Chapter.71 Where Davi

Mak Onah approached and hugged Liora's body, as soon as the woman reached Rere's house. Liora frowned as she circulated her gaze, seeing how messy the Rere family's current residence was.

"Is this really a robbery? But, now where is Davi? Mak, where's Davi?" liora asked in a daze, she even forgot to return Mak Onah's embrace.

"Den Davi, Den Davi brought the men with Non Rere's family. Sorry, Non. Mak can't take good care of Den Davi" replied Mak Onah while crying loudly in Liora's arms.

Liora fell silent, she blinked her eyes as Charly patted her on the shoulder. For a moment the gazes of the two met each other, Charly was as if he was giving strength to Liora, lest the woman lose control of herself.

Liora closed her eyes while inhaling a deep breath then exhaled slowly. He slowly untangled Mak Onah's embrace then examined Mak Onah's entire body.

"Mom, is that okay? Is there any pain or injury?" liora asked after she could calm herself down.

"It's okay, Non. But, Non Rere's family is the same Den Davi-" Mak Onah cried awkwardly, he was unable to continue his words.

"Rere and his family were in the hospital, they had an accident. But, we haven't found Davi." Charly who came back to Liora also answered Mak Onah's anxiety.

"Den Davi was brought with Non Rere's family, there's no way he wasn't there, sir," Mak Onah said, convinced, he clearly sees Davi being taken to the car containing the Rere family then they take him along.

"Silence, Mbok. Wherever Davi is, I'm sure Davi's a strong boy, he'll be fine." Liora tried to calm down even though her own heart was very agitated this time.

"We have to get to the accident site, to be sure," Liora told Charly.

Cjarly was seen talking to one of her friends who was there, after it was felt to have conveyed what she wanted to say and know, Charly immediately approached Liora and the two left the house.

"Maybe, it could happen too. But, it looks like we need to get to Dery soon, to find out where they're taking Davi," Charly said.

"I promise I'll find Davi and bring him back to you. Now it's better that we go home first, I'll tell all my colleagues to come and help us directly" Charly said as he began driving his car back out of the precinct.

Liora did not answer, she just kept quiet while looking out of the car window. Liora threw away her face with one drop of tear that fell off without feeling. Quickly, he removed it to make it invisible to Charly, even though the man had already seen it all.

They got home when the night was almost late, both of them even forgot to eat. It turned out that there were already several more men who were Charly and Ramon's coworkers who had come to help.

However, Liora was made confused because now they no longer returned to Charly's house, but a foreign house that even she had never known before.

"In my house is no longer safe because they may already know the identity of me and the others, so for a while we stay here. We believe it is very safe here" Charly told Liora.
