The Maid Of Vampires

The Maid Of Vampires
Chapter 7. Frustratingly

The photo is of Lyodra's childhood with her grandfather and father's family. Aiden took the photo before David's company caught fire. Because it turns out Aiden had seen the photo when he was offering cooperation.

His sharp eyes caught on so well that he could claim something with a single glance.

While the pomegranate-red stone that coiled around Lyodra's neck was a vampire antidote weapon. Because the girl's ancestor is known as a blood-sucking creature hunter like himself.

However, there is something more interesting than that. Because Aiden likes the brave attitude that Lyodra has. Yeah, don't vampire hunters really have no fear at all? And it seems that the nature is declining in the beautiful girl.

"So, is that what you're interested in?" the Emperor asked and Aiden nodded his head immediately.

"He looks different in my eyes. And it looks like the necklace was inherited from his grandfather" Aiden said. Because he was convinced, Lyodra's father did not believe in the existence of astral beings. The vampire civilization is almost wiped out or humans are not aware of their existence.

"Will she still wear it?"

"No, Dad. I'm sure he just kept it in case. But he wouldn't know that it wouldn't work on me. I am a vampire born of a holy-blooded mother, and I am an immortal being" Aiden replied plainly. He wanted to know how far Lyodra would play around with him.

"But you have to be careful, legends can change when you can finally be conquered!" the Emperor advised his son.

While on the other hand, Lyodra had just packed her things. He put some clothes in the closet, while checking that something was suspicious or not.

However, he found nothing. Then after that, Lyodra went to the bathroom to brush her teeth and wash her face.

"Everything looks normal, but why do I always feel the cold around here" murmured Lyodra in a voice that only her ears could hear.

He rushed over because he didn't want to waste time. After everything was done, Lyodra immediately lay on the bed with a blanket that closed it to the chest.

The girl tried to close her eyes. But all the time, Lyodra could not sleep well.

"Maybe because it's not used to it yet" the inner Lyodra began to assume. He also tried to tilt his body to the right. But still, he felt uncomfortable. He continued like that, until the time showed at 2 am.

Huh! Lyodra sighed violently. Finally he gave up, he opened his eyes and looked towards the wall clock. "Gosh, it's two o'clock and I haven't been able to sleep. How about I have bad luck tomorrow morning? It's my first day at work, time to get fired anyway?"

Lyodra decided to get up and get some drinking water. Maybe that way he'll be able to sleep. However, just as he raised his head, suddenly the sound of wolf howls sounded very clear. Like it was next to his room.

This made Lyodra surprised. So that he immediately covered his face using a pillow bolster.

"Oh my God .. What is this test?" muttered Lyodra while whining in fear. While out there, the howl continued to roll out, like he was in the middle of a forest.

Lyodra clutched the pillow very firmly, while sweat began to fill the girl's forehead.

Tok Tok Tok B ...

The courage of Lyodra is lost. He hugged his roll tighter, unable to calm down in the slightest. However, the more he let out, the more the sound of the knocking was even louder.

Lyodra's mouth began to pounce, she did whatever she could. For fear that the figure out there is a ghost.

However, it turned out that the efforts he made were not successful until he felt a frutation. And in the midst of his anxiety Lyodra again heard someone calling her name.

Lyo ...

"Gosh, it doesn't seem to be my scary employer. But this house, why just stayed last night I've been so frustrated!"

Lyodra re-attached her ears, and sure enough there was someone who kept calling her name. Eventually, he slowly opened his eyes.

Chequek!

The door opened and at that moment Lyodra immediately shouted loudly. "Argh! Don't come any closer!"

"I told you not to come any closer!" ketus Lyodra felt the footsteps that began to enter her room. Aiden pulled the corner of his lips upwards, feeling funny about the girl's behavior.

"Open your blanket! And realize your insolent behavior" cetus Aiden, who made Lyodra's eyelids open perfectly. The girl sensed that the sound of the wolf had already disappeared, while the one in her room was Aiden.

Lyodra immediately got up and opened her blanket. He sat down and looked at Aiden who was frowning. "I've knocked on the door and called you several times. But you don't seem to have ears. So, I decided to open the door using the spare key."

"Sorry, sir, but it was—" Lyodra pointed towards the window.

"Right, Prima seemed to have forgotten to tell you. At night there are many wolves howling. That's my pet" explained Aiden, who made Lyodra gap.

"So, is that really the sound of a wolf?" lyodra asked with a folded forehead. And Aiden immediately nodded in response.

"They're harmless and from tonight on you should get used to hearing it. Sleep ... if there's anything go straight to my room," said Aiden who inexplicably made Lyodra feel a little calm.

Finally the girl nodded her head. Aiden came out and Lyodra lay down. He took a deep breath and tried to create a positive thought.

"OK, let's just say that the wolf is a sweet animal. The proof is that everyone here is okay. Yes, I must calm down, and carry out my mission well," murmured Lyodra reassuringly.

Aiden gave a faint smile when he heard the murmur.
