Chapter 27 Do not give hope

After Liora's departure, Dery chose to go up to the second floor, leaving his mother and second wife who were busy ordering lunch through an inter-messaging application, because the cuisine that Liora made could not be eaten at all.

Meanwhile, Liora who had just walked out from the gate of Tiara's house immediately ran towards the other side of the road as soon as she saw Charly's car also out of her house.

He stands in front of the man's car to head him off, then walks in after seeing Charly stop his car.

"Why did you get in my car?" Charly looked at the confused Tiara who now seemed to be sitting beside him.

"It's the way, I won't bother you. But, please take me to Davi's school first, I want to rest for a while," Tiara said then leaned back and began to close her eyes.

Charly no longer spoke, he just exhaled softly and then started to re-attend his car without bothering Liora who seemed so tired.

Meanwhile, Dery who was standing at the end of the second-floor balcony stared intently at Tiara who was facing the car of her front neighbor and then entered it.

Unknowingly his hand gripped the strong rod of the iron fence that was on the side of the balcony. He even hit the iron when he saw Charly's car driving along with Tiara inside.

"Basarly a cheap woman! How dare he get in my neighbor's car! Don't know shame!" Dery cursed Tiara with all her bad words, she was really angry at this moment.

After seeing Charly's car disappear from the pandagan, Dery also chose to leave the balcony with a heart that still feels stuck.

Tiara opened her eyes as soon as the car stopped right in front of Davi's school. Actually since he had not really fallen asleep, Tiara just closed her eyes and set her emotions that felt like exploding.

"Well, it's nice, yes, I have a secret agent friend, although I didn't tell Davi's school address, you already know first," Tiara looked at Charly with a look of amazement.

"You're not sleeping?" Charly reluctantly responds to Tiara's admiration for her, instead feeling annoyed that along the way Tiara seems to avoid her by pretending to be asleep.

Tiara smiled with a finger scratching her forehead slowly, feeling awkward for already pretending to be asleep all the way.

"T-no, I did fall asleep earlier," Tiara replied with a slight stammer. Simultaneously, Davi looks out of school with some of his classmates.

"Ah, that's Davi already out. Thank you, yes for the ride," Tiara continued, then moved quickly out of Charly's car. Tiara briefly waved her hand before running over to Davi who still seemed to be looking for his whereabouts in front of the gate.

Charly shook his head weakly while exhaling his napa, feeling strange with the attitude of Tiara who he thought was unlike a mother in general. The woman who could approach him looked more like a cheerful girl despite the many problems that befell him.

All of that was completely different from the information he had obtained earlier. There Tiara is depicted with a woman who is very motherly, meek and very friendly, although it rarely hangs out with neighbors.

However, Charly did not see that attitude at all from Tiara who kept approaching him, even from the very beginning they met. Charly often felt suspicious of Tiara with this very significant change in attitude.

Charly is certainly unlikely to suspect the superiors who gave him this mission and the co-workers who are searching for Dery's family, including Tiara. Of all the information he had obtained, only Tiara looked different, while the others were indeed the same as the files he had obtained.

Realizing from his daydream, Charly sees Tiara talking to a friend who is the teacher of Davi, while the other guardians are almost gone.

After seeing there only left behind Tiara, Rere, and Davi, Charly decided to go outside and ambush them.

"Lho, you haven't left yet?" Tiara first greeted Charly in between her conversation with Rere.

"Who's that, Tia?" tanya Rere who just saw Tiara was familiar with a man.

"Oh, this is my front neighbor, her name is Charly. I was riding with him, hihi." Tiara introduced Charly to Rere while giggling amusedly.

Rere looked a little confused by Tiara's attitude, before he had never seen Tiara want to be close to a man other than Dery. However, what he saw at this moment was truly shocking, he could hardly even believe what was happening in front of him right now.

"Here, your phone is missing." Charly ignoring the conversation between Tiara and Rere, he held out Tiara's mobile phone left in his car.

"Eh, dear Davi, his Om Charly wants some other business. We'll just take a cab home, okay?" Tiara looks bad on Charly with Davi's request.

"Well, take another cab." Davi seemed to be exhaling violently while pursing his lips. The child's face turned gloomy and retreated a few steps away from Charly.

Charly suddenly felt pity for Davi's grief. The man is used to many cries of criminals in various parts of the world, but for a small child Charly can not face pity on him.

Charly crouched down in front of Davi, she then held both hands over the child.

"You want to go home with Om?" ask Charly gently.

Tiara frowned at the gentle demeanor shown by Charly making herself surprised instead of playing. As long as she became Liora who was the target of the man's capture, she could only see the cruel and cold side of a Charly.

However, he was currently looking at the other side of a Charly who was so gentle and considerate towards a small child. It made him almost choke by his own saliva.

"Eum." Davi nodded quickly, with a hopeful twinkle in his eyes.

"Alright, then we go home together," nodded Charly who immediately got a big smile from Davi.

"Hore, go home with Charly!" The child seemed to directly hug tightly to Charly's body with a faint smile.

"It looks like you already have this backup," said Rere.

"What the hell, Re? We're just friends" Tiara denied with a reddened-looking face.

"Come, Mah!" Davi pulled Tiara's hand vigorously without caring about the conversation Tiara and Rere were having.

"I go home first," Tiara said as she walked away from Rere who seemed to still chuckle amusedly at him.

"Thank you for granting Davi's request" Tiara said as she sat next to Charly.

Charly did not reply, he only nodded faintly then started driving his car away from the Davi school area. Both of them looked awkward, until some time passed in the car just filled with babbles from Davi.

"Om Charly, well not like Papah. Papah never invited Davi to school," complained Davi with a grim face.

Charly looked at Tiara questioningly, he was surprised that Dery had never even taken his time for Davi. Meanwhile, Tiara herself is also surprised by Davi's confession, she does not expect that Dery's cold treatment is not only on her, but also on Davi.

"He's too busy working" Tiara replied.

Charly looked at Davi from the deep rearview mirror, a look of sadness on his face. Although he was not from a rich family like Davi, but at least Little Charly never lost the love of his parents.

In stark contrast to Davi, who had rich parents, still lost the affection of a father. Though it is very important for a boy, because from a father the child can see a role model who will be proud in the future.

"If Davi is going to be invited to school, Davi can say the same Om. If there is a certain time Om will pick up Davi," said Charly comforted the child who lacks affection.

"Don't give him hope, if you can't keep it. It'll hurt more." Tiara interrupts, knowing that Charly's job requires her to keep moving, and that means she won't be able to stay near Davi forever.

Davi will feel more lost if Charly suddenly disappears, when Davi has started to rely on the man. And, Tiara didn't want that until it happened.
