30. Ethan found Jennifer's Kidney

Ethan pulls his left hand inside his pants pocket in a very fast motion along with the scalpel inside the pocket. Ethan had prepared himself with the worst possible chance by taking anything that could be used as a weapon because when he entered the hospital he was unlikely to carry any weapons. Coincidentally in the surgical room there was a scalpel that he had taken.

Before the medics in front of Ethan realized his hand was holding a knife, very quickly the knife was stuck deep in the crown of the medics very deep. The medic collapses in Ethan's arms without reacting.

Ethan immediately pulled out the knife that stuck in his head and dragged his corpse, hiding in the corner of the room. Ethan understands his disguise as a medical officer operating room may not last long. Ethan changed his clothes with the clothes of a dead medical officer. Ethan also wears a mask, a head covering and wears a new identity belonging to the medics who were killed in his hands.

Stifling with tension, Ethan returns to the hospital hallway and walks down the hallways on a sure walk, leading to Jennifer's kidney storage room. Ethan tries not to show his anxiety by continuing to wear a mask. No one realizes that he is undercover.

He knew that he had to call Big Mike and his men waiting outside. They will play an important role in helping Ethan escape. However, he also had to be more careful than before; his every action had to be meticulous and unfathomable.

The moment Ethan reached the organ storage room he heaved a sigh of relief. Jennifer's kidney organs have been found according to the information in the documents she brought. Ethan's already remembered the outside head phone number from Big Mike before. He immediately contacted Big Mike with a cell phone belonging to the medic he killed. As soon as the tone of the phone was picked up Ethan immediately hurriedly said in a whisper on the phone call, "The package has been found, wait for me in the waiting room, I'll be there soon."

"Hey, sneaky intruder. Your friend we have arrested. Surrender or we kill two of your friends!" The voice of a high-pitched person in a phone call. The sound is not the voice Big Mike is familiar with.

Ethan is flabbergasted when he hears the person answering the phone instead of Big Mike. Ethan took a deep breath and tried to stay calm. "Where's Big Mike? If anything happens to him I won't let you all go."

The security guard who caught Big Mike gave Big Mike the phone he was holding while pointing a gun at him. Big Mike, who had been tied up with his men, said, "Brother, I'm sorry we thought you had surgery because we received a lot of money from organs taken from you. We both broke in to save you but we got caught. Forgive us. Just go tell our friends who are outside to attack in and don't mind us!"

"Suckers! I told you to tell him to give up!" The security guard hit Big Mike in the head with the handle of the gun until Big Mike grimaced in pain. The officer then snatched the phone from Big Mike's hand. "I'm waiting for you in the security room to surrender! We have surrounded you and will not be able to escape. Otherwise, we'd instantly kill them both and take his internal organs." The phone connection is switched off without waiting for a response from Ethan.

The situation had turned more tense and dangerous. Ethan must now face off against a security guard who has Big Mike and his men as captives. The actions he takes will largely determine the safety of Big Mike and his colleagues.

Ethan pondered for a moment, trying to assess the options. Killing the security guard might be an option, but it would also increase the risk for Big Mike and his comrades. He must find a smarter solution.

Ethan has come to understand that brave and self-sacrificing actions are needed in this situation. He decided to go into the hospital security room to turn himself in.

Ethan walks into the security room with caution, obeying the orders of the security officers who have detained Big Mike and his men. While showing signs of surrender by raising his hand, he explained, "Alright, I gave up. I don't want any more casualties in this."

The security guard, who seems much more confident with the situation, approaches Ethan and handcuffs Ethan's hand to the back. The other security guard pointed a gun at Ethan.

The gun shot erupted. The security chief shot Ethan in the forehead. Ethan collapsed instantly on the floor.

"F#ck, don't you have humanity shoot a man who has given up!" Big Mike immediately shouted to see Ethan who had been treated unfairly. Big Mike looked so angry that he stood up from a squatting position on the floor. But the security guard hit him on the head again until he crouched down again.

"Shut up! Don'tdon't move! We're mafia don't have to be fair in the black world!" The security guard who hit Big Mike snapped in a high tone.

"Hahaha...see your friend is so stupid that you would follow our trap and meet his death silly. Only a foolish hero would give up just to take his life.

"Hehehe ... What an amateur this friend of yours."

"Hahaha .. it's so easy to catch you all."

The security guards laughed at Ethan's stupidity. They didn't think it would be this easy to kill Ethan.

"Take the body immediately to the operating room! It's bonus money for us, but the corpse is still fresh and the organs can be taken." The security chief views Ethan's body as bonus money to provide for the security guards.

Two officers put their pistols in their waists. These two security guards who were guarding Big Mike were about to lift Ethan's body. Everything fell to the floor without having a chance to do a retaliatory shot.The floor of the security room was immediately drenched in blood. It was very fast because Ethan used the Werewolf speed he had. Even Big Mike looked at Ethan with a gaping mouth as if he could not believe that anyone who did not die was shot right on his forehead. Ethan's wounds are still gape.

"Don't shut up! Hurry and grab their weapons and we must quickly leave this place! Call your men outside to attack to make a scene!" Ethan with one dance opens Big Mike's handcuffs and his men. Ethan throws the phone in his pocket at Big Mike.

Ethan, Big Mike, and his men leave with guns in their hands. Not to forget Ethan also took Jennifer's kidney storage box that he had hidden.
