THE PENANCE 2: THE PREGNANT
TP2 - 13

An old woman came to the police station. He wanted to report something. The old woman sat opposite Gitta who recorded all the information from the woman.

"We were a little worried, because he didn't come out of his house for a few days. We're not sure, but it looks like she's pregnant" said the old woman.

"containing? Where is her husband?" Ask Gitta.

The old woman seemed to think. "Actually he is not married, but there are men who often come to his house. I don't know who that guy is."

Gitta nodded. "Thank you for the information, ma'am. We'll be going to his house soon."

The police arrived at Arinda's house. Zega, Gitta, Arghi, Marla, Gunawan, Bayu, and Andy searched the house. Andy and Bayu put up a police line in the house. Although not the scene of the murder, the police prevented anyone from entering the house and ruffled clues that may have been in the house.

While searching, they found nothing. The old lady was there too. He helps as much as he can.

Zega looked at the photo of Arinda in his hand then he asked Gitta, "You said the witness saw the man who entered Arinda's house. Did he explain his features?"

"She said the man was wearing a mask and sunglasses. It seems like he is not the one who lives around here" replied Gitta.

Zega circulated his gaze. "There's no CCTV here. Maybe because this place is too jutting."

"There's CCTV in the T-junction, Senior. We can see anyone who comes in and out of this region" said Andy.

Zega nodded. "Well, let's check the CCTV."

As they were about to leave, Gunawan's footsteps stopped hearing the sound of baby crying. The man circulated his gaze while touching his goosebumps.

"Why did I suddenly hear my son's cry? Ah, no, this is not my son's voice. Whose baby is crying?" Gunawan looked around.

Arghi called him, "Gunawan, what are you doing?"

"Oh, no." Gunawan got into the car.

The old woman who had reported to Gitta stood beside Arinda's house. Suddenly he turned into Zael.

"It's hard to get them to find Arinda's body. That jerk is very clever at hiding a corpse in a stool dump. Those policemen won't find him" Zael murmured.

After getting a copy of the CCTV footage at the fork in the road leading to Arinda's house, Gunawan played the footage. Zega and the others saw the footage.

"The area is very quiet. Rarely does a car or motorcycle come in" Marla said.

"But, the old woman said, the man who likes to come to Arinda's house is a car man" Gitta said.

"Stop!" Get Zega. Gunawan pause the video.

"Write the license plate," tell Zega.

Andy immediately wrote down the license plate of the car. He immediately searched the database. "It seems that only this car is in and out of this area."

Zega looked at the man in the car's steering chair. "She doesn't seem to be a random person, but she goes to a regular housing estate. Looks like that guy was the man the witness told me about."

"Man?" Ask Arghi.

Zega pointed at the driver of the car. "Look, he looks like a man. His body looks strong. In addition, he wore a mask and sunglasses as the witness told him."

"Meet!" Andy suddenly. The attention of the police was on him.

"The owner of this car is a man named Aldio Fajar. He's a famous actor" Andy said as he zoomed in on Dio's photo.

"Didn't she guest star on a variety show yesterday?" Marla asked Arghi.
