Steve develops a smile when he sees Maudy who looks beautiful with the necklace.

"Maudy, are you sure Richard won't get mad?" steve asked again to make Maudy look in wonder.

"Why did you keep talking about Richard? Why would Richard be angry?" maudy asked, she looked at Stev with a puzzled look.

"I mean, soon you'll be engaged and married to Richard, I don't feel good if you wear my necklace. If he knew, how would he respond?" ask Steve who is worried. Although she does love Maudy, she also appreciates Richard's feelings.

It made Maudy laugh. "No, where could he be angry," he replied with a very fluffy smile. It was as if she was given a necklace by Stev.

Steve frowned when he saw Maudy's reaction as he asked about Richard. Shouldn't a woman look happy when she gets married? However, Stev only realized that Maudy did not look enthusiastic when discussing marriage.

Maudy did not even mind wearing the necklace, but Steve thought that from the beginning he would refuse the gift.

"You okay?" maudy asked me Stev made Steve sober.

"Oh yes, of course I'm fine" replied Steve.

Maudy turned around, but she soon turned her head. "You've eaten? I've been cooking for you."

Since their relationship improved and Steve moved to Germany, Maudy always cooked for him. Maybe that's one of the factors why Steve fell in love with Maudy.

"Thank you, Maudy."

Steve immediately walked into the dining room, and sure enough, there was already some Maudy cuisine. The man immediately picked up the plate then moved some food there.

Even though he was full of food in the mall, when Maudy cooked, Steve would never waste the opportunity to eat it. He thought this was their moment together, because soon his ex-wife would belong to Richard.

Steve always felt claustrophobic and happy at the same time when he remembered that Maudy would soon be married, so he would not be able to see this kind of scene again.

"Steve," call Maudy when Steve is daydreaming.

Maudy sat herself down next to Steve and pulled the plate to prepare for the meal, as she wanted to eat with Stev.

As Maudy sat down, Steve looked back at her gift necklace making her smile involuntarily. The necklace was so beautiful around Maudy's neck, and in Stev's eyes, Maudy's beauty multiplied many times over.

While Maudy who was aware of Stev's gaze frowned. "Steve, are you crazy? Why do you keep smiling to yourself?" ask Maudy.

Steve then nodded. The man continued his activities until the meal was over.

Steve and Maudy were sitting by the pool. Each leaned his body back with his legs crossed. Meanwhile, Geo and Leana are swimming.

"I didn't think we could be like this" Maudy said, suddenly making Steve turn his head. Maudy develops a smile while remembering her past with Steve.

But before long, Steve realized the intent of Maudy's words made him nod his head.

"I also don't believe there's a moment, where we've made peace." As well as Stev, he smiled adorning the man's face, he really could not believe there was oni with Maudy.

'And I didn't expect to love you either, ' Steve said. He never thought that the person he used to use with Alya, was now even his love.

"Maudy," call Steve, "may I ask?" Stev hesitated a bit to ask, but his curious soul thrashed.

This continued to disturb Steve's mind. He knew that it was not his capacity to ask, but out of curiosity he tried to be determined even if Maudy would answer or not.

"Why?" maudy asked and then looked at Steve. The man's face looked serious.

"Are you happy with Richard?" I asked Steve doubtfully. He almost canceled his intention to ask. But because he was very curious, Stev finally continued his intentions.

Silent. No reply from Maudy made Steve frown. He thought that if indeed the woman was happy with Richard and sure of Ricard, then Maudy would immediately answer even with enthusiasm. But now, Maudy looks confused.

"Maudy," call Steve again to wake Maudy from his daydream. "Why don't you answer? Are you happy? I don't know why, I see you're uncomfortable with Richard."

Maudy sighed. "I'm happy" he answered. However, Maudy's face said something was different.

However, Steve could still sense that Maudy was hesitant to answer his question. However, he did not want to force it until he no longer asked. Let the rest be Maudy's business, he can only pray for them to be happy.

Maudy is back. Then suddenly he thought of something. "Steve, let's go swimming."

Not yet Steve replied, Maudy had already pulled Steve's hand and pushed him into the pool, leaving Geo and Leana shocked.

"Mommy, Daddy can't swim!" geo's screams made Maudy's eyes round in panic, especially when it was realized that he pushed Steve into a deep pool.

Maudy jumps into the pool to save Steve. After succeeding, she takes the man to the edge with the help of Geo as well as Leana.

When he was at the pool, it turned out Steve was unconscious until Maudy increasingly panicked. The woman kept pumping her ex-husband's chest to provide first aid.

Maudy's face looked pale and without a second thought, she instantly gave an artificial breath to Steve who was currently desperately holding back a laugh.

Steve can't swim, he's also traumatized. But the last year, he's always learned to do that until he can. Then now, he just wanted to prank Maudy.

Steve's body stiffened with his heart beating twice as fast, as Maudy gave an artificial breath. She was eager to return Maudy's kiss, but of course she didn't dare.

When Maudy had lifted her head, Steve coughed pretending to be conscious..

Maudy immediately sighed in relief when she saw Steve who was now up from his seat. The man pretended to pat his chest so that his ex-wife believed in the acting he was doing.

But before long, Maudy realized and she immediately released her embrace while pushing a little of the man's body.

"Maudy, are you committing premeditated murder?" stev asked as he looked at Maudy's pale face.

"No, where might it be" Maudy replied.

Before long Maudy frowned as Steve's face looked fresh. "You must be pranking me, right?" guess Maudy.

"No, how could I possibly judge you. I can't swim."

"But at that moment, I saw Uncle Steve swimming." Suddenly Leana spoke making Maudy's eyes round. She looked directly at Steve with a look of disbelief, let alone just giving an artificial breath to her ex-husband.

Steve's laughter exploded upon seeing Maudy's annoyed face. The woman got up from her seat and pushed Steve into the pool until he fell. He immediately left them with a flushed face.

"It could be that he pranks me!," Maudy grumbled.

Time shows at eight o'clock

When Steve, Maudy, Geo and Leana were having dinner. Sitting at the table, Maudy dared not look at her ex-husband at all.

While Steve continued to look to Maudy with a mischievous highlight. He wanted to forget for a moment about Maudy who would soon belong to someone else. Especially now in Stev Maudy's eyes looked adorable.

Finally, the dinner was over. Remembering that the waiter at Steve's house was not coming in, the man said, "Maudy, let me do the dishes."

"No need, let me just," answered Maudy who now continues his steps followed by Geo and Leana who store each plate.

When Steve kept the plate, he accidentally held Maudy's hand in the sink to make the woman turn, until Maudy and Stev's gaze locked onto each other.

Before long, Steve regained his senses and immediately let go of his hand. "I'm sorry I didn't accidentally."

The awkward feeling immediately covered the two, until Maudy immediately washed his hands and splashed the water on Steve's face while laughing.

Steve did not want to lose, he also did the same thing until the awkwardness was gone by itself.

Shortly the sound of the bell made Steve look. He walked to the door and saw Richard.

"Sorry to bother you, are Leana and Maudy here?" ricard asked, because he had just gone to Maudy's house but there was no one there until he immediately followed to Steve's house

The happiness that had just been present in Steve's heart, just disappeared when he saw Richard in front of him. However, he could do nothing but smile as if everything was fine.

"Some, wait I'll call. Please come in" said Steve. He turns to call Leana and Maudy.

"Leana," call Steve.

"Your father's looking for you, he's waiting ahead."

Leana's body stiffened when she heard Steve's words. He was sure that his father would talk about what he had done in secret, which was to meet someone.

"Say I'm asleep."

Leana quickly got up from her seat, then lay down on the bed and after that she covered her entire body with a blanket. It made Steve and Geo both frown confused. There was something strange about the girl.

"Maudy" called Steve when he approached Maudy

Maudy, who was fiddling with her phone, turned her head. "There's Richard in front."

Maudy did not answer immediately until Steve thought that Maudy was lazy to meet Richard. But before long, the woman's expression turned happy. "Well see you, I'll take Richard to my house."

Steve nodded with a grievous heart. He looked at Maudy's back with a hollow feeling. In the end, the uneasiness appeared again imagining what they were going to do in the woman's house.

"Richard," call Maudy.

Richard looked up and smiled.

"Are you not busy?" maudy asked because yesterday, Richard said that he was busy.

"No, I wanted to see you and Leana, but Steve told me he was asleep."

"But he was playing a game with Geo" Maudy replied innocently making Richard close his eyes. He was increasingly convinced that Leana was avoiding him.

"Richard what's wrong? Has there been a problem?" maudy asked as Richard looked dreamy.

"No, let's go to your house" Richard asked.

Maudy nodded, and they came out of Steve's house. Then as usual, Steve who was on the balcony could only stare at them with a nano highlight.

"Daddy," Geo called Steve from his daydream until he immediately neutralized the expression.

"Is Leana awake?" ask Steve.

Geo stood next to his father, kept his hands on the balcony railing and looked back at Steve.

"Why are you staring at Daddy like that?" ask Steve.

"Daddy, do you still like Mommy?" a

ask Geo suddenly.

Instantly, Steve choked upon hearing Geo's words. How could this fifteen-year-old, understand what he was feeling?

"Why are you saying that?" asked Steve who was trying to neutralize his secret, even though it wasn't enough to trick Geo.

"Come on Dad, you used to stare at Mommy. Then secretly you also often see the picture on your phone. That's enough to say that you like Mommy."

Steve Speechless heard his son's words. "Geo, you're not even seventeen yet, and then you've understood that?"

"Dad, don't divert the conversation" Geo said.

Steve smile. She felt that there should be nothing more she needed to cover from her son. "You're right, Daddy does love him."

"Well, look, didn't I tell you that my hunch wouldn't miss." Geo spoke with pride as it turned out that his guess was correct.

"If you've known for a long time, why don't you ask Mommy and Daddy to be together?" This time, Steve asked. He is astonished at Geo who never demands anything, including asking him and Maudy to get back together. That was why, he was so curious about their son's answer.

Geo chuckles. "What if you were together, you would still be fine like now? I don't think so," he answered.

"You mean?"

"Honestly, I'd rather you guys be friends like this."

Steve was again made to lose his word when he heard Geo's words. She did not expect her son to think that far.

"If Mommy and Daddy were together before Uncle Richard, what would happen?" ask Steve.

"You can often fight like a married couple in general. I also remember you yelling at Mommy Alya a lot. Even though it happened when I was a kid, it's still in my brain."

"You still remember that?"

"Sure, so I think you'd better be friends."

When hearing the conversation of Geo and Steve, Leana who was secretly there, did not expect that the father of his step-brother candidate still had feelings for Maudy.

On the other hand she wants Maudy to be her mother, but on the other hand she does not want Maudy's fate like her real mother. Should Leana ask Steve to kidnap Maudy?

In the end, the girl turned around. But just a few steps, he was silent when he accidentally kicked something to make Steve and Geo turn his head. Both of them were so shocked when they realized Leana's whereabouts.

Leana looked at him and smiled awkwardly. "I-I came here to ...."

Leana now looks at Steve with a spotlight that implies that he wants to convey something, but on the other hand feels hesitant. Luckily, the man was sensitive and understood his feelings until he said, "Do you want to say something to Uncle?"

Leana bit her lip. "Uncle, can we talk seriously?"

Leana felt that it seemed that now she had to ventured to speak and ask him for help.

Then here they were, in a room and there were only the two of them there without Geo, because the young man did not want to interfere too much.

"Is there anything you're thinking? Look you're away from your father, is there a problem?" ask Steve.

Leana's speechless. "Uncle promised, wouldn't you say this to anyone?"

Leana felt like crying when she said that to Steve. Geo's father now stroked her hair, a sign that she understood the girl's feelings.

"Leana, you can hold Uncle. Uncle won't say anything to anyone. Your secret is safe with Uncle."

Leana sighed then closed her eyes, trying to string the right words together because she did not want to explain clearly what happened in the past, but just the outline.

But even then, Leana was still confused where to start.

"Leana," call Steve.

"Uncle, actually ...." Leana hung up her words, she really felt heavy to speak.

Steve frowned, he was really confused by this girl in front of him.

"Is it hard to tell?" guess Steve.

"It's very heavy" Leana said. This time, the girl's lips looked trembling, and even a clear feather fell from her eye patch.

Steve approached then stroked Leana's hair and carried the child into his arms. "If it's heavy, don't tell stories. Later if you're ready."

Leana returned Steve's embrace and cried. The girl's memory goes back to a very painful past, so she even feels unable to tell a story or cry in front of anyone.

But when Steve hugged her, she couldn't help but cry, especially now that she remembers the moment her mother collapsed after falling from the fourth floor.
