1. Aries (21 March - 19 April)



The Aries symbol comes from the mythological figure of the golden-furred ram that can fly, Chrysomallus. The Cloud Fairy Nephele sends her to save her two children, Phrixus and Helle, who will be sacrificed to the Gods.


The golden horn symbol on Aries is the symbol of the sheep. While saving the two children of the Cloud Fairy Nephele, one of them fell and died. Feeling guilty, he flew to Heaven to sacrifice himself to the Gods. For this, Chrysomallus was given a place in the stars as the constellation Aries by Zeus.


2. Taurus (20 April - 20 May)



The bull is a symbol of Taurus. The bull symbolizes the powerful and powerful God Zeus, and enjoys changing himself. According to Greek mythology, this bull was actually the god Zeus, who was said to be a self-altering hobby.


Europa, a princess from the Phoenician region of the Middle East, attracted the attention of Zeus. Zeus appeared in the form of a magnificent white bull to attract Europa's heart. Europa is attracted and rides the bull.


They went across the ocean to a region in Ancient Greece. But there Zeus transformed himself again to resemble an eagle and raped Europa. For his actions and infidelity, Zeus placed the bull among the stars of Taurus.


3. Gemini (21 May - 20 June)



The relationship between Castor and Pollux is very close. They are handsome and equally happy to adventure. Being an adult, Castor was known as a great horseman, and Pollux was known as someone with incredible strength.


In a war, Castor was killed. Pollux was desperate and asked Zeus to uproot his immortality so that he could die. Zeus refused it. Zeus kept them together forever as a twin star constellation, Gemini.


4. Cancer (21 June - 22 July)



The story of Cancer comes from the story of Hercules (Heracles) who is assigned to kill the Lernaean Hydra, a water snake with hundreds of heads. Hera, the wife of Zeus and one of the muses of Hercules, ordered a giant crab to help Hydra fight Hercules.


The giant crab had managed to make Hercules in excruciating pain with his claws, but Hercules managed to destroy the crab. Although the crab lost, Hera still felt proud of him and gave her a place among the stars as Cancer.


5. Leo (23 July - 22 August)



The lion as the zodiac symbol of Leo also comes from the story of Hercules. The Nemean Lion was Hercules' first obstacle. This lion was furry in gold and had a skin that could not be penetrated by any weapon.


Hercules managed to kill the Nemean lion by throwing a piece of wood down his throat and he choked to death. The use of lion's claws to tear the lion's skin, then the lion's feathers used as his clothes to protect in the next war. That magnificent battle made Zeus provide a place to the Nemean lion in the constellation for the constellation Leo.
