"Leana, are you okay?" maudy asked, he was still curious because he felt there was something hidden by the prospective child. It had been these few days, he had always seen Leana daydreaming.

Leana comes to her senses from daydreaming, she starts to think that it seems better to get away from Maudy so that the woman does not keep asking. "It's okay, Auntie," replied Leana trying to calm down.

Leana now saw the clock on her wrist. "Auntie I have to go in first, see you later."

Leana got up from her seat then waved her hand at Maudy. After that, she ran into the classroom making Maudy shake her head.

After Leana is nowhere to be seen, Maudy gets up and walks to Geo's class, where she believes the boy must have been waiting for her to bring him the clock.

Sanpai now, Maudy does not understand why Geo seems obsessed with the watch he is carrying right now. His son wouldn't even want to wear a watch if it wasn't that one.

"Geo" called Maudy when she was close to her son.

Geo turned his head, he who was sitting in front of the class immediately approached Maudy.

"Mommy for so long," Geo scolded with a frown making Maudy laugh.

"Let's put it on me." Geo immediately thrust his hand at Maudy, hinting at her mother to help her pair the watch.

"Will Mommy go with Uncle Richard?" ask Geo after Maudy finishes putting on her watch.

"Yes. You'll be back by Daddy, okay?" reply Maudy, until Geo nodded. Even though his mother and father lived separately. But, Geo did not mind at all, instead he was very happy when he saw his parents get along and he also got abundant affection.

"All right, see you." Geo waved his hand then walked into the classroom.

Maudy turned around and walked towards the car.

Maudy was running her car at a moderate speed. Just now, Richard called and told her that he was waiting at the boutique where he planned to discuss their engagement dress which would be held in a few days.

Until finally, after a long journey, Maudy's car arrived at the boutique. The woman rushed out of there and into the boutique to see Richard playing with a cell phone.

"Richard," call Maudy when you get in.

Richard smiled that impressed so enchanting and alluring. The man rose from his seat to welcome the arrival of the future wife.

"Sorry to keep you waiting a long time" Maudy said.

"It's okay, come on, there's some dresses you should try. If you don't like it, we can order it from another designer," Richard said, again giving Maudy a chuckle.

Richard always said that he wanted to give his best to Maudy, so when he went to the boutique, he invited world-class designers to design some of the dresses they had just finished and would see today.

"Gee." Maudy stared at the dress in front of her which was so beautiful with a look of amazement.

"Where do you want it? Just choose" Richard said.

"Richard, is this real?" ask Maudy who feels disbelief.

"Of course, I'm also ordering some dresses. So if there's no one to match, you can pick another one" Richard said.

Maudy walked towards the collection of dresses and then researched one by one, until finally she agreed to wear a silver dress and of course, in line with the tuxedo that Richard would wear later.

"You sure you want to choose that?" ask Richard.

"I'm sure" Maudy replied.

Richard approached the boutique waiter, then pointed to his choice of Maudy. After talking, they left the shop.

"I'm hungry, let's eat" Maudy said.

"I'm hungry too, leave your car here, let my secretary take it."

Maudy nodded, and Richard grabbed her shoulder and walked toward the man's car.

"What are you thinking?" richard asked in the car and saw Maudy looking dreamy, like a man with a lot of thoughts. Honestly, Maudy was still astonished by Leana.

For three years she was close to Leana, and she understood exactly what she was like when she was happy, sad or even confused. Then earlier, he could tell that the girl was confused about something, but unfortunately Leana did not want to tell him.

"I thought of Leana" Maudy replied.

Richard. "Leanna?" ricard repeated, he looked at Maudy with a look of disbelief.

"So, I drove Geo's clock to school, and then I saw Leana daydreaming. It seems like he is thinking of something. I tried to ask what's wrong with her, but she didn't answer at all."

Richard refocused on driving. Apparently, he understood what Leana was thinking. "Maybe he's tired and maybe he's thinking about a lesson. You know, right, there's gonna be a test soon?" reply Ricard. But, he knew what Leana was thinking.

"I hope so, too," said Maudy, though he still felt something was up.

After a long journey, finally the car driven by Richard arrived at a restaurant. The man came down followed by Maudy, and they went inside.

Upon arrival inside, Richard pulled the chair to Maudy making the woman smile. Shortly after, Richard sat down, before they ordered food.

While chatting, Richard's phone suddenly rang because of the phone, making him immediately pick up the man's call.

"Oh, yes, I have. I'll be there now." Richard turned to Maudy and made the woman sigh, not the first time Richard had left her while they were together.

"Yes, go" Maudy said as Richard opened his mouth to speak.

"No, I can postpone work later," said Richard who understood Maudy's disappointed look.

Someone told him about something important enough, but when he saw Maudy's face like this, he felt he could not bear to leave her.

"Go Richard, I'm fine. It must be very important" said Maudy who tried to understand that her future husband was an important person.

"No, I'm not leaving" Richard replied, putting his phone down, assuring him that he was not going to make the call.

It made Maudy smile because it turned out Ricahrd had chosen her, in the previous moment he had told the man to leave.

When the food arrived, Richard cut the steak for Maudy and then gave the plate to his future wife.

Just as Maudy was about to put food in his mouth, suddenly the phone went back to Richard's number making the man turn to his future wife. He hesitated to take up the call.

"Thank God" said Maudy until Ricahrd finally picked up the phone.

"Damn! I'm having lunch, can you wait for me?" ask Richard.

"It won't be long, Richard. This matter really must be resolved immediately."

Maudy sighed. He kept the fork that was in his hand then looked towards Richard who had just turned off the call.

"Go Richard, I'm fine" Maudy replied. But his face looked very disappointed.

"Are you all right?" asked Richard who felt bad.

"Go."

After Maudy said that, Richard got up from his seat. He approached the future wife and then kissed her forehead.

After Richard's death, Maudy sees food in front of him that has not been touched by Richard at all.

'Always like this, ' Maudy's mind. He continued to eat immediately.

"Maudy why are you home? I thought you were coming home tonight" Stev said as Maudy walked into his house.

Maudy accidentally went home to Steve, because there was a floor repair at his house, and he needed a break and obviously he couldn't do that at his house.

"Richard was busy, so I decided to go home. Can I rest here? My house is a mess" said Maudy with a sad face I.

Maudy did not reply anymore, the woman immediately walked towards the guest room and directly slammed her body on the bed. He stared at the ceiling with a mind that was breezy thinking about the future.

Entan why, he felt that something would soon befall him. Maudy shook her head, driving away the thought until it was finally not felt, she fell asleep.

At seven o'clock in the evening, Steve, who was playing a game on the balcony, lowered his head when he heard the sound of an open fence, and it turned out that the one who entered was Richard.

Apparently, Richard followed Steve's house because Maudy wasn't at his house. Steve is breathing now. "Totally," he murmured as he, who was busy playing games, was forced to come down to open the door.

When he opened the door, Steve still showed hospitality even though his heart was so upset. Richard asked, "Is Maudy inside?" ask Ricard. He just came to Maudy's house. However, Maudy is not there until she decides to go to Steve's house, and it's true that Maudy is here.

"Yes, it looks like he's sleeping" Stev replied. He remained friendly, even though his heart grumbled in annoyance.

"Can you call him?"

"Wait a minute, sit down, please" Stev said.

After letting Richard sit down, Steve turned to the guest room where Maudy was there. The man shook his head when he saw the room was still dark, a sign that from afternoon the woman had not yet woken up.

Steve slowly walked towards the switch then directly turned on the light. He approached the bed and sat himself next to Maudy, who was still closing his eyes.

Steve wakes Maudy up gently, but because he is still not awake, the man decides to pause his activities and instead stares at the face of his ex-wife closely.

It was enough at certain moments that Steve could see Maudy up close. He had always wished for this woman to be his, but in the end he had always realized that fate could not possibly unite them both.

While daydreaming, Steve felt the movement of Maudy lying behind him, making him directly touch the woman's shoulder to wake her gently.

Maudy woke up from her sleep, rubbed her eyes and then circulated her gaze and turned around. " Steve why did you wake me?" ask her with eyes half closed because she was still sleepy.

"There's Richard in front."

Maudy rose to her feet when she heard that Richard was ahead. The woman came out of the room leaving Steve who was now shaking.

"Richard," call Maudy.

Richard, who was fiddling with his phone, turned his head and smiled.

"Why are you here?" ask Maudy.

"I just wasn't calm about leaving you at the restaurant, so I followed along."

"Well, let's go to my house" Maudy said, because it's not good to talk at Steve's.

Richard got up from his seat, and they went out of there to Maudy's house. While Steve was looking from the balcony, he could only smile bitterly when he saw the two.

Thousands of arrows were shot into Steve's heart when he saw that. He sighed and went back to playing.

"Is there anything important in the office?" ask Maudy.

Maudy is lying on the couch with Richard's thighs busy on his phone. The man stroked Maudy's hair.

"Yes, there's a lot of work to be done, especially now that my confidants have stepped back and I'm forced to take care of everything myself."

Maudy got up and kept the phone next to her. "Want me a massage?" maudy asked, moreover, she could see the look on Ricard's tired face.

However, as usual Richard shook his head, making Maudy speechless. Something is hiding from them. Despite dating, the two never make excessive physical contact. Richard never even kissed Maudy's lips, a simple thing that other couples always do.

Maudy never took issue with him because Richard treated him well even though the man never wanted to be touched if not Richard himself who preceded.

Maybe Richard just wanted to respect her as a woman, that's what Maudy thought.

Time shows at eleven o'clock. Richard, who saw Maudy asleep, carried her to his room. After laying the woman on the bed, she covered her body with a blanket and then came out after turning off the lights.

Steve looked at the clock on the wall with an agitated heart from earlier, imagining what Maudy was doing right now.

His feelings were always not this way when he learned that Richard was visiting his ex-wife's house. He always imagined the no-no thing that would make him not want to sleep if he knew that the man was still in Maudy's house.

Especially from the balcony, Steve can see Richard's car is still at Maudy's house.

At that time, the sound of the roar of the car made Steve look to the side, so he could see the man's car that had left Maury's house.

Steve took a breath. And every time Ricard comes home, , then he'll be right into the room. When he entered the room, he heard the sound of rain.

Just as Steve was lying down and was intending to fall asleep, he suddenly heard the sound of thunder that was earthy to each other making him also eyed Maudy.

Geo was staying here, and that meant Maudy was home alone, because he had already returned to Russia in January. He knew that the woman was most afraid when it rained with the sound of thunder that continued to rumble like now.

Suddenly, the lights go out making Steve even more panicked considering Maudy who must have been very scared. He took the phone next to him and turned on the flashlight and woke Geo up, inviting the child to return to the mother's house.

"Geo," call Steve

Geo did not reply, he guessed that it was already sound asleep and if it was like this, then he would be difficult to wake up. He exits Geo's room and walks slowly to the servant's room, intending to have her accompany him as he is going to Maudy's house.

After he finished telling the waiter to move into the upper room, Steve went straight out of the house using an umbrella. He walked slowly because the road area was so slippery.

When entering Maudy's house, the door was unlocked, allowing her to go straight inside and up the stairs. At that moment, he could hear the sound of crying from Maudy's room, making him instantly run.

"Aw!" Steve suddenly grimaced when he accidentally hit the sofa.

However, as Maudy's cries grew louder, Steve paid no heed to the pain and continued running. The man shone a flashlight around the room, until he found Maudy sitting there curled up in fear on the floor.

Today, January is staying at his friend's place, and that's why he's alone.

"Steve," called Maudy with trembling lips.

"Steve, thank you for coming" Maudy said. He sighed a lot, being grateful Stev came, if there was no Stev maybe he would have been scared all night.

Steve did not reply to Maudy's remarks, he immediately kept the phone in the reverse position so that the flashlight highlighted them. "Let's get up."

Steve reached out to Maudy who and Maudy immediately welcomed him. He sat the woman in bed.

"Sleep, Maudy. I'll be here, and I'll be home when the lights are on."

Maudy nodded, she pulled the blanket over and then covered her body.

"Sleep, Maudy. It's okay, I'll wait here" said Steve again when he saw Maudy still seemed agitated.

Maudy did not reply, she closed her eyes as she was still sleepy.

An hour passed, but the lights were still not on. While Steve was already very tired and sleepy, he ended up lying next to Maudy.

Unconsciously, they slept in the same ramjang as Steve hugged Maudy from behind.

Maudy opened her eyes as sunlight shot towards her room. Last night, he forgot to cover the window. Before long, he realized his stomach was heavy.

Maudy bit her lip when she saw Steve sleeping and hugging her.

Maudy is not surprised by Steve's whereabouts because she is aware that he always accompanies her during rain and blackouts, although not often.

Maudy slowly removed Steve's hand from his stomach, then got off the bed. Then, Steve opened his eyes, a sign that he was awakened from his sleep for only a few hours. Steve had woken up at 05:00 this morning, he had deliberately pretended to be asleep to enjoy a longer time with Maudy, because he did not know when he could hug this woman.
