Ep.32 - Jonathan knows, Edelweis is pregnant.

“I have no previous history of hull. But, why, yes doc lately I often nausea, vomiting without cause. In fact, just smell my own perfume, I'm nauseous doc.”

Instead of answering directly, the female doctor in front of Jonathan smiled widely. “Sorry to you before. Are you married?” the doctor asked with a smile, a smile that confused Jonathan.

“What's the connection, yes doc nausea with my status?”

“Begini father. It is true, after examining the father there are no symptoms related to stomach pain, plus hearing the characteristics that you mentioned earlier made me think in another direction. There are some pregnant women who have not felt the effects of pregnancy, but it is their husbands who feel the symptoms that should be pregnant women feel, it is called a sympathetic pregnancy.”

Jonathan immediately looked at the doctor's explanation, he remembered Edelweis.

Edelweis shifted his body so that Jonathan could sit beside him. Because of the incident at the office, Edelweis thinks Jonathan can be a little kind to him. So he offered the man.

Edelweis frowned confusedly at Jonathan's silence, he looked up with a clumsy smile. “Lo why, Jo?” edelweis asked, he did not feel wrong or did anything this time. But Jonathan's gaze said another.

“Jawab honest, Del. Lo pregnant?”

Edelweis' hand grip on the spoon came off instantly. It was silent and silent for a moment when Jonathan asked the question.

Edelweis did not look at Jonathan, he smiled wryly. “Why, why?” edelweis asked, he did not agree or deny the pregnancy.

Jonathan covered his lips, he rubbed his face rough with a rough sigh. He approached Edelweis, sitting beside the woman who was still silent. “That lo my son's birth right?”

Suddenly, Jonathan's question made Edelweis stare at the man. “Means lo?” edelweis asked inexhaustibly. “Lo thinks I'm pregnant with someone else's child, so! Crazy, lo!”

“Yes, keep saying why don't you tell me, Del!”

“How can I tell you. Our relationship is like a gini. You are like me, we never have a word get along. And, when I try to get better at you, you just avoid, you do not care about me at all.” annoyed Edelweis. “How can I tell you about this pregnancy!”

For a moment, silence enveloped them. Maybe they were thinking about the reality of their relationship all along. What Edelweis said is true.

“Again, if you think you're not ready for all this. I'm the same, Jo. I am not ready for this reality either. The fact that I was pregnant,” Edelweis turned to Jonathan, “Child lo.”

Jonathan shakes his head, the news of Edelweis' pregnancy completely collapsing his world. All the plans he had for the future, especially his relationship with Edelweis which was supposed to end for a short time, seemed to disappear instantly upon hearing the news of the pregnancy.

“Gue wasn't expecting this kid, Jo. But, I still have a conscience to not eliminate him.” said Edelweis who managed to make Jonathan look at him.

“Lo thought, I could wipe out that innocent fetus, so?” jonathan asked, he also had a conscience not to eliminate his own son.

“Keep, how are we Jo? How was our relationship after you found out that I was pregnant, child lo.”

In his room, Jonathan stared at the results of the USG that Edelweis gave him. Stared at it with the stick. Still can't believe what he just found out that's been causing him to vomit lately.

Pregnancy, pregnancy Edelweis is the cause.

“What yes, the child that Edelweis my son's birth?”

It is true, Edelweis who was looked at Jonathan like a cheap woman, was able to keep himself as well as his honor. Jonathan who did the first time became the main evidence.

Jonathan immediately opened the article, read some articles about pregnant women and the possibility that could happen to him as the husband of a woman who was pregnant.

Jonathan snorted in annoyance, he immediately pressed the home button as all the articles confirmed what he was feeling. Supposedly, he didn't have to bother looking for her. After all, a doctor had already directly explained to her about her current condition.

Jonathan doesn't know what to do when things don't work out. The pregnancy of Edelweis was truly menacing.

Meanwhile, Edelweis who was in his room was silent for a while. He stared at the reflection of himself in the mirror, his outstretched hand touching the belly of his queen where there was a growing fetus there.

“You know, even your father was shocked by your presence. In fact, I didn't even admit you. Either he actually believes you're his son or he's not, which he obviously is your father.”

“To be honest, I didn't expect you to be among us either. It sounded evil indeed what Edelweis said, but it was his hope. Hopefully with the presence of children between his marriage to Jonathan, the real relationship will be really created.

Edelweis looked at Jonathan who was also the same looking at him as they had just walked out of their respective rooms. Jonathan's gaze was fixed on the stomach of Edelweis who still looked flat.

“Lo shirt, I'll turn it back. Still dirty.” said Edelweis, breaking the silence between them.

Jonathan nodded.

Edelweis nodded, he pulled thinly both corners of his lips. “Jo, about my pregnancy... Don't tell Mama Papa, yeah. I'm not ready.”

“Do not lo. I'm not ready to know this fact.” Edelweis nodded in understanding. “Means, your pregnancy is only we know right?” jonathan asked who actually got the arm from Edelweis.

“Who else knows?”

“Sinta equals Adinda, those who brought me fitting I fainted that day. They also heard directly from the doctor about my pregnancy.” explained Edelweis.

Jonathan was surprised to hear this. “Means they know dong about our wedding?”

“No, you are calm. They don't know. They know I'm pregnant because ‘ makap’, already it aja.”

Grateful, it felt like Jonathan was able to breathe a sigh of relief to hear it. He pulled the corner of his lips into a smile. “Emang he was present because of the actual accident. If only that night—”

“No need to ingetin, Jo. I know it. So you don't have to clarify it. Precisely by saying that, just like you open my old wounds.” said Edelweis, he attached his bag.

“Lagian, I also do not expect much lo with the existence of this child. Because I'm sure, you won't care about all this.” lies, in fact Edelweis hopes their relationship improves with this child.

Edelweis nodded in understanding, “Yaudah, Jo. I leave first, yes. You too, go to the office, yeah. Do not stop by where you are or ask for a reschedule meeting suddenly. Because this morning we have a meeting with the same important relationship.” said Edelweis reminded, he also waltzed away leaving Jonathan who was still in his place.

Edelweis was silent in the elevator with pursed lips irritated, she smiled wryly. “And I hope, when you know my pregnancy. You can care more like me, you bargain for a ride together to the office. But, apparently not. I was hoping it turned out.” Edelweis let out a rough sigh.

Edelweis did not go to the office, he stopped first at a flower shop. Two large bouquets of flowers were bought there and the taxi stopped at a very clean and well-organized cemetery. A cemetery in the middle of the city is managed with considerable management costs. Green clumps with tombstones on top of it become a barrier to each tomb.

After paying a taxi fee, Edelweis got off and walked towards the cemetery where his parents were buried.

The haughty face that is always visible, is now replaced with a face of grief accompanied by tears that have been pooled in his eyes when his feet get closer to the tombstone of his parents.

“Morning Mi, Pi.”

Edelweis crouched between two gravestones, where his parents' names were written and the date on which they both died simultaneously.

Not nothing, Edelweis had just cried when his hand placed a bouquet of flowers on the second headstone.

“Sorry, Edel, yes. Edel rarely comes here, rarely nengokin Mami as Papi. But, believe me, Edel never let go of your do'ain. Every prayer, Edel must have a prayer for you.”

“Edel sure, Mami same Papi already know first with what happened the same Edel now. What is the life of this Edel. You also must know that now Edel is pregnant.”

Edelweis' lips trembled, he was all his might not to shed his tears again. However, he was too weak. He can't.

“Edel confused, Mi, Pi. What should Edel do now? What's more with the state of Edel containing now.”

Edelweis could not say anything more, only crying could he do. He poured out the sadness that he had been damning before everyone. The sadness that never crossed people's minds about him. The haughty and arrogant face was gone, replaced with a pitiful face.

Unknowingly, Edelweis fell unconscious in his tears. And a man came to Edelweis, lifting the pregnant woman who was fainting to be taken to a nearby clinic.
