After making a report to Alexander, Sebastian then returns to Harold's room to make sure Nathan's operation is running smoothly or not.

Seeing Nathan looking relaxed watching the television broadcast during the operation, Sebastian could breathe a little sigh of relief.

Even this time the sentence that Sebastian had spoken to Nathan seemed very formal, as if the young man had a very high standing in his eyes.

Nathan himself was also surprised because he should have been polite to Sebastian considering that the man had saved him.
