Chapter.33 Is it really my decision?

Tiara sat in the dining room of Charly's house with her mind raging, while the man was fetching water in the refrigerator.

"Drink first" he said, putting a glass in front of Tiara.

Tiara took it she then downed the white water to almost the toilet, her throat felt dry after hearing such a shocking variety of things.

Charly does not give details of all his plans to arrest Dery, but the man tells if Dery is an accomplice of a drug dealer who is so dangerous.

"Thank you" Tiara said as she put the glass back on the table.

Charly just nodded, he sat in front of Tiara with his elbows resting on the table, his hands squeezing both fingers together to form a fist.

"Sorry, I didn't tell you in advance if our current target is your own husband" Charly said softly. His head slightly lowered looking at his two hands that were still clinging.

"That's your job. I should've apologized for interrupting your work. You must have gone awry all this time, because your target's wife is approaching you." Tiara finally opened her voice after a few minutes passed with silence.

Charly raised his head quickly, he did not expect that Tiara would speak like that, even her voice sounded so calm. Not at all like a wife who is sad because her husband is a criminal, or a wife who is disappointed because she has been lied to for so long.

Carly slightly squinted her eyes, scrutinizing the expression shown by the woman in front of her. However, he did not see any lies there, Tiara's eyes still radiated honesty.
