"Yes Steve," Evelyn replied with a faint smile.

Steve gently pulled Evelyn's shoulders to face her, and the man landed a warm kiss on Eveeltn without her permission.

Until Evelyn was shocked because of Steve's action and reflexes to push Steve's chest away from him.

"Sorry Steve, I want to go to the toilet for a second." Evelyn turned her body around and left the room for a moment.

Steve smiled and chuckled slightly as he looked at Evelyn who was running away. "Is he ashamed" he murmured to himself. Then sit down with his family.

"Well Steve, you're brave too! If I were you, I'd kiss her lips too!" said Gisella half-screaming, while glancing at Louise who looked annoyed. "Just love, please" he told Louise affectionately.

Louise just sighed in annoyance, then moved from her seat. I don't know why seeing the incident made her feel jealous.

"Where do you want to go, baby?" prevent Gisella.

"I have to contact someone" he replied briefly. Then leave the room to find a quiet place.

"Think about Eve, Steve is a good guy. You have to be sure Steve will always make you happy. Think about it too, at least with this engagement you can be free from the gossip that is circulating and prove that you are not a mistress of married men!" inner strengthening.

"Have you cried?" louise asked as she wiped the tears left at the tail end of Evelyn's eyes using her thumb.

"Don't touch me! I was just flickering with dust" Evelyn replied, dismissing Louise's suspicions.

"Where's the dust?" Louise brought her face closer, then blew out Evelyn's netra one by one with a gentle gust.

While Evelyn immediately froze instantly, even Louise's treatment could not be rejected just like that. He was stunned and confused what else to say so that Louise understood, that the attention to him was wrong.

"You may lie to everyone, but you can't lie to me. I know you must be sad today, because you're alone. No family will accompany you, nor the engagement that took place today because of your compulsion" Louise said.

Evelyn was teary-eyed, Louise's words made her little heart feel sad. He could only turn his face away and look down, hiding his sadness in front of others.
