The next day as usual Nathan was busy with all the tools on his desk to work on a prototype of the Electrical Air Defense requested by the Minister of Defense some time ago.

Nathan used the blueprints of the Electrical Armour that he had perfected before to serve as the basis for the prototype of Electrical Air Defense considering how it works and functions are almost the same.

Elizabeth suddenly walked into the room carrying a sandwich and orange juice for Nathan, considering that the man had not eaten anything when he started working on the Electrical Air Defense prototype from 5am.

"Where's the prototype you're working on?" Elizabeth asked as she watched a half-finished device on the table. Although not very understanding about such a tool, but he felt interested to see.

Of course Elizabeth does not have the capacity to know the prototype of Electrical Air Defense that Nathan is working on. Even Katarina who had helped from the beginning did not know the basics of making the prototype.

"Yes, I'll finish it soon. Please call Lloyd there's something I need to talk to him about." Nathan replies while munching on Elizabeth's beef bacon sandwich.

Look at the beef bacon Nathan is eating. Katarina, Joe, and El Chapo who are there of course want to also eat what else when smelling the fragrant aroma of beef bacon that is appetizing.

They then looked at Elizabeth and intended to ask for a sandwich like Nathan's. But the beautiful woman only gave a cold look that made the three of them instantly undo the intention.

In Katarina's silent heart, Joe, and El Chapo talk about Nathan who has Elizabeth's undivided attention. Everyone now knew of the relationship of the two of them and had even guessed it from the beginning back.

Elizabeth pulled out her cell phone and immediately contacted the Secretary of Defense as Nathan wished. It took less than a minute that the call was connected which showed how prioritized Nathan was.

Nathan then goes to another room to talk to Lloyd leaving Elizabeth with Katarina, Joe, and El Chapo. The atmosphere instantly became tense after Nathan's departure.

Noticing Elizabeth's cold gaze, Katarina tried to distract and focus on picking up the diamond flakes. Honestly, he's already getting a cold sweat knowing Elizabeth must be after him.

On the other hand Joe and El Chapo try to distract them by talking about a tourist spot so that Elizabeth does not pay attention to them both.

"Katarina can I have a minute? There's something I need to talk to you about..." Elizabeth asked as she walked into the other room without first listening to whether Katarina wanted to follow her or not.

Katarina then handed over the job of collecting diamond chips to Joe and El Chapo rather than just idling there without doing any activities.

With a lethargic step Katarina followed Elizabeth from behind into a closed room to talk about something and it would certainly be very important.

"So what do you want to talk about with me, Chief?" Katarina asked nervously while wishing Elizabeth had not scolded her for no apparent reason considering she had done nothing wrong.

Katarina's eyes instantly widened when she saw Elizabeth's face expression that was like a girl was falling in love. The face of the beautiful woman looks blushed and of course this is very surprising to Katarina.

Elizabeth suddenly pulled out a gray scarf that she knitted herself and showed it to Katarina. "What do you think if I give this scarf as a Christmas present for Nathan?"

Katarina's thoughts for a moment stopped. He was trying to understand what really happened to Elizabeth. The beautiful woman who usually looks indifferent and cold now turns shy when talking about a Christmas gift for a man.

"Chairman... Are you all right?" Katarina approached to check on Elizabeth's condition after seeing the beautiful woman's face flushed red and felt her attitude had changed drastically unlike usual.

Elizabeth clucked in annoyance as Katarina talked about something else that wasn't important. He then again asked the woman for an opinion on whether her scarf was suitable as a Christmas gift or not.

Don't want to get into trouble with Elizabeth. Katarina then checked the scarf handmade by the beautiful woman. There were some things he corrected when he found some mistakes in the making and asked Elizabeth to justify it first.

"I think it's appropriate to give a handmade scarf as a Christmas present. It would be interesting to see you knitting a scarf for a man..." Catherine's chirps made Elizabeth very ashamed.

Elizabeth then retook her scarf from Katarina's hand to cover her already flushed face like a tomato. Katarina there could only laugh and tease Elizabeth.

After their affairs were over, Katarina wanted to return to continue her work. But from behind he felt a cold that felt very familiar.

"What were you talking about with Nathan when I wasn't there before?" Elizabeth asked in a cold tone while watching Katarina from behind like a beast.

Katarina swallows the saliva and suspects Elizabeth to be very suspicious. She is now convinced the beautiful woman will be completely protective of Nathan, who is already her lover, and will use various means to have the man completely.

"We are only talking about the Electrical Air Defense project. Nothing else I swear..." Katarina replied nervously as she stood her back to Elizabeth for not looking into the beautiful woman's eyes directly at this moment.

Katarina then explained that she had actually been in a relationship with a man who was none other than Mike, to convince Elizabeth if she could not dare to tempt Nathan.

Hearing the explanation from Katarina certainly made Elizabeth surprised. The beautiful woman knows Katarina and Mike's relationship like water and oil are at odds all the time.

Katarina added that she and Mike had been in a relationship since their vacation on Long Beach. They got carried away and ended up sleeping together.

Elizabeth, who heard Katarina had slept with Mike, immediately blushed in embarrassment. He was certainly still inexperienced and very embarrassed when Katarina discussed it.
