Chapter 72. His sister Steve.

"Steve," call Mrs Merry smooth.

"Mom, do you believe what sister Gisella said about my Eve?" sue Steve while crying. "If her words are true about her marriage being ruined because of someone, why not blame herself for not being able to look after her husband. And not blaming my Eve," he said again.

Madam Merry let out a long sigh and continued to rub Steve's back to calm down. "Pacify yourself Steve, Mommy trusts you. There may be a misunderstanding between all these events that we do not yet know about. Tell you what, baby, take Evelyn to our house and invite her to dinner together."

Steve wiped his tears and nodded. "Alright, I'll invite Eve to dinner. Mom, I love her so much. Can you fight to get her for me?" sue Steve and beg.

Madam Merry smiled. "Sure, Mommy will try her best. But baby, it's good if we don't put more hope, because it'll make us even more hurt if we fail to get it."

"I have harbored this love for her for too long, Mom, and I think my heart is no longer able to resist the urge to have it. I wanted Eve so badly and I wanted to get her anyway" Steve said.

"Mommy understands, but he's the granddaughter of the old man you've hated all along Steve. Are you sure you're gonna keep this love of yours?" merry reminded me again.

"I was thinking of forgetting Mom and avenging all the pain you've been through to her. But honestly I can't and can't. Mrs Merry rubbed the top of Steve's head and hugged Steve affectionately. "You're my son, sorry for Mommy's past mistakes. You became separated from your real father and put hatred on us."

"No Mom, I will also make Daddy come back to you and explain to him. If you just had to be Eve's opa stash," said Steve.

Next night.

The apartment.

Louise gets a call from her family, who requests that she return home soon, to discuss the issue of her divorce suit with Gisella.

And before leaving, Louise went to meet Evelyn. Message the girl not to go anywhere.

"I want you to stay here and don't go anywhere, I don't want you to go with that guy again no matter the reason" Louise said.

"He's my good friend sir, how can I ignore his solicitation and good intentions." Evelyn refused.

Louise breathed her rough. "Observe me Evelyn, you know I don't like to be denied the most."

Evelyn looked at Louise and said no to her orders. "All right, are you satisfied? Now get out of here!" close the door while.

"That man, always rules and forbids me at will. Who is he, huh!" gerrutu annoyed.

Steve called and invited him to dinner with his mother.

This makes Evelyn feel a dilemma, between wanting to go, but also afraid of Louise's threat.

"Eve, just follow your heart. Why do you have to obey his orders, you are free to do anything. Tell you what, I'll deal with that guy if he gets mad at you" Steve said.

Steve's Home.

Delicious cuisine has been presented and arranged neatly on the family dining table Mrs Merry. The woman opened her apron and opened the door after hearing her son call from outside.

Madam Merry smiled and greeted her son warmly. "Steve, you've come. Where's Eve?" tanyakanya.

Steve smiled and introduced Evelyn to her mother. "Here's Mom she's Eve, Eve it's my Mommy."

Evelyn smiled and greeted Madam Merry. "Aunty night, I'm Evelyn. Steve's friend."

"Photo collection?" ask Evelyn.

Steve's face met red to hear this and looked intently at his mother. "Mom, don't talk weird to Eve."

Madam Merry chuckled. "Alright, I don't think you're embarrassed like that. Don't talk about it, let's go sit down first."

"Good aunt," Evelyn said and sat down with Steve.

Mrs Merry returned to the kitchen and let Steve chat with Evelyn, so that their relationship would be closer.

In the end, the three of them arrived at dinner time together.

"Let's get Steve to eat with us" Mrs Merry asked.

"Yes Mom" said Steve and took Evelyn's hand. "Come Eve, we'll have dinner together. My mommy's cooking is great. You must like it," he continued.

"True, let's go then." Evelyn smiled and followed Steve towards the dining room.

Steve looked at Evelyn who was eating in front of him, his heart was delighted. To drift in her own daydream and imagine what if Evelyn became his wife.

"Yes, because there's a third person in their relationship." Steve glanced at Madame Merry who agreed to say something.

"Third person, why would anyone ever ruin your brother's marriage Steve. Does he not know if it is a sin," Evelyn said.

"Well, how else. Even though sister Gisella has tried to be the best wife, but her husband still glanced at other women, "Steve said.

"Wait for Steve, sister Gisella? That's your brother's name?" evelyn asked, beginning to be afraid.

Steve nodded. "Yes," he replied then looked at Evelyn who had turned agitated. "Even the info I heard the woman was a long time away, and worse, she was once a maid and loved to tease her husband. Tell Evelyn she's not the same as another person's household destroyer."

Evelyn swallowed her hard-earned saliva and felt that the woman Steve meant was herself. "You're right Steve, if I may know what your brother's husband's name is?" the tananya a little flutter.
