Decree of the Sebastian Family

In an examination room, Nathan is currently receiving treatment from Harold to re-stitch the gunshot wound he had obtained earlier.

Sebastian, Joe, El Chapo appear to have a frown on their forehead when they see Nathan's body full of wounds behind his clothes.
