Chapter.70 Just a game

Charly invites Liora to come to his house, where they talk with Roman.

"I've received the address where their headquarters are now located. After we checked, it turned out that they were in a villa that was still on Dery's behalf" Charly explained, showing a video he received from his partner last night.

Liora looks at the video on Charly's laptop carefully. "I've never heard of this villa," muttered Liora with a deep frown.

"But maybe Niken knows" he continued, staring at Charly.

"It seems not, from our investigation so far, Dery has only become Niken as a tool to conceive a child who will inherit his black business. That woman doesn't even know anything compared to you, so she's trying to kill you, because she's aware of that," Charly replied as she returned Liora's gaze.

The two of them looked at each other for a while, as if they were looking for a way out of this matter.

"Then, what should we do now?" ask Liora again.

"I brought you here, so that we could devise a plan to ambush them all. Now Dery's been arrested, automatically, for some time they can't dwell, considering all this time they've depended on Dery." Charly moved on and picked up one of the files not far from there.

"But, before that, we have to ensure the safety of you and Davi" Charly continued, giving a file that turned out to be a ticket and a passport of himself and Davi.

"You have to leave this country as soon as possible before we set up an ambush, to avoid if they still have a backup plan and take revenge on you" Charly said.

Their conversation continues, the three focus on making plans to capture Roxi and his men. Charly even directly involved other colleagues who had been helping him from a distance through a video call connection.

Until when Liora bailed to the bathroom, her phone kept ringing. Until it is quite disturbing Charly and Ramon who are still discussing.

"Liora, your phone keeps ringing!" charly shouted in front of the toilet door.

"I'll be out in a moment" Liora replied from inside.

"Let's say, who knows what's important." Ramon spoke as Liora's phone rang incessantly.

Charly stared at the mobile phone in his hand which displayed the name of a hospital as the caller. Just now that he was about to shift the green-colored icon, suddenly the bathroom door opened violently by Liora who seemed to be in a hurry. The woman only smiled as Charly looked at her with a deep frown.

"Sorry," Liora said with a smile then took her phone in Charly's hand.

Charly did not show any reaction, the man just walked back to his office without caring about women. Until suddenly, Liora shouted quite loudly and surprised the two. Charly and Ramon distract both of them.

"What's going on?" charly asked while standing beside Liora.

"A–aku has to leave now," Liora said with a face that turned frantic, she grabbed the bag on the sofa then was about to walk outside just like that.

However, Charly first stopped him by blocking his hand. "What's the matter, Liora? Tell me!"

"Re–Rere, Davi‐-" Liora tried to answer even though it felt too difficult, her mouth felt suddenly confused.

"Let me take you now!" Charly, who knows the current state of Liora, also chose to snatch the car keys to deliver the woman to her destination.

Charly seemed to be able to guess if something was going on with Rere and Davi, making Liora like this. Though he doesn't know what really happened to Rere and Davi.

Liora nodded, she then ran out of Charly's house then directly into the man's car. The two of them immediately headed to the hospital that had called Liora.

There was no talk in the car, Charly was not curious to urge Liora, while the woman still looked panicked.

"Please yourself, Liora. We can't solve the problem if you keep panicking like that" Charly said after a long time of silence.

Liora followed Charly's words, she took a deep breath then exhaled slowly, the woman did so repeatedly to feel calmer than before.

"Tell me what happened to Rere and Davi when you were calm" Charly said, glancing at the woman beside him. His tone sounded so low, even though there was still a cold aura inside.

"Accident? Didn't Rere say he was going to pick Davi up at his house? Then why is he in an accident with his family now?" Charly frowned deeply, he felt that there was something odd about all of this.

"I don't know, I even forgot to ask them about their condition" Liora replied. Somehow his heart felt very unsettled because of the news he had just heard, when before he became a Tiara, he would never care about anyone else except his gangster members.

I don't know, it looks like he's making a strange bond between himself, Davi, and everyone near Tiara. There were times when he thought that it was Tiara's feelings that were still inside him. Although sometimes he also feels carried away by a sense of care for others.

Moments later Charly manages to stop his car in the hospital lobby. Without waiting for Charly, Liora directly outside she ran into the hospital looking for the whereabouts of Rere and his family.

"They were found unconscious, we found there was drug in their bodies" explains the doctor who treated Rere and his family.

"Didn't the doctor find a child there? Should he be with them?" asked Liora who apparently did not find there Davi along with the Rere family, even Mak Onah did not exist.

"We didn't find any children with them. Try asking the police who handled this case," replied the doctor later.

"Thank you, Doc." Liora nodded with a heart that still felt stuck and worried about the fate of Davi and Mak Onah.

"Let me get someone to check on Rere's house while we go to your apartment." Charly looked alert to help Liora, she also panicked with the incident that had just happened. However, since she had trained well, Charly could hide her panic from everyone.

Liora nodded as she rushed back outside from the hospital, she also informed brother Rere to immediately come to the hospital and take care of everything that had to be equipped.

Liora's anxiety grows when she does not find Davi and Mak Onah in her apartment. The two are seen still standing in the living room with hunting breath, as a result of searching Davi everywhere, when Charly's phone rings.

"We found all the housekeepers tied up in the kitchen" said one person across the street.

The deg!

Charly widened his eyes, he was sure that this was not just an accident or a regular house robbery.

"Sheck all the CCTVs that are there, we have to check something. Also try to get the camera footage of the dashboard of the car that was in an accident" Charly told his co-worker.

"Come, we have to go to Rere's house right now!" She was back to Liora.

"What's wrong? Is Davi there?" liora asked as she walked quickly following Charly's footsteps.

"We'll see there first!" Charly replied without explaining what happened there

Meanwhile, Dery le outside of the car that brought him, the handcuffs that had been attached to his hands were now no longer there. Dery circulated his gaze, he grinned when he saw the building with the dominant color of black in front of him.

"It's good, you've always been reliable, Dery!" Without Roxi walking outside with her dashing steps, she then approached Dery and patted Dery's shoulder repeatedly, as a tribute.

"Thank you, sir," Dery replied as he slightly lowered his head.

Yeah, it's not a police station, it's Roxi's hideout in the country. All Dery's arrest was just a charade to fool Liora and everyone who conspired against her. Now, according to their plan, Liora and Charly are now in their plans, without both of them noticing.

"Good, because of your sacrifice, we can tell who your wife is working with" Roxi praised, as the two walked together into the villa.

"really? Who's been helping him all this time, sir? Do I know him?" dery asked with hardened jaws, he was really furious when he found out that Tiara had been conspiring with someone to fight him.

"Of course, you know that person well enough. It's just that we don't know for sure who that person really is. And, regarding your wife's best friend, soon you will hear news about them" explained the middle-aged man.
