First Approach

In the morning Nathan does daily routine activities as usual, which is to collect daily Points by carrying out the mission that has been given by the System to exercise.

Although he already had many Nathan Exchange Points he still did not feel satisfied. Nathan realizes that the Exchange Points he has earned now are bound to run out in the near future, given the very nature of System who likes to squeeze him in various ways.

When Nathan was lifting weights, Elizabeth unexpectedly entered the Gym with her tight gym suit.

"What are you doing here?" Elizabeth asked while tying her hair in a ponytail model and preparing the treadmill tool she wanted to use.

Elizabeth still remembers Nathan staying in the lab last night. He thought that the man was still sleeping because it was still very early in the morning.

Hearing a question from Elizabeth immediately made Nathan stop the exercise for a moment and noticed the beautiful woman who was running on the treadmill.

"Don't you see if I'm playing sports here? I should've asked you why you were here and didn't come home. Hasn't your secret task failed completely?"

Nathan smiled faintly after finishing his words. He now wants to see how Elizabeth responds after making the wrong move for the umpteenth time.

As a secret agent and mercenary leader. Elizabeth should be ashamed that all her plans have been read by her target.

Nathan's wait to see the look of annoyance on Elizabeth's face did not go well. The beautiful woman casually and expressionless face evaded the accusations given by Nathan.

Elizabeth says she's still there to do the job her boss gave her as Nathan's personal assistant.

Hearing Elizabeth's reply instantly made Nathan laugh in disbelief. He did not expect that the beautiful woman still wanted to dodge the accusations that were clear.

Nathan can only smile wryly and choose to let Elizabeth do whatever she wants there, because she does not want the contract with the government void due to the exorcism of the beautiful woman.

Nathan was no longer suspicious of him. Elizabeth then glanced at him and noticed the man who was drinking a high-protein drink.

Elizabeth unknowingly continued to watch as Nathan sweated after a workout. Eventually, he fell off the treadmill because he lost focus.

Seeing Elizabeth fall from Nathan's treadmill immediately helped her. But roughly the beautiful woman refused to be helped and said a small matter like this was meaningless to her.

Nathan eventually undoes his intention to help and lets Elizabeth try to stand alone as she wishes.

But just getting to her feet Elizabeth immediately fell back to the floor which made Nathan can only shake his head then help her.

"Go, I'm fine and don't need any help from you!" Elizabeth said angrily as she tried to shake off Nathan's hand that touched her leg.

Hearing the rejection from Elizabeth, Nathan immediately pressed the part of the beautiful woman's leg that was sprained and made her groan in pain.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Nathan asked while raising his eyebrows at the sight of Elizabeth's stubbornness, who did not want to be helped.

Elizabeth clucked in annoyance and took her eyes off Nathan. He was finally able to just shut up and let the man help him.

Seeing Elizabeth who had been silent and did not make a rejection. Nathan then grabs a small spray-like device from his pocket containing a wound medicine serum.

Nathan accidentally bought the serum from System because it often sprained the same as Elizabeth when she was training. So there is no question why he already has the serum.

Carefully Nathan took off the sports shoes that Elizabeth was familiar with. Although it was very careful still the beautiful woman slightly let out a groaning sound because she felt pain.

After removing the shoes Elizabeth used. Nathan then sprayed the serum on the legs of the beautiful woman who looked slightly bruised.

On the other hand, Elizabeth secretly notices Nathan who is treating her. This was the first time for him to look weak in front of others and of course made him feel embarrassed.

As a mercenary leader, Elizabeth was used to looking strong in front of others. This he deliberately did so as not to be considered weak by his peers and enemies.

But now Elizabeth's pride collapses in an instant after Nathan sees a weak side that should go unnoticed by others, especially for the target he hates the most.

"I'll definitely kill you. Remember that!" Elizabeth snorted in annoyance as she watched Nathan with hatred that would never go away.

What Elizabeth said was not a mere threat. He would kill Nathan so that no one else would see his weak side.

"Yes, I'll wait for him. But don't expect too much to work." Nathan replies without looking at Elizabeth as she focuses on treating her wounds.

Even though she realized Elizabeth was serious about her words. Nathan didn't see it as a threat at all. But on the other hand he was still curious why System could not dig up information from the beautiful woman.

Nathan needs to be more careful with Elizabeth. He was so convinced there was a great power behind the beautiful woman that he made System mark her as a threat.

Nathan, of course, has asked System why it marks Elizabeth as a threat. But the system refused to answer and chose to shut up.

The thing Nathan was worried about from Elizabeth was what if the beautiful woman knew the existence of the System. Of course this will be very dangerous considering the inventor of the System alone was killed by the Russian military while trying to escape.

Without Nathan and Elizabeth. Secretly Sebastian, Joe, El Chapo, and Harold had been watching them both for a long time.

They all then make a bet on whether Nathan and Elizabeth will be a couple in the future after seeing this romantic-looking scene.

In this bet Jeo, El Chapo, and Harold place a bet if Nathan will accept the harsh reality for the second time if he wishes to Elizabeth.

But who would suspect. Sebastian is placing the highest bet because he is very confident that Nathan and Elizabeth's relationship will improve.

When asked why Sebastian chose a different choice from the other members. The man just smiled faintly and left them.

This of course makes Joe, El Chapo, and Harold feel Sebastian already knows something after making a mysterious smile just now.
