Overtime (1)

The hour hand showed at eight o'clock. Arzan chose to go straight home after a meeting with his client from Malaysia. After lunch, their meeting resumed regarding the new project they will handle, cross-country collaboration that has been done since the father is still there and still continues to this day. The relations are getting closer to the line as the development of the company led by Arzan is increasing.

"Assalamu'alaikum" Arzan's greeting was only answered by the Asih bi who was currently opening the door. Arzan's face was slightly disappointed when the one that opened the door was not his wife Tiara.

Since the trip he had imagined if he would be greeted with a sweet smile the wife who always became the mood booster himself, he said, not only that the joy of the princess when welcoming her arrival became a separate energy injection when tired hit after working all day.

But unfortunately, tonight the reality he faced was not as expected. The state of the house actually looks lonely, making a sense of disappointment implied in the change in his facial expression when opening the door was not the person expected.

"Wa'alaikumsalam, sir. Welcome" Bi Asih courteously welcomed his master's arrival, he grabbed the briefcase that Arzan was carrying to the study.

"Sepi, Qia where's Bi?" Arzan dropped his butt on a sofa in the living room, a room that since Tiara's presence has served as a living room.

In that room Tiara always accompanied Qiana while watching her favorite television show. The new thing that became Qiana's routine after Tiara's presence. Before the part-time babysitter mother who metamorphosed into a mother she continued it was present, Qiana barely ever watched television. He only struggled with his gadget when school activities and tasks were completed.

But since Tiara was present, he began to introduce inspirational figures packaged in cartoon shows on television. One of his goals was for Qiana to slowly turn her attention away from the gadget. Watching television shows that are suitable for the age of Qiana and not only just a spectacle but also contain guidance to be a new thing that Tiara introduced.

Tiara faithfully accompanied the princess continued while watching. Not only did he accompany, but he did not waste the opportunity to provide education related to what he was watching. It made Qiana very interested, she enthusiastically asked him every thing she did not know and patiently and affectionately Tiara served and answered every question of the princess.

A thing that made Arzan's heart melt until finally his ego he threw as far away and now happiness always covers his days. His choice to marry the girl was very appropriate, not only the connecting mother who is so loving and caring for the princess but also a life partner who makes her comfortable and always wants to be close together when together and always longing when far apart.

"Non Qia was in his room, sir, after the prayer isya he had dinner but only a little, after which he returned to the room" Bi Asih explained in detail the whereabouts and circumstances of his little master.

"Then I meet them first, Bi" said Arzan moved from his seat,

"Non Qia himself in his room, Sir" Bi Asih seemed to understand what they meant by Arzan, his master must have thought that his daughter was now with his wife.

"Tiara?" tanya Arzan stopped his steps that had almost stepped up the stairs,

"Mbak Tiara hasn't come home, sir, just after Maghrib he called Ana and talked to Non Qia that Mbak Tiara will be home late tonight" Bi Asih also replied according to the information received from Ana when receiving a call from Tiara.

"Home late?" arzan's voice rose after hearing that his wife had not yet returned,

"Yes sir, Mbak Tiara has also contacted the mistress" he said, Bi Asih.

"He didn't call me" Arzan murmured softly, he reached into his suit pocket to pick up a cell phone.

"Mbak Tiara said he had also tried to contact Mr. but his mobile phone was not active" Bi Asih again explained according to the news he received from Ana.

Arzan tried to turn on his phone, and it was true that his phone was dead. During the meeting with the client Arzan did not activate his phone. Today he activated his phone when he contacted Tiara at lunchtime, after which he turned off his phone again until now he forgot to activate it.

.ting.......

Dozens of incoming messages and rows of missed calls filled Arzan's phone memory. Several missed calls from Tiara occupied the top row of his call-in, the last call being made after Maghrib.

With alacrity Arzan also opened the incoming message application in whattsappnya Of the many messages, messages from Tiara is the first to be opened.

'Assalamu'alaikum, Ma. Today I think I'm going home late. I still have a lot of work in my office and I have to finish it today. Please permission yes, I have also contacted mami and Qia'

The message Tiara sent suddenly made Arzan cluck in annoyance. Maybe his wife should be overtime in his own office while he was at home.

Tuuut.......

Arzan is further irritated when his call to Tiara goes unconnected. Tiara's phone was active but the owner never received a call from her. Arzan decided to call Arga to confirm the whereabouts of his wife.

"....."

"Yes, tell me immediately" Arzan turned off his phone, climbed the stairs half-run after saying goodbye to Bi Asih who was still faithfully standing under the stairs waiting for information from his master.

Seeing his master leave hurriedly, bi Asih was sure if there was anything about Tiara.

"May Mbak Tiara come home quickly" he said as he passed away to the kitchen.

While inside his room, Arzan immediately enters the bathroom to clean himself up, his mind unsettled between anger and worry. He was angry to find out if his wife was overtime when as he remembered he did not receive reports there was an emergency job that must be completed immediately as well as he was worried about what his wife was doing and with whom.

"Yes, hello...." Arzan immediately received an incoming call from Arga when he just came out of the bathroom.

"What's? what the fuck?" sentak Arzan angry, when the caller who is none other than Arga said that his wife was right still in the office alone.

"No need, let me go over there to pick him up. Tell the security department on duty tonight to look after my wife and make sure she's okay" Arzan hung up on her phone unilaterally, her memory's messed up tonight.

Almost ten o'clock at night Arzan arrived at his office, he was driving his own car at high speed. But the atmosphere of the capital's streets is still crowded, the road users are still a lot so that the traffic jam was not spared to make Arzan several times hit the steering wheel, annoyed to get to where his wife was.

On the floor where Tiara was three floors below, Arzan entered the elevator after security guards escorted him to the elevator door. Arzan refused when the security officer offered to drive him upstairs.

"Alert, if there's anything I need I'll call" Arzan told security officers moments before he entered the elevator and was answered with a nod by the officer.

Arzan circled his gaze, the sound of murottal chanting could be heard filling every gap in the room. Tiara deliberately turned the murattal from her computer to accompany her to work.

After being discovered Tiara was replying to a message to make Rena the manager's secretary inflamed. He adds to Tiara's work which should indeed be his duty. Until now, Tiara is still struggling with a pile of files. A cup of warm chocolate is the energy supply tonight in order to keep working and completing all the tasks.

Arzan walked towards the cubicle where Tiara was, the murottal chant was heard more clearly when he was very close. Arriving right in front of Tiara's table he saw his wife sleeping on the table with her hands used as his pillow.

"Mkk...." Arzan clucked when he saw Tiara sleeping in such a position, he observed the computer Tiara was using to work. The work was almost done, although there was still little to be tidied up, it seemed like the girl was completely exhausted.

Arzan rubbed Tiara's cheek gently, but his touch made Tiara wake up instantly. He was shocked not to flounder, aware that he was currently still in the office.

"Astaghfirullahal'adzim." screeched as Arzan's hand touched his cheek,

"Yes?...." Tiara rubbed her eyes, her gaze now fixed on the figure of the handsome man she had longed for all day.

"Mas, why is it here? what time is it?" tiara asked while confirming her hijab,

Arzan just looked at Tiara fixedly, I don't know what she was thinking. He was silent with his eyes fixed on his wife.

"Mas, this is really you, right? uh this is still in the office, right?" Tiara circulated her gaze as she saw the entire room was already quiet. Almost some of the room lights are no longer on, meaning the occupants are gone.

"What did you do to a night like this, heumm?" Arzan finally made a sound, after being content to observe Tiara with his confused face.

"I'm sorry, I overslept. But why are you here? it's been....huh, ten o'clock?" tiara chuckled in shock as she looked at the circular clock on her left hand, she again grabbed the computer mouse, opening her eyes several times as there were still remnants of drowsiness.

"Sorry, I fell asleep. I'll get this over with and go home soon" said Tiara nervously, thinking Arzan must be angry because his job is not done and late to go home.

"Who told you to go overtime like this?" Arzan grabs Tiara's hand and stops her action on top of the keyboard. He spoke softly when he saw the panic on his wife's face.

"Mas, I.." said Tiara stammered,
