"I love daddy, I love mommy, I want daddy, I want mommy.." The sentence keeps sliding off the little lips of the girl who still looks weak.

Thirty minutes had passed, the atmosphere still enveloping the entire room. Nathan stood in the corner of the room with a heart that churned at his daughter's intimacy with Arzan. Self-ego, it was like to get rid of Arzan and change his position to embrace Qiana. But the heart invites her to think mature, the little girl does not know anything that she knows she is the daughter of Arzan. Nathan also chose to be quiet, be a good spectator and also dissolve in the novelty.

While Tiara who had been the same since just being a spectator smiled happily. She was grateful that the man who was still her husband was finally aware and still willing to accept Qiana as her daughter. There was relief in Tiara's heart, seeing the happiness that was clearly visible in Qiana's eyes as Arzan came. And vice versa there is still love in the eyes of Arzan for his favorite daughter.

But his smile faded immediately remembered if he was pregnant and now Arzan is still reluctant to admit the child contained Tiara is his son, Iris once. The pain returned to the rest of Tiara's body.

Slowly Tiara retreated, intending to get out of the room unbeknownst to anyone.

"I realize, too much lack of me to be your priority" Tiara whispered inwardly, slowly opening the door of the room where Qiana was being cared for. Slowly but surely, Tiara stepped out of the room.

Not long after the soft snoring of Qiana leaning against the chest of Arzan's field, she halted the gentle swab of her hand on her daughter's back. Turning carrying her tiny body to her lay it on the padded mattress of the super facility treatment room that was purposely prepared for Qiana's treatment.

Arzan turned his body, circulating a glance through every corner of the room that had been behind him since focusing on Qiana who continued to be in her arms until she fell asleep.

"Tiara....?" Arzan looked at the mother who was sitting on the sofa while playing her mobile phone, texting her sister about her grandson's health development.

"Mommy, where's Tiara?" asked Arzan with a panicked face,

"Lho..so it's here?" mami Ratna no less panicked looking for the whereabouts of the son-in-law who a while ago chatted with him but paused because there was a notification of incoming messages from the sister on her phone.

"Nath, you see my wife?" Arzan finally asked Nathan because there were only three of them in the room, four of them with Qiana with a flat face and pitched.

"So he came out, probably looking for some fresh air" said Nathan, who learned of Tiara's departure from the room. Nathan doesn't realize that Tiara is secretly out of the room.

Arzan rushed out to find his wife.

"Mommy, I'm nitip Qia" said Arzan hurriedly, he snatched the car keys he had placed on Qiana's bed.

"I.iya...be careful you are on the road, find Tiara and bring her back home" replied the worried Mami Ratna, she was happy when she found out that her daughter-in-law was willing to come when she was told that Qiana was calling her name.

Mami Ratna accidentally came to Tiara's graduation place, she deliberately attended the important event of her son-in-law after being informed by the arga if Tiara was at graduation today.

"Honey, where are you?" Arzan said softly, he had been looking for the existence of Tiara around the hospital, but never found the wife who went as fast as lightning.

"Ra, are you sure you're not going to see your husband? you saw that he had been to and fro looking for you" Rianti closed the thin curtain back on the room where she and Tiara were.

They had just noticed Arzan running to and fro in search of Tiara's whereabouts. The strategic location of the nurse room made them clearly see Arzan who ran to and fro.

They both saw Arzan several times looking to ask people. Last time Rianti found out if Arzan had time to find traces of Tiara through the hospital cctv. It was seen when several security officers directed her best friend's husband to the security room as he passed by the receptionist who asked Arzan. It was fortunate that when Tiara chose to exit Qiana's room, she deliberately walked in a direction that the cctv did not reach.

"Yes, I am not ready to meet him in person" Tiara replied with a downcast face, her heart touched when she found out that Arzan was looking for her whereabouts. But his mind again reminded him of how disappointed he was when Arzan asked him to do a DNA test..

"When are you going to stay away? We have no pity to see Mr Arzan who looked so messed up earlier? I'm sure he must have been looking for you everywhere" asked Rianti, staring intensely at his best friend.

"I'm leaving doesn't mean I don't care anymore I'm just self-conscious, and I hope that my departure will make her realize a little that I won't always be there for her if she can't appreciate my existence" tiara said as she sighed, slowly but deeply.
