The unconscious Nathan is then forcibly awakened by a police officer using a bucket of ice water. Naturally in the winter and snowy Nathan will feel very cold after being watered using ice water.

Nathan's breathing becomes breathless and he is shocked to discover that he is now in an interrogation room. While trying to move he was surprised to find both his hands and feet locked on a chair.

"Look at this sleeping prince we've woken up to..." A man's familiar voice makes Nathan try to focus his myopic eyes on the man.

Nathan is immediately shocked to find Alex and Roxy in the interrogation room with several authorities such as the police, FBI, and DEA agents who oversee the circulation of illegal drugs.

"Boss? Roxy's? What's really going on here. Why am I being held like a criminal? Is this some kind of reality show?"

Nathan tries to keep a positive mind and doesn't want to assume that two people he already believes strongly have trapped him.

Today is Nathan's birth date, which makes the man think that everyone just wants to surprise him with a birthday party.

Everyone dressed up as police officers, the FBI, and the DEA is considered Nathan as just a supporting cast to help with the surprise created by Alex and Roxy.

Suddenly a police officer pulled out a camera and started filming Nathan. This clearly made Nathan feel astonished as to why the man was filming himself before the show began.

"Can we just start, Mr Nathan? I hope you cooperate so that tonight's interrogation can be completed without violence. You understand not what I mean?"

A DEA member is seen sitting opposite Nathan and separated by a table. The woman pulled out a note and pen as she was about to begin interrogating Nathan.

Hearing questions from the cast who became DEA officers, of course Nathan felt surprised especially when he saw everyone in the room looked serious, to make the atmosphere become quite tense.

Nathan looked at the black glass wall and realized that there were still many people who were currently watching the interrogation.

Seeing how serious everyone was, Nathan began to think back to whether all this was just his birthday surprise event or he was actually being interrogated.

"I'm sorry I don't understand what you mean, ma'am. And what exactly happened?" Nathan turned his gaze toward the DEA agent who was staring at him like a little rabbit.

Nathan begins to feel a sense of unease in his heart as he gets a cynical look from everyone in the room.

Margaret took out a packet of morphine and placed it on the table. "We found more than 50 packets of morphine in your car. Now you have two choices, which is to make a confession that you're involved in the drug trade or tomorrow you won't be able to see the sun."

Margaret's words sounded serious and there was no sign of doubt, as if she were an angel of death who could take Nathan's life at any time with just one word.

Seeing a 2-kilogram package of morphine on the table, Nathan who had never owned such a forbidden item was certainly evasive when accused of carrying a morphine package.

"You all must have caught people wrong. I'm not the one who owns that stuff. You can check if there's any fingerprints in there or not."

Nathan shook his head and did not want to admit something that did not belong to him, let alone a forbidden object like morphine commonly used by drug addicts.

Margaret then gave the code to some police officers to force Nathan to touch some of the morphine packets they found.

But no matter how much Nathan tried to rebel he lost, and ended up touching all the morphine packs in the room.

Nathan then turned his gaze towards Alex who looked a sly smile. He also sees the man looking very close to Roxy who is his lover.

"Did you all set me up?!" Nathan tightened his teeth when he saw Alex and Roxy looking at him as if he was a pest.

Alex and Roxy do not answer Nathan's questions but laugh. This makes Nathan even more suspicious if he is being framed, especially when he sees the attitude shown by everyone there to him.

Margaret then again asked Nathan to admit ownership of 50 packages of morphine, which were actually deliberately prepared to trap her.

Nathan remains adamant about not acknowledging the possession of the 50 morphine packets, and tells Alex that he has been framed for sending some defective computer devices.

Unfortunately Nathan is currently meeting with the wrong parties. Instead of getting the defense of the man was directly beaten by several members of the police.

Nathan fell to the floor, still locked in the chair. He was then trampled by several people and Alex also participated in the persecution of him.

All of Nathan's limbs were severely beaten to the point of causing him serious injuries. Some of his ribs and some of his fingers were broken.

Only members of Nathan's face and head were left smooth by everyone, so as not to arouse suspicion from many parties when they record Nathan's confession to serve as evidence if the man is indeed guilty.

Everyone including the officers there are just a handful of corrupt justice enforcers who use Nathan as a scapegoat.

In addition to getting a lot of money from 50 packages of morphine, they will certainly also be rewarded and promoted after arresting one of the drug smugglers.

Nathan's position was then on the stand again facing Margaret the agent of the DAE unit. The man's condition seemed quite alarming and several times vomited blood.

"Our son? Just so you know Nathan. After finding out I was pregnant with your child, I dropped it. Now you better confess and sign this."

Roxy issued several documents containing the transfer of Nathan's inheritance rights ranging from savings, insurance, to the apartment they had occupied for several years both.

Hearing that Roxy had dropped her off one month ago, Nathan was clearly shocked. The man did not expect the woman he had dated since he was in high school to now have an affair with his own boss, and the worst was to abort their own baby.
