Ara let out a long sigh and then exhaled violently to reduce the tightness in the chest. Only this time he felt so sick just because the man he 'may' already loved still kept the clothes of his former lover. Ara turned around and took the dress earlier. She put the dress back in its original place.
You've been broken up for years, but you still keep her clothes. Perhaps even to this day your heart still belongs to him.
Ara wiped away the tears that were flowing quickly. He didn't want Febian to know that he was crying right now. However, late. The man had been standing behind her for some time. Febian's hands coiled around Ara's stomach tightly to the point of surprise. Ara quickly wiped away the tears that still left traces there.
"I'm sorry." Febian tightened his arms and put his head in the recess of his wife's neck.
"Why do you keep apologizing? You didn't do anything wrong." Ara tried to normalize her voice.
"I never opened this closet at all, even I forgot that there was a woman's shirt here."
"And now you suddenly remember it?" sergeant Ara. Febian instantly shut up. "Mas, I'm going home now. I think I've been leaving father too long."
"I'm sorry." Febian. Ara turned around and looked at Febian with a smile adorning her lips. Ara cupped Febian's face and looked at the man's eyes deeply.
"No need to apologize. I'm fine." Ara did not dampen her smile at all, but it made Febian feel even more guilty. "Wear your clothes, Mas. I'll go home first. Thank you for being so kind to me all this time." Ara kissed Febian's cheeks gently. Afterwards, he walked out of the room and Febian could only be speechless looking at his wife's back slowly moving away.
"Aghhh stupid!" Febian hit the cupboard and cursed himself who had acted so foolishly. Actually, this outfit he had prepared all day for Ara, just in case there was such a thing, but Febian was too embarrassed. Damn again, he even said that the clothes belonged to Jasmin. He himself also wondered why he could suddenly mention the name of the woman.
He put on clothes quickly and soon caught up with his wife. But the woman was no longer visible. Febian rushed out of the room, but he collided with Leona who had just entered.
"Sir Bi, why the hell!" nagel Leona.
"Where is Ara?" febian asked impatiently to make Ara's forehead shrivel.
"He just came down. Why why?" leona asked confusedly. Instead of answering, Febian walked quickly to the elevator to chase after his wife.
Meanwhile, Ara walked half-runningly carrying an empty bushel. He accidentally bumped into the receptionist who had just returned after lunch. Rantang held by Ara fell to create a loud sound that was able to distract some employees.
"Can you walk well?" yelled the woman.
"Pardon me, Ma'am." Ara took the bushel and then stood half-down.
"I don't know why Mr. Febian could marry a country girl like you. Are you playing pellets?" knock the woman. Ara nodded quickly.
"I'm sorry, Ma'am." Ara was about to leave, but the woman held back. He thought that Febian had already started an important meeting.
"You should be self-aware, a woman like you is no match for Lord Febian! You are very different, especially with Miss Jasmin. You are nothing!"
Ara squeezed loudly as she felt her heart throbbing pain. Why else would that name come out?
"It's good that you're self-conscious! Tell me now, you're wearing a pellet! Or you would open your thighs wide to Lord Febian."
"Say it again!" The loud noise from the back made them surprised. The woman's body trembled violently when she saw Febian walking closer with sharp eyes and a hardened jaw. While Ara only dared to duck deeply.
"Say once! Are you deaf!" febian Wrath. It felt like a hungry lion was facing its prey.
"Tu-Master, I'm sorry." The woman rested in front of Febian with her hands cupped in front of her chest.
"Regend! I gotta slap your fucking mouth!" Febian anger has reached its peak. He really did not accept when his wife was insulted like that.
"I'm sorry, Sir." The woman cried, Ara who saw her became unbearable. Febian stood half-squatted and slapped the woman to make the corner of her lips bleed.
"Mas!" Ara pulled on Febian's body until the man stood up again. "Do you have no heart! Why did you slap him?"
"He's insulting you!" reply Febian. His breath was heard hunting as it held back emotions.
"He didn't insult me, Mom. What he said is true. Aren't I very different from Miss Jasmin?" Ara's tone was whirling, and it was able to make Febian's heart feel unruly.
"Ara ...," call Leona who just got there.
"Mas, if you want to slap, don't slap this woman's honesty. But slap me so I can be self-conscious!" Ara's tears washed almost her entire face.
"Fra! Don't talk like that!" Leona spoke highly, but Ara did not care.
Ara squatted down and looked at the woman with pity. "Wake up, let me help you clean your wounds, Ma'am." Ara spoke softly, making the woman even more speechless.
Febian made no sound, only forcibly pulling Ara's body to stand up and hugged her tightly. He did not care even though Ara just continued to thrash, and even more tightened the embrace.
"Didn't you have a meeting? Go, don't be late."
Febian did not answer, but he carried Ara. "Le, tell our client the meeting is adjourned tomorrow morning. Teach this woman a lesson too! Give him a letter of dismissal, severance and blacklist!" febian Titah.
"All right," said Leona. He took a deep breath when he saw everything. However, he was happy because all this proved that Febian already loved Ara, and it made him very happy.
Febian walked out of the office without a care for the woman who kept pleading. He got into the car and sat in the back with Ara. Ara's private driver came in and drove the car to the apartment according to her employer's orders. During the trip, Ara was just silent even she did not stare at her husband at all.
"Are you okay?" febian asked as he rubbed Ara's cheek gently to wipe away the woman's tears. Ara did not reply at all, and she tried to avoid Febian's gaze.
