28. Ethan Injected Dope

Big Mike and his men then move in convoy to a mental hospital, like a biker gang driving down the road. Their motorized vehicles are lined up snaking, and in the middle of it, Ethan sits in a car with Big Mike. Their weapons were neatly disguised and hidden.

Ethan looks like a prisoner. His hands were tied by the thick special cloth rope that Big Mike was carrying, his eyes were covered with cloth and he sat down with his head bowed, giving the illusion that he was in a completely helpless position. Their arrival at this mental hospital should look like a delivery meeting, where Ethan is the 'goods' to be handed over to the organ trafficking mafia.

They entered the mental hospital area carefully. The motor that brought them to a good stop. The gang members who accompanied them were behind Big Mike's car. Big Mike's car stopped in front of the hospital guard post door.

"Stop! What's the need to come here?" The hospital security guard stops Ethan and Big Mike's car. A security guard approached Big Mike's car and another stood holding a gun to his waist. It seems clear that the care of mental hospitals is very strict unlike mental hospitals in general.

The driver's glass was opened by Big Mike's driver but security told the glass behind to be opened. "I made a pact and I came to bring a patient." Big Mike nodded at the security guard and pointed at Ethan in a bound position lying on the next seat. They were allowed in but only the car Big Mike and Ethan were in, another vehicle waiting outside.

Upon arrival at the psychiatric hospital's emergency unit, Ethan undergoes a preliminary examination by security officers and medics. Ethan was ransacked and put to sleep. Ethan checked his health condition. The nurse takes an anesthetic injection to sedate Ethan.

"Wait first! Why must be drugged? Patient I fainted, no more injections." Big Mike saw this procedure like nothing he'd seen last time. Big Mike is worried that Ethan is unconscious after receiving an injection.

"Why do you care about the patient's condition? Isn't it that Master here intends to sell it?" The nurse looked at Big Mike in confusion. Only this time did he see the attitude of the person selling others still care about the condition of the person being sold.

"I don't care about him at all. It's just that he's my enemy. I want him to feel the pain of the surgery." Big Mike replied so as not to arouse suspicion.

"This is a new safety procedure from us because there was once a patient who suddenly became aware while undergoing surgery and went berserk. Our surgeons are not willing to perform surgery if the patient has not been sedated." The nurse explained that she meant to sedate the patient.

Big Mike is silent on hearing the nurse's explanation and lets Ethan be injected.He thinks he'll come in and take Ethan forcibly while he's inside.

After the results of Ethan's initial examination are revealed to have escaped, Ethan's bed is encouraged by the nurse to go inside to undergo surgery. Big Mike and a driver followed from behind.

"Hey, I haven't received any payment yet! Why can't I come in? I'll let you guys take the patients if I've received the money." Big Mike said in a high tone. This condition was very different from what he had planned before. It's dangerous to let Ethan in alone.

"Master, our place has now undergone many changes in procedures. For now you only receive a down payment that you can take in the waiting room. After the operation process is complete, we just pay the repayment according to the organs we take." This officer seemed to calmly explain to Big Mike while locking the door.

"I'm not a fool to be deceived. I've been here a few times. You always give me the same money per person and not per organ. If I don't see him how can I tell what organs you're taking." Big Mike said in a furious tone. He knows this is a dangerous time for Ethan if he's not with him.

"We will show you the photos and videos later in the waiting room after the completion of the following operation with the repayment money. Sir don't worry because our side always pays for all the rights of our business partners." This officer seemed to be experienced in dealing with something like this. He was straightforwardly trying to calm Big Mike down.

Big Mike's anger loosens after not getting any more excuses to get in with Ethan. Big Mike then walked into the waiting room with his men. He whispered in a serious tone as he walked along, "Tell your friends who are outside to get ready to attack in a moment! We cannot leave our friends alone in danger. Wait-abaku!"

Big Mike's men nodded and texted his cell phone to his friends outside. His face that originally looked relaxed this time became tense. The air in the waiting room equipped with air conditioning also feels hot.

Big Mike sat in the waiting room looking anxious with a few looks at his watch along with his men. Big Mike is ready to infiltrate Ethan's rescue but he remembers Ethan's orders that whatever happens just wait outside and don't make any moves without orders from him. Big Mike notices the surveillance cameras and the guardians are ready to do everything necessary to keep Ethan safe in his dangerous role. It all depends on their courage and punctuality.

Meanwhile inside the dirty operating room with a lot of dried blood stains on the floor, Ethan was helpless. A male nurse wearing surgery clothes changes Ethan's clothes. She was a fake nurse working for the organ trafficking mafia, and her face was always filled with the belittling smile of her victims. As soon as he undresses Ethan and sees Ethan's athletic body, envy fills his heart, and he feels entitled to insult the figure.

"Nonsense, just look at you. Handsome face, fit body. What makes you deserve all this? I deserve something better. What makes it special? I will also take your eyes for myself. I like the color of your eyes, there will be many women who will like me. I'm tired of wearing thick glasses."
