Twelve years passed

Maudy felt a tremendous weakness. For some reason, some days his mood has deteriorated. He looked at the wall clock that showed at four in the afternoon.

Maudy can't wait for Steve to come home soon, because she's lonely. Moreover, Leana and Geo have an event at her school, and will be home tomorrow morning.

Maudy decides to get up from her seat, she plans to refresh herself and dress up to greet Steve.

Time showed at five o'clock in the afternoon, and Steve hadn't returned yet. Many times he called the man, but Stev's phone couldn't be reached.

Suspicion suddenly haunts Maudy. Undeniably, since returning to Russia, he often overthinking because of fear Steve will meet with Alya again.

At times, Maudy regretted returning to Russia. But when he saw Leana, he also felt grateful for his decision considering that now, the girl no longer daydreams much.

Time showed at seven o'clock the night Steve got out of the car. Today there are so many jobs in the office, which makes him completely unaware that his phone is dead. Without checking, he decided to go straight home.

Steve went into the house that looked lonely.

"Where is Madam?" steve asked as the waiter passed in front of him.

"The lady's in the room, sir."

Steve walked up to the elevator to go up to his room. He opened the door and frowned when the atmosphere inside was so dark.

"Darling?" call Steve. He walked towards the switch, then turned on the lights. He was even more confused when he saw Maudy lying down and covering her whole body with a blanket.

Before long, Steve's eyes rounded when he heard the sobs from Maudy. As fast as lightning he kept his briefcase, then walked towards the bed and sat himself beside his wife.

"Darling, what's wrong with you?" ask Steve. He pulled the blanket, and as quickly as lightning Maudy put away his hand.

"Do I have any fault?"

"Yes you are guilty. You must have seen him again, right? You must be enjoying your time with Alya, right?"

Steve took a breath. It was always this matter that made him suspect by Maudy.

"Darling, where am I going to see him? I have a lot of work today. You can check the CCTV in my office."

Steve reached into his pocket to pick up the phone, and he rounded his eyes when he realized it was dead. Now he's looking towards Maudy.

Steve took off his shirt, and he was bare-chested, and then lay down next to Maudy. He hugged his wife from behind, for Maudy could only be placated by this.

"Honey, how long are you gonna be like this?" asked Steve softly.

"You asked us to move here."

"I swear, I never saw him. You can open my phone and see the CCTV footage in my room" Stebe said, making Maudy bite her lip.

"Really, Honey. I didn't meet Alya. Let alone that, I didn't even intend to meet him," said Steve made Maidy immediately turn around until now they lay face to face.

"Am I a bitch?" ask Maudy.

Steve stroked Maudy's hair. "Where might this beautiful wife suck? Of course not" he said, making Maudy's face red.

Maudy hugged Steve. "Help me" said Maudy, making the man shuffle to reply.

"What, Doc? Wife pregnant?" Steve was about to scream when the doctor said that Maudy was pregnant. He even looked at the Doctor in disbelief, also impatiently waiting for validation from him who had just examined Maudy.

While Maudy herself, she is determined not to believe that she is pregnant again.

"That's serious, your wife is pregnant."

Steve's body was weak. Not because he was not happy, but because of the happiness that was so passionate, so he felt helpless even though only to move.

"Mr Steve," called the doctor to make Steve wake up and then straighten his body, and turned to Maudy who looked sculpted.

Steve quickly hugged Maudy. He cried as he grabbed the woman. It cannot be expressed how happy he was to know that the wife was pregnant again.

Unlike Maudy, although happy but she felt a little afraid. For some reason, the trauma overshadowed her, when she was pregnant and Geo was taken by Steve and Alya by force.

Steve drives his car at a very fast speed. While driving, he stroked Maudy's stomach which had been silent since then because her mood was completely down.

After a long journey, finally the car driven by Steve arrived home. He went down and made Maudy wake up.

When Steve was about to open the door for Maudy, the woman got out of the car first, then walked past it just to make Steve astonished.

When he was about to ask, Steve suddenly thought of something that made him understand Maudy's feelings so well, that he also allowed the woman to calm down first before inviting him to talk.

Time showed at seven o'clock in the evening, Steve was silent in front of the room. He did not dare to enter, because since this afternoon Maudy did not come out from inside there, and he himself did not meet him because he wanted the woman to be completely calm and able to think clearly.

After a long silence, Steve went inside and walked to the bed, where Maudy was sitting with her legs dangling to the floor.

Steve knelt down before Maudy to make her realize.

"What I did in the past must have been so painful" Steve said, wiping away Maudy's tears.

"You still don't believe me?" steve asked meekly which Maudy answered a nod.

"I can't believe it. I'm scared."

"What should I do to prove that I can't repeat my mistake first, my dear?"

ask Steve.

"Well, it looks like from now on I'll never go out without you again, I'll move all my work home" Steve said.

"Why did you do that?" ask Maudy.

"I don't want you to have much thought. I just want you to enjoy the days, because for twenty-four hours I'll be with you."

Maudy closed her eyes. He's upset with himself. Though he was prepared to bring up their past, but now he was tired of hearing Steve's words.

12 Years later.

Time passed so quickly that it did not feel like ten years had passed since the news of Maudy's pregnancy. However, there is nothing different about his life and Steve is always lived lovingly with their three children, Leana, Geo and Carol, their daughter who is now nine years old.

"Mom" call Geo who is now twenty-four years old. "Where's leana?"

"Looks like Leana's away with Kenzo."

Suddenly, Geo's jaw hardens when he hears Leana leaving with her best friend. It made Maudy frown.

"Why indeed?" tanya Maudy made Geo aware. He looked at Geo strangely.
