Ding!
[Town hall completed upgrade to level 6]
The sound of the system woke me up in the morning. Compared to the previous day where I always felt refreshed when I just woke up in the morning, but this time it felt weak and my energy was still not recovered.
All because last night Charcoal was so enthusiastic when I showed him some of the mines I got while foraging using Avatar worm.
I never thought that Charcoal would be so interested in what I found. Although she was a woman but for a few days I was with her, Arang did not show much interest in luxury objects such as gold or diamonds.
The thought was normal because his background of being a messenger warrior of the Gods made me think that Arang must have valued weapons more than weapons.
But the thought is not entirely a mistake, because in fact Arang likes precious stones not because of beauty or high economic value.
But because the stones have special effects that can be used as materials for making magic weapons and magic spells.
Precious metals such as silver and gold will not attract the attention of Charcoal, even diamonds are only considered no more as basic materil.
Meanwhile precious stones such as Sapphire, Emerald, Topaz, Ruby and so on make Arang so crazy that all night he kept laughing like a kuntilanak who was eating 100 skewers.
Arang said that all the precious stones have magic power in them. Hearing that I was a bit skeptical.
But considering that it was impossible for one mountain to store so many types of precious metals and stones except for the help of magic energy, I finally believed in Arang's words.
Red Stone, or better known as Ruby became the most popular item Charcoal because it has a better conductivity of magic energy than other materials.
That night, Arang asked the Master Builder to help him in research on the T-X robot which will be connected with a piece of my head.
The sleeping Master Builder was directly dragged into the factory. The middle-aged man with a thick moustache was angered by Charcoal's treatment, but his expression changed after looking at the entire material I gathered.
The Master Builder quickly turned into Charcoal 2.0. He was both laughing, but this time it was like a mafia boss who had just found a way to rule the world.
In my point of view, both Arang and Master Builder have in common the very light of the stone. Well, even though it's not just any rock.
But it still feels weird.
Noticing the two mad scientists in front of me, made me wonder if the atomic bomb makers were like them when they discovered uranium and plutonium?.
A large wooden board was made by the Master Builder as a whiteboard, then charcoal drew a formula diagram that I did not understand at all.
It is not that I do not understand the symbols of mathematics or physical science, but because Arang wins writing his theory in a language that I do not understand at all. He said it was a language from another world.
But not so with the Master Builder, the builder man seemed to be able to understand the formula that Arang made so that the two also returned to a long discussion.
Two hours later, I who was giving food to the prisoners of the Black Crow no longer heard the voice of debate between Arang and the Master Builder.
It seemed like they had made a deal after throwing theories and arguments at each other.
Adults are different. Although the two attacked each other with remarks that sometimes cornered the other party, but in the end everything would be fine after reaching an agreement.
From the debate I heard apparently Master Builder wanted to create a robot that he could control like a Megazord from the Pacific Ring.
Since I was an off Clan Class player, I could easily guess what kind of robot he wanted to make. 'Robot with a lightning hammer, isn't that cool?' I can hear the inner voice of Master Builder.
The design has been made, the next thing that needs to be done is to repair the factory. They intend to use the iron processing technology in the factory as a tool for processing magic materials, which will later be used to unite my head with the T-X robot.
And this is why I got so tired when I woke up this morning. All night long I kept digging inside the mountain to search as much as possible.
I don't know how many tons of iron ore I spewed, it made me a little worried that I would exhaust the iron supply within the mountain, but as much as I took the material inside the mountain never diminished.
As if over time this mountain will produce material periodically. Is that possible?.
I don't know, I don't have an answer about that because I realize my head contains only stones.
It's not a figure of speech, but the truth is. While trying to match my head to a T-X robot, they performed surgery so I could see no brains inside my cranium because charcoal replaced it with meteor rocks.
Is that what made me so stupid that I didn't understand anything about the system and structure that Arang and the Master Builder discussed earlier?.
No, I don't think that's true. I feel stupid to be surrounded by geniuses. In the middle of the bowels of the earth I was silent thinking about my current state which was not so different from before the disaster occurred.
I'm just following orders from those who have a plan.
Has winning not changed?.
What exactly is my purpose?.
Nothing?.
“True I have no destination.”
I thought about it long enough to make Arang so worried because I did not come to the surface. In the end I was asked to rest because I had been digging all night.
When everyone was working hard, I slept well. The uncomfortable feeling I experienced this morning was disturbing.
“Today I thought working hard would close the stupidity I lacked. But it's wrong.” I said as I stared at the factory area that was being renovated.
Seeing the Builders working since last night made my guilt even more intense.
Realizing that just working hard is not enough, makes me determined to learn from Charcoal and Master Builder. Whatever it is, I wish I could learn something from them.
“You want to learn about magic theory?. Why all of a sudden?.” asked Arang when he heard I wanted to learn from him.
“That's because last night I felt so stupid when I didn't understand anything you and Master Builder talked about.” I answered honestly.
But the result it only made Arang laugh out loud.
Ah, I knew it would be like this. But I won't give up.
“Eh, are you serious?.” Charcoal was quite surprised when I looked at him seriously.
“What is impossible?.”
“Once no, a creature like you that has such a large amount of magic energy would definitely be easy to use magic.”
Even he called me a creature, it seemed like my humanity had disappeared.
