Chapter.22 Unconscious

A few hours before going to the party.

Charly is seen sitting in the living room with the laptop still on in front of him. Shaking the phone lying on the table distracts the man.

"Yes?" he said while putting the phone in his ear.

"I've got information about them." Someone across the phone could be heard talking.

"Send it to me now," Charly said directly.

"okay!" yell that someone.

The phone was disconnected just like that, a moment later email notifications were seen on the laptop screen that was still on. Charly immediately switched seats to a fur carpet underneath, making it easier to operate his laptop.

His eyes stared intently at every line of words seen inside the recently opened email, sometimes until a fine frown appeared on his forehead, while reading a report recently submitted by one of his co-workers a co-secret agent.

"What is an email from Niko?" asked Ramon who had just come from the kitchen direction with two glasses of water in his hands, then sat down beside Charly leisurely.

Charly stared at the departure of Liora and Dery, he who was a little suspicious of the couple's behavior also chose to join the farewell and followed them secretly.

"We're going home now" Charly replied without elaborating.

The whispers of the guests were heard when they saw Charly holding a woman unconscious.

Meanwhile, the real Liora was just pretending, smiling happily at Charly's sling. He deliberately took advantage of the situation in order to make Dery feel guilty as well as closer to Charly, that way Liora can also show Charly if she has often experienced domestic violence.

Ramon immediately followed Charly, giving the hotel attendants instructions to prepare their car in front of the lobby.

"You're parting ways with Dery?" asked Ramon who still did not believe Liora's words.

"Hey!" Liora nodded excitedly.

"Can't!" Charly immediately rejected Liora's request.

"Oh come on, please help me .. Only you can help me." Liora cupped her hands in front of her chest with a gaze looking at Charly and Ramon alternately.

"Can't! It's none of our business!" answer Charly again.
