THE SOUL OF MAYRA

THE SOUL OF MAYRA
65 (Ink)

Rattles filled the corridors of the twelfth grade. Today they were smiling wide and gleeful as the day of graduation had arrived. Many exchanged signatures before they actually split up and continued their education at the college level.

"Some, yes, you've got a girl's signature."

Sontak Zikra. In front of him—limited table—standing a brownish black-haired schoolgirl with her beautiful bando staring at Zikra with dislike. Call it he is one of the many students who understand even like a Zikra.

Zikra closed the book. He sighed. "Can't you?" One eyebrow raised. The cold flat Zikra Raut. In fact, he with all the students in front of him always smiled kindly.

But, why is it that with the student in front of him he is icy cold?

"Zikra .. I apologize!" Highlight the eyes of the schoolgirl with the name tag 'Shifa' in front of her cheered.

Zikra turned his gaze for a moment with a breath, then looked back at Shifa—siswi in front of him who was his ex. Yes, Zikra has an ex but since she broke up from Shifa, she is no longer in a relationship with anyone.

"Gue I'm sorry, Fa. But, if I have to reverse the same lo, I can't!" zikra said firmly. Slowly his eyes looked at Shifa begging. "Please, appreciate my decision ...."

Shifa wiped away her unstoppable tears. He took a breath and tried to smile even though he had to.

"Thanks. I will appreciate your decision. I'm self-conscious that I only hurt you" Shifa said with a bitter smile.

Zikra nodded slowly. Making Shifa even more bitter and roaring in the heart.

Mayra. He plays his fingers because he is nervous and worried. In front of him at this time, there was Zikra who had tried to persuade Mayra to accept her request to come to the graduation ceremony later tonight.

They were both in front of the school musala. A little far from the school residents who must always reason if to the mosque. Schoolchildren are rarely seen here.

"But, my sister really can't."

Zikra lowered her head, she tried to cover up her current disappointment. Mayra is something special to him. Mayra's figure was like a substitute for someone who had changed her all along.

"Sorry, yes, Brother .. sorry...."

"Lo full of why, anyway!?!"

The voice of someone made Mayra and Zikra look back.

"These grandkids where are they going so neatly?"

Grandma did not take her eyes off her activities arranging food on the dining table.

"Nr ...." Mayra and Fara walked closer to the dining table. "I'm the same Fara said, yes, going to our upperclassman's graduation."

Grandma frowned. "How come you're invited if it's a big sister's event?"

Fara cleared her throat. "His widow was May—'s special person"

"We're invited to cook don't come, Grandma? Isn't fulfilling the invitation obligatory as long as there's no obstacle?" mayra said cutting Fara's sentence. Fara throbbed beside him.

"Yes already, sana. Don't come home too late but, yeah!" grandma said as she welcomed her grandson's hand. "Delivered by the driver, you know! Be careful!"

"Assalamualaikum, Grandma."

After Mayra and Fara are gone from the dining room. Grandpa got there. Feeling the silence, there was no sound of his grandson, only his wife and ART made him ask.

"Where is Mayra Fara, Ma, how lonely is she?"

Taking rice and side dishes for the grandfather, the grandmother replied, "They just left, Pa. To their big brother's graduation."

Just like Grandma, grandfather frowned. "Lho?"

"It's Pa, not pa-pa. Mama's sure they're fine there. Let alone this run out of exams, they definitely need refreshing."
