The Maid Of Vampires

The Maid Of Vampires
Chapter 3. Become a Servant

In the hospital parking lot.

"Lyo, I'm not sure this is going to work, because there's a risk you're going to have to take. If he knew you were Uncle David's son, I don't know what would happen to you" Jayden said at length. He was still strong enough to reject the idea that had come from Lyodra's mouth.

Yes, all night they kept thinking how to get into the company or Aiden's house. And as a result, Lyodra chose to be a servant in the family.

But Jayden disagreed, because he was afraid something might happen to his best friend. Moreover, Aiden is notoriously cruel, and does not give mercy to everyone who seeks because of him.

"I'll keep going!" cetus Lyodra, the stubborn one, who doesn't want to hear anyone's opinion.

He thought the plan he had devised would go smoothly. So, there's nothing to worry about.

"Jeez, Lyodra Dawson! You really want to donate your life?"

Jayden pulled his hair back, feeling very frustrated. He doesn't know how to stop Lyodra's intentions. Moreover, the girl was already very excited.

Lyodra only sighed and then smiled faintly. He raised his hand to pat one of Jayden's chests repeatedly. "Let me be like a cat that has nine lives. I'm not gonna die easy, Jay. Even if it happens, promise not to cry."

Hearing that, Jayden could only gape. From his gaze, Lyodra seemed to have no fear at all. Different from her who had been exhausted from earlier.

"Argh, why should I feel so anxious about him. While he looked very relaxed," Jayden said as he watched Lyodra step inside the hospital. Before going to Aiden's house, Lyodra wanted to see her father first.

And when he entered David's room, it turned out that there was already his grandmother, Margaretha, who accompanied the middle-aged man.

That day Lyodra actually went to Aiden's house. He had searched the address of the house on the internet before, and was lucky to find it. With the appearance of an ordinary girl in general, Lyodra stood up while looking at the luxurious building before her.

He frowned, feeling that Aiden's house was quite scary. Dark aura seemed to envelop the building, while the scent of incense was everywhere.

Suddenly Lyodra's guts shrunk. However, he would not be able to choose to retreat.

Lyodra's eyes stopped when she saw the security post. He ventured to push the bell, until a man approached him.

"Is there anything we can help you with, miss?" ask the security.

"I'm—I want to meet the owner of this house, I need a job, sir," Lyodra replied stuttering.

"Then let's follow my steps."

As expected, Lyodra is welcome to enter. Somehow Lyodra's legs suddenly trembled, until she stepped slowly.

However, despite that Lyodra finally arrived in the living room. He went back to look at everything he was in his path, and what stole his attention was a painting of a giant red-eyed bat.

Haish, it seems like this guy is really creepy. Inner Lyodra guess.

"Sit down, Miss. I'll call you, I'm sure he hasn't gone to the company yet" said security politely. Lyodra nodded her head.

Obediently, he sat on the available sofa. He did not know that there was a pair of eyes that kept staring at him cynically.

Shortly after, Aiden arrives with Lucy. However, just as he was about to sit down, the man requested that Lucy leave them both behind.

"Urus is your job. Here I will take care of my work," said Aiden ambiguously, who made Lyodra gulp.

Honestly speaking, Lyodra thought Aiden had a very sinister face. But his thinking was wrong. The man was very handsome, and had a gaze as sharp as an eagle.

The firm jaw looked perfect, especially when Aiden looked straight with his body straight. The man has hardly any defects.

"What's wrong?" aiden asked briefly, densely and clearly.

Getting such a question certainly makes Lyodra immediately flutter. Why is he even fascinated? He should have been angry, because the person before him was the one who had destroyed his father's company.

"Sorry, Sir. I actually came here to find a job. Because I saw you and your family have just moved," Lyodra began to talk about her goals.

Aiden pulled the corner of his lips slightly while watching Lyodra's interlocking hands. "I don't need it!"

Lyodra immediately raised her head, and she began to perform her act by showing a clear look. "But, Mister. I really need a job. I'm ready to be a waiter in this house, as long as I get the money."

"For?"

"My family was in debt at the Bank, my house was threatened with being taken as collateral, while I had not paid tuition. I beg you, Mr ...."

Lyodra looked down deeply, hoping her efforts could bear fruit. He was convinced that despite his violent appearance, Aiden still had a humanitarian side.

And it turns out Lyodra's guess was wrong. Aiden kept shaking his head. "I don't want to!"

Lyodra immediately clenched her hands down there. I was upset by Aiden's attitude. However, he did not give up, he continued to beg the man, making Aiden feel careless.

The man finally got up regardless of Lyodra's presence. He was about to leave, but Lyodra immediately held back by holding one of Aiden's hands.

"Sir, I beg .. I really need this job," said Lyodra with teary eyes, ready to shed her cultural tears.

Aiden glanced down, right at the direction of their hands touching each other. Then his gaze rose, until he could see the eyes of the two beads of Lyodra's eyes. Aiden slashed the distance, until his head was in the recess of the girl's neck.

Aiden closed his eyes, inhaling in Lyodra's very sweet body scent. And this certainly makes Lyodra bristling instantly. She's trembling.

As Aiden began to grin, he whispered. "All right, I agree. But remember, when you're already working here, you won't be able to just stop."

The deg!
