he was in the middle of a blind darkness. The man slowly tried to get up from his seat to continue his journey back by taking a leisurely walk. He walked while groping the trees that he hoped would bring him home.
Slowly and very slowly the man set foot on the leaves that fell from the rain earlier. "Mom, papa, Louis is cold" he murmured. In fact it is. The man is now cold because of the rain. Her wet clothes really made her shiver uncharacteristically
On the other hand, Caesar's mother and Louis were crying in his room, he was stressed that he could not find his two sons who he loved so much. The woman had tried many times to be calmed by the husband, but his efforts always failed. She cried every night because she never found her children. Even though it had been 5 months, but his longing for his lost children was never lost at all.
"Can you cry once? they'll be fine, baby" said the husband.
"I'll stop crying like this if any of them are found, papa. Please, I miss both of them." the woman's words did not escape included with her sobs that still did not stop.
"I miss our prince too, dear"
Suddenly, Ghavyna opened the door to her parents' room. The girl seemed to cry out making both parents confused with the girl. "What's up, baby" asked the worried father.
"I miss big brother, I miss Caesar" he whined. Really, everyone in his kingdom also missed those two brothers. Even the citizens helped him in the search for Louis and Caesar. "Yes. Tomorrow I'll find you again" The man tried to calm the two women he loved. He was also confused as to what to do. It's been 5 months since Louis went missing but there's still no bright spot from the man.
After the two women Kaven out of his room to go to his private room. The quiet and pitch-black hallway of the kingdom did not make his guts faint. Until finally he reached his room along with 7 soldiers who will help him in the search for Louis tomorrow.
He knew it was too late to find the man, but he didn't care. Kaven will try to come back. Whether this was the search for Louis and Caesar for how many times, he did not care, the important thing is that his children can be found and entered into his arms again. Kaven also often felt very guilty for neglecting her children. But over time he had to learn to accept this fact. A harsh reality to accept.
"Yesterday we were just looking at one point. Tomorrow let's find out how to split. 3 soldiers followed me and the rest split. I'll bring more soldiers so you don't have to find yourselves. Be alert if anyone attacks you. Understood?" said Kaven who was immediately taken by his proud soldiers.
"It's been there 5 months of his missing two sons master, are you sure you'll find him?" ask one of them.
Kaven. "At least one of them I could find. Although my heart still feels pain because one of them we do not find" he replied with a trembling tone to hold his cry

The morning came back piercing through the golden yellow curtains of his room. Kaven went first, while his wife was still sleeping while hugging her little girl. The man goes into the bathroom to clean himself up before going on a quest to find Louis and Caesar again. The shower didn't take long, only 7 minutes was finished.
Kaven was tidy with his royal clothes. The man went out of his room to meet his soldiers. Before leaving the kingdom again, the man left a message to his servant if his wife sought answers outside.
"Good morning, sir!" he said firmly from one of his warrior leaders.
"Good morning back. How, is everything ready?" ask Kaven who confirmed the condition and preparation of his soldiers to look for his lost children like swallowed by the earth.
"Ready all"
"good. Help me prepare the soldiers we're gonna deploy to find my son. I lived first to take the horse" said Kaven.
"Okay sir! Understood!"
Kaven heads to his stable to take him on a quest for Louis and Caesar. He hoped that this time, he could find at least one of them. Although there is still a sense of longing that surrounds him.
