After nearly two hours of travel, Mike's car stopped in the hospital area. Johan and Mila immediately descend, with their swift steps leading to the VVIP room, the room where Cacha is being treated.
Johan opened the door of the room, Cacha who was chatting with Rendra was immediately surprised to see the arrival of her parents.
"Dad, Mother." Cacha's face looks nervous, especially when looking at the look of the father's face that looks flat despite the worry there.
"How did you get hurt, Cha?" ask Mila. The middle-aged woman sat beside her daughter.
"Cacha's okay, Bun." Cacha smiled faintly, as if to show that she was fine.
"You sure you're okay when you're out of surgery for a broken bone in your shoulder, Cha?" ask Johan.
"How did you know?" ask Cacha back. Though he had told the doctor who handled to silence and said he was only lightly injured.
"Dad didn't think you were a good girl to lie now! Did you teach you to lie?" Johan looks at Cacha, but his tail glances at Rendra who is looking down.
"I'm sorry Cacha, Dad." Cacha's voice sounded full of regret.
"Mas, stop. Your daughter's sick, don't get mad at her just yet. You better finish your business first." Mila tried to mediate. Johan finally stopped talking.
"I'm sorry, sir. All my fault, Cacha was hurt for helping me. If it wasn't for me, maybe Cacha wouldn't have—"
"Can you go home first, Mr. Rendra." Johan cut Rendra's words just like that.
Rendra was silent for a moment, he wanted to explain and apologize. However, the look in Johan's eyes was so sharp, making Rendra undo his intentions and finally say goodbye to leave. Instead of being a coward, he just wanted to give each other time to calm down. Because he knew, Cacha's parents were angry and disappointed at this moment.
After Rendra's departure, Johan's gaze towards Cacha sharpened even more. The middle-aged man sat his body on the edge of the gurney and looked at the princess with an inexplicable gaze.
"Tell me, why are you lying and pretending to be Rendra's girlfriend?" Cacha was shocked to hear the question coming from her father's mouth.
"Mas, pity Cacha still hurts." Mila tried to defend Cacha. She knew her daughter was scared right now.
"Did Mike say it to Dad? You're a fucking handyman!" cacha is upset.
"No!" refute Johan, "Mike is the father of the law because it has helped you cover everything from father. Yesterday morning, Mr. Bastian came to see my father and told him that his daughter was in a relationship with her son. Is that true, Cha?" johan asked with emphasis.
"Yeah ...." Cacha fell silent because she was so worried about what answer to give.
"Indeed you dare?" cacha asked a little mockingly. Because he knew, his father was just threatening him.
"Why should you be afraid? You've been lying and it's hurt dad a lot, Cha!" Johan sounded snapped, but the look on the man's face was filled with disappointment.
"I'm sorry Cacha, Dad." Cacha's voice sounded so soft it barely even sounded.
"Stop your charade. Mr. Bastian also knows that you're just lying. I've already betrothed you to someone."
"Who?" cacha asked for an answer.
"Mike!" Johan. Both of Cacha's eyes looked perfectly dilated. He still could not believe what he was hearing at this moment.
"Dad is right! Cacha doesn't want to marry Mike!" reject Cacha. The girl's voice even sounded high.
"Why? I'm looking for a man who can be your protector! It's not just you protecting that man!" syndicate Johan.
"Well, instead of Mas Rendra not protecting me, it's all the way I have to get hurt like this." Cacha is still trying to defend himself.
Mila got up and moved to sit on her husband's lap. She hugged her husband tightly to dampen the man's emotions, which began to look up.
"Now who do you choose? Mike or Rendra?" ask Johan. Cacha was silent because she felt so worried.
"Cacha doesn't want to be with Mike, Dad." Cacha's voice sounded soft.
"Why?" ask Johan full of probes.
"Dad still asks why? I think Cacha wants to marry a father's son who is even a very different age. It could be that Cacha was married to his own father!"
"Take your talk, Cha!" snapped Johan. The look in his daughter's eyes looked very sharp.
"Already, Mas. Talk about this later. Poor your daughter." Mila hugged her husband.
"I'm sorry I bothered you guys." A familiar voice from the direction of the door, made the three of them go silent for an instant. Even their bodies stiffened when they realized the figure of the man.
