The Apple Knox 19

That night, Knox and his friends were in a lounge to relax after their busy routine that day.

"So you're dating Apple, Knox?" ask Reno.

"Hmm," Knox replied as he sipped his wine.

"You're dating that realistic woman? Oh God ... He's a lot different than your type, Knox. Even Margie's a hundred times better than him" Twilla said, apparently unhappy with the news.

"Don't talk about Margie, Twilla" Knox said.

"I'm talking facts. Margie's a lot better than Apple" Twilla said.

"You're not the one I'm managing with who I'm in a relationship with" Knox said.

Twilla was silent at Knox's words.

"You don't wear that ring anymore like it does" Seven said.

"I gave it to someone in need" Knox said.

"And he still wears that ring today" Twilla said.

"I don't care. She shouldn't be wearing it anymore because isn't she getting married to that guy?" sahut Knox's.

"Stop talking about it, okay? Or come home from you talking too much here" Knox continued.

"I'd rather talk about Apple. We're getting engaged" Knox said.

"Whatttt??? That fast?" sahut Reno's.

Twilla gritted her teeth in anger at Knox's words.

Twilla thinks she can get close to Knox after Knox and Margie's relationship ended a few months ago.

But Knox was even more adventurous with many women and did not glance at him at all.

"Are you serious, Knox? It's no joke, Knox," Seven said.

"Yes, I'm very serious. He asked for it and I responded, "Knox replied lightly.

"You're gonna play him like before?" ask Reno.

"She's just pretty. That's all he's got. It's possible that he used the body to attract the sympathy of many men like before" Twilla said.

"He's my future fiancee and I know exactly what he is" Knox replied.

"Want to bet? I'm sure you guys only last a few weeks or even a few days. I know enough about Apple and you, Knox, too" Reno said.

"What would you give me if I won?" ask Knox.

"You already have everything, Mr. Billionaire. Tell me what you want?" ask Reno.

"You have a house on the beach, don't you? That's fine" replied Knox.

"Oh no, don't do it because I like it there so much" Reno said.

"Don't offer a bet if you don't want to bet, Dude," replied Knox.

Seven laughed and Twilla seemed to dislike the chat tonight.

After a long time they chatted, they finally went home to each other.

Knox got a message from her mother telling her to bring Apple to the event tomorrow night to be held at her parents' mansion.

Knox just smiled looking at him and continued his journey to his private mansion.

The next morning, Apple was ready to leave for Knox.

He went down to the lobby and then out of his apartment building.

His steps came to a halt when there was a handsome man leaning against a luxurious car.

"Hi ... Good morning, My Fiance" Knox smiled.
