Heavy rain flushed the city of C, in the boarding school the santri santriwati remained active following the activities of teaching bin nadhor (study by using the Qur'an) in the mosque. This rain that fell very heavily, is not a reason for them not to follow the activities this afternoon.
At 17:00 AM local time, the santri santriwati returned to their dormitories. Some chose to stay in the mosque and some went back to the dormitory. This time Meyna and Tasya chose to remain silent in the mosque rather than return to the dormitory.
Suddenly, Meyna felt something very disturbing to her. He grimaced pain while holding his stomach, it was realized Tasya who was next to him.
"Mey, what's wrong with you? I feel that pain." asked Tasya worriedly.
Meyna smiled wryly while enduring the pain she felt.
"I'm a gapapa, Yes. I want to go back to the dorm, I don't feel good" Meyna replied.
"No papa what, Mey?! You daritadi grimace the same hold the stomach so really." said Tasya worried.
"I go back to the dorm first yes, you're here. Don't worry about me! Assalamualaikum" said Meyna was about to leave but Tasya held her back.
"I'm coming! Tell me one room, Mey. Anyway I'm afraid you're why - napa, don't hold me to not come with you! Let me take you to the dorm!" Tasya pulls Meyna's hand towards the dormitory.
The two of them broke through the torrential rain that hit, with a little run while looking for a way to not get drenched finally they arrived at the dormitory.
"It hurts, Mey?" tanya Tasya arrived at their room.
Meyna nodded, "Still, I think I'm going to mens."
"Huh? you haven't been mens this month, Mey?" tasya was called Meyna.
"Yes, I want to call Ukhti Indah first huh? Who knows Ukhti Indah can give you a solution so that your stomach is more light." continued Tasya.
"Thank you, yes." said Meyna grimacing sickly.
Tasya nodded, then he paused to approach Ukhti Indah. Ukhti Indah is a boarder of santriwati, he has been a boarder of santriwati since the time of Mayra.
Meyna he lay on his mattress while holding his stomach that feels pain, this is natural for a woman. Abdominal pain during menstruation is caused by uterine muscle contractions.
The door opened, Tasya came with Ukhti Indah.
"Assynogaic"
"Girishal"
Tasya and Ukhti Indah directly approached Meyna who was lying on her mattress while writhing - writhing sickly.
"Meyna, does your stomach hurt?" tanya Ukhti Indah's.
"Yes, Ukhti. It's the first time I've had a stomachache when I was about to menstruate." Meyna replied.
"It's normal, Mey. Ukhti will compress your stomach using warm water huh? please open some of your clothes." said Ukhti Indah.
Meyna according, Ukhti Indah put a compressive cloth over Meyna's stomach. Several times Ukhti Indah did this.
"How does it still hurt, Mey?" tanya Ukhti Indah's.
"Alhamdulillah is silent, Ukhti. Shukron!" answer Meyna.
Ukhti Indah nodded, "Afwan, Mey! Now drink this water."
Meyna also took over the glass filled with water from Ukhti Indah and then, she took a sip. Compressing a painful stomach and drinking water is one way to relieve abdominal pain during menstruation. There are also other ways such as, gently massaging the abdominal pain with essential oils and light exercise.
"Ukhti, Tasya, shukron! You can leave me, I'm no papa anyway." said Meyna who felt her stomach pain slowly subsided.
Ukhti Indah and Tasya nodded.
"Mey, if you need anything - do ask Tasya or other santriwati to call Ukhti yes. Don't hesitate - singleness! Excuse me first, will you?" ukhti Indah is called Meyna.
"Shukron, Ukhti!" meyna is back.
"Assynogaic"
"Girishal"
Ukhti Indah left Meyna's room, now there is only Meyna and Tasya. Because, their roommate santriwati seems to choose in the mosque.
"Well, Mey, you have softex? " ask Tasya.
Meyna nodded, "Alhamdulillah is already in my closet. The rest of the month."
Meyna got up from her bed, and she went to her closet to get something.
"You want what, Mey? Doesn't her stomach hurt anymore?" ask Tasya.
"I'm going to go to the bathroom first, yeah. My stomach is grinding" Meyna replied.
"Assalamualaikum" Meyna out of the room.
"Vaalaikumsalam. Be careful!" reply Tasya.
He also followed Meyna who had come out, he wanted to go to the mosque because the time of Maghrib was almost arrived.
Because when a person has menstruation, the condition of his faith is empty because it does not pray, teach, and religious activities as usual. So, it is recommended for women who are menstruating to multiply reading sholawat and dhikr.
During menstruation it is also recommended to do repentance and multiply the reading istigfar, Astagfirullahal adzim reading.
One of the advantages of reading istigfar is that mentioned by Ibn Abbas, the Prophet said,
" Whoever is ever privileged, Allah will give joy to his every sorrow, and his spaciousness from every narrowness, and provide sustenance from an unexpected direction - to think."
Some of the prohibitions for menstruating women are prayer, fasting, holding the Qur'an mushaf, and tawaf. When menstruation is prohibited from cutting nails, combing hair without accidentally falling out, it can be done as long as we pick up nail pieces and hair that fall out, then come clean during a big bath/junub.

Next morning..
Furqon was about to go to the boarding school As Salam 2 but, on the road he saw a woman who looked difficult because of the burden of cardboard that he carried. He eventually approached the woman and wanted to help her.
"Assalamualaikum Ukhti."
"Girishal"
The woman looked down because in front of her an opposite sex.
"Ukhti where are you going? can I help you get the card?" ask Furqon.
"I want to deliver these books to the As Salam boarding school library. It just so happens that I santriwati As Salam 2 was given the mandate by Ustadzah Aina." he replied.
O Allah why dag dig dug gini my heart. Relax Kayla! chill out!
inner Kayla.
The other woman is Kayla. Somehow it felt like he was pounding against Furqon. This is the first time they have met.
"Ooh so. Let me take it to the library, Ukhti can come back." Furqon bargained.
"Eh, no! Let me just aki, I don't want to trouble aki." Kayla refused.
"It's okay, Ukhti. I just pity to see Ukhti object to carrying this cardboard." Furqon tried to persuade.
"Tid-" Kayla's words were cut off by someone's greeting.
"Assynogaic"
Furqon and Kayla turned to the source.
"Girishal"
"Fur, what's up here? Said you wanted to see your mother. How come it's even here? Kayla, why are you here?" ask Ustadz Hakam.
"Don't get me wrong, Mom! I just want to nolongin Ukhti bring books to the library alone." replied Furqon explained.
Kayla who heard Furqon calling Ustadz Hakam 'Mas' frowned, not understanding. He himself could also hear the familiarity of the two men in front of him.
Aye? why would he call Ustadz Hakam 'Mas' anyway? Is he Ustadz Hakam?
inner Kayla.
"Ooh, yes, bring it to the library." replied Ustadz Hakam, a member of Furqon.
"Kayla, you can come back. Let it be Furqon, my sister who brought me." Ustadz Hakam told Kayla.
Kayla nodded, "Well, Ustadz. I'm sorry then."
Kayla also put a cardboard box containing books in front of her. It was impossible if he directly gave Furqon, it could be that their skin came into contact. It is a sin, because they are not mahrams.
"Ustadz, excuse me Assalamualaikum" Kayla said.
"Girishal"
Kayla returned to the As Salam 2 boarding school, while Furqon and Ustadz Hakam walked to the As Salam boarding school library.
On the way inexplicably Kayla's heart thumped upon hearing Furqon's voice. He is very familiar with the soft voice of Furqon who once dabbled beautifully in the mosque speker during Friday prayers yesterday. For some reason her heart seemed strangely turbulent and Kayla unwittingly smiled - a smile of her own.
Astagfiirullah.what is this? Why did I feel this strange after meeting her? What's my.....
inner Kayla.
"What am I...." Kayla smiled ashamedly to herself and did not continue her words.
