Shortly thereafter Nirmala's parents arrived at the treatment room. They opened the door and saw Kevin sitting near his daughter. Kevin immediately turned around when he found out that someone had come to the room. Instantly he immediately woke up when he saw that the ones who came were both Nirmala's parents.
"Kevin apparently." Said Nirmala's mother starting to say hello.
"Good night Om, Auntie." Greet Kevin with a little bow.
"Good night Kevin." Reply to Nirmala's father.
"Have you been here long?" Ask Nirmala's father again.
"It was an hour ago, Om." Answer Kevin.
Nirmala observes her father who looks like he doesn't like Kevin being next to her. His face was showing something different, looking cold.
"Is there any other need for Kevin?" ask Nirmala's father again.
"If there's nothing you should go home because it's late and the clock is over." Said Nirmala's father while looking at her watch.
Kevin and Nirmala looked at each other.
"Kevin, thank you." Nirmala said as she expanded her smile.
Kevin did not reply to Nirmala's words, he just returned his smile and said goodbye to go home. After Kevin stepped out and made sure he was away from the treatment room, Nirmala began to open a conversation with her parents.
"Why do you behave like that Kevin?" ask Nirmala.
"Are you guys dating?" His father did not answer Nirmala's question but instead asked her back.
"No Pa, we're just friends. Doesn't Papa know Kevin well? Kevin's a good guy, he always helps Mala. Papa trusts him, right? he can't be messing around." Answer Nirmala.
"And you, can you believe me? Papa heard your relationship is too close." Ask her father again.
Nirmala smiled, she grabbed her father's right hand and clasped it tightly.
"Dad can trust Mala. Mala promised to keep Papa's trust well. Mala won't trouble Papa, won't embarrass Papa." Nirmala answered trying to convince her father to come back.
"Alright, Papa trusts you. You must focus on learning and do not betray Papa's trust. Papa doesn't like it, this young dad's daughter has a boyfriend." Said his father while pinching his nose with great affection.
The tension melted a little.
"So Mala can still be friends with Kevin?" ask Nirmala again.
"Just be friends, nothing more. Papa doesn't like it when you're close to Kevin or any other young man." Answer father.
"Why indeed?" ask Nirmala to be curious.
"When it's time you'll know." Said his father who then took his phone in his pants pocket and played it as it passed away.
Her mother now sat beside Nirmala and looked at her son lovingly with her sweet smile.
"No need to put in the heart of papa's speech earlier huh? You rest, you can go home tomorrow." Said his mother while stroking her son's hair slowly.
Then his mother stretched out her body and grabbed him in her arms. Making Nirmala feel the affection she had long missed. His eyes began to close.

As Nirmala opened her eyes, sunlight slipped through the window. Nirmala turned her head and felt disappointed that she had not found her father and mother. His heart ached when he opened a short message that his parents had gone out of town. All hospital fees are taken care of and later pakde Slamet with bi Sona who will pick him up.
Sometimes in Nirmala's heart she thinks her parents don't love her, they prioritize her business over caring for her. Why did his parents treat him this way? Did they really never love her? Did they never worry about their children? But for three days in the hospital, they were always by his side even if only intermittently. All the questions in his mind wandered non-stop.
Nirmala was still holding her phone, she wanted to contact Kevin but then she paused and put it on a small table beside her bed. As if there was an inner bond, Kevin suddenly came. Nirmala then put away her blanket and got up from her bed. He was no longer in the hospital.
"I can barely sleep every night." Nirmala told Kevin.
"Because you've come, can I go home now? So Mr. Slamet and bi Sona don't have to pick me up." Say Nirmala again.
"Mmm ... How is it?" Kevin started joking.
Nirmala pursed her lips and she started to look spoiled making Kevin feel anxious. Yes, let's go home. Kevin finally took Nirmala out of the hospital.
"Ah, how big is your bag. Just three days' stay this much." Said Kevin.
"Sorry to be a hassle." Nirmala.
"Just kidding." Kevin said with a smile.
Kevin just shook his head. She understood, girls do tend to carry more equipment than men. Even if it's in the hospital.
While in the car, Nirmala apologized for her father's remarks last night.
"It's okay." Kevin said as he developed his trademark smile.
Nirmala felt bad, she also did not think that her father could say a slack to Kevin. His father has always been kind and friendly to everyone. It did not feel like they had reached home. Nirmala was packed with slamet and sona who had just left for the hospital to pick her up.
"It's not at home." Said pakde Slamet.
Shortly after seeing Nirmala, Pakde also saw Kevin.
"Eh, there's a nice Den." He said when he saw Kevin.
Kevin gave a smile again and then sat down with pakde Slamet. Today he is late to go to the office on purpose so that he can pick up Nirmala, because Sona's bi said both of Nirmala's parents can not pick her up and instead told Sona's bi to pick Nirmala up.

After finishing cleaning up, Nirmala who had just come out of the hospital immediately went out of the house to look for porridge. He felt that his appetite would be good if he ate porridge. He didn't want to trouble Sona's bi. Nirmala began to step out of the fence without inviting Kevin who was busy chatting with pakde Slamet.
Suddenly his eyes found a chicken porridge cart at the end of the road. He then approached the porridgeer.
"Well, one bowl?" Legally.
This morning the sun is quite friendly, the light is shady does not look angry. Nirmala accidentally meets Tirta. Looks like Tirta skipped school again.
"Tirta, how can you be here?" he was shocked to see the figure of Tirta in front of him and both ordered chicken porridge.
"I'll live around here." Answer Tirta.
Nirmala only realized that Tirta lived not far from her home, it was fitting that she often accidentally met him. But Tirta should be in school.
"You're ditching again?" ask Nirmala.
"You yourself? Lately not seen at school?" Tirta asked back.
Then they laughed. After each porridge was ready, they returned home. Nirmala remembered that Kevin was at home, and she went back to the porridgeist and ordered another bowl. Slowly the sky became brighter.
Arriving home, Nirmala then put the bowl of porridge on the dining table and told Kevin to eat together. Suddenly he remembered his father's words. His father reminded him not to get too close to any man and forbade him to date.
Kevin and I aren't dating, so it doesn't matter. He said to himself.
After preparing his porridge breakfast, Nirmala invited Kevin in and ate together. Nirmala was smiling to herself.
"Why are you smiling to yourself?" kevin was curious.
"What did you say to make you smile like that?" kevin asked, still curious.
"Papa didn't want any other man close to me, didn't you say that to me too, Kevin? turns out you guys have something in common." Nirmala.
"It looks like Papa's jealous." Nirmala said innocently while grinning.
Unlike Nirmala, Kevin had other thoughts. He felt that Nirmala's father didn't like it when his daughter was close to him. Butwhy? Kevin suddenly fell silent.
"Kevin," Nirmala surprised him.
"Why do you daydream so, don't think about it." Nirmala said again.
"Ah, yes." Kevin said while trying to smile.
They then sat together and enjoyed the delicious chicken porridge. After eating, Kevin said goodbye to go home. Kevin still keeps thinking about Nirmala's words, why his father doesn't like it if Nirmala is close to another man. It seemed like something was being hidden by his father. Butwhat?
Kevin's phone rings. Phone call from his private secretary. He told Kevin to come to the office immediately. Without a second thought, Kevin headed to his office.

Arriving at the office, Kevin is shocked by Chika's arrival. It turned out that Chika was the one who forced her secretary to contact her.
"By the way." Chika said as she glanced towards Kevin's secretary.
Kevin understood his point and told his secretary to get out of his study.
"By the way what?" kevin asked as he turned to the window looking towards his office courtyard carrying an odd warmth.
"Your mom wants a birthday?" ask Chika.
Kevin looked surprised. "Yes, next week. You know where it's from?"
"Your mom didn't tell you? He invited me to your house next Saturday. There's a dinner banquet, he said." Answer Chika.
An ice-cold sting suddenly felt enveloping Kevin's body. Her mother doesn't usually invite other people to her birthday.
"What's wrong with Mami, usually Mami doesn't even want to celebrate." Inner Kevin.
"What's wrong with you, Vin?"
Kevin tried hard to dispel the fog in his brain that began to cloud, first when he heard the narration from Nirmala and now dinner with Chika. There can't be nothing, even if there's no connection between the two, but the two make Kevin a little nervous. He had never even felt such a sense of rage before.
"Would you like to come?"
"Because invited, yes come." Chika said with a sweet smile.
"Don't you want me to come?" asked Chika in a soft tone.
Kevin forced a smile.
"Where might I not want you to come."
Chika turned her head and started to approach Kevin. He then held his hand and squeezed Kevin's finger like he was suspecting something.
"Are you afraid Nirmala will misunderstand?" Chika's whisper was right in Kevin's ear.
"No." Kevin replied briefly.
Chika then left Kevin, she saw the uneasiness clearly on Kevin's face. Chika knows her best friend very well and she is satisfied to see Kevin in anxiety, which is exactly what she wants.
Kevin, who had been unable to focus on the day, tried to sit down and lean his head. He's trying to stay calm. But again he remembered Nirmala's words, Nirmala's father's words to be exact. He felt that the path to becoming Nirmala's lover would be obstructed, he could already feel that.
Kevin was silent, not knowing what to say. Something mysterious disturbs his curiosity. However, Kevin did not know where to ask and to whom. Kevin felt blind as if he were in the dark. Never felt that feeling before.

Kevin breathed a sigh of relief after finishing his work. Since morning he had wanted to quickly return home. Working as a chief director gave a huge responsibility on his shoulders. And he had to make up for it by working more than anyone else expected. They consider his position is the best position in a company, yes it is not wrong.
But it is also often mistaken in the interpretation of many people. Many people say a good job will make life easier and more comfortable. On the one hand, the opinion has a point, especially when it comes to finances. But the office must be redeemed with hard work and demand a series of sacrifices as well.
"Will you go home?" ask her private secretary who was also her Junior High friend, a person Kevin strongly believes in.
"Yes." Yeah." Reply Kevin while turning off his laptop and cleaning his desk from the messy files here and there.
"Tumben, it's even 5 o'clock." Secretary said.
"How is Miss Nirmala?" Further.
"There's no need to call him that, nor would he like to hear it." Answer Kevin.
"I feel a little worried after hearing your story. If anyone intends to ...." His secretary did not continue his sentence.
"You don't think I'm worried?" Kevin asked back. "But I don't want to show it in front of him. I don't want him to get anxious, I want him to think that the accident was just an accident that was unintentional. Even if Mala's right, it's terrible."
The secretary nodded.
"So soon Miss Nirmala graduates High School. So, when are you getting married? I'm sure you're not the type to linger." Ask her secretary.
"I don't think it's going to be that fast, he still has to continue his education." Said Kevin.
"Lecture after marriage doesn't that matter?"
Kevin did not respond to the remarks of his secretary anymore, so Kevin did like to share his feelings with his personal secretary who is his close friend as well. He began to step his foot out of the study.
"I'll go home first." Said Kevin.
"Ah, what was I talking about, like a fool. Okay, Vin, sympathy and my prayers are with you. May you succeed in getting Nirmala's heart and your story a happy ending." Said secretary.
Kevin smiled perfectly, making his charm even more sharply swooping.
"Thank you, I need it." Kevin's smile rubbed off on his secretary before he actually left his room.
Kevin never denied his feelings that are always happy every time he met Nirmala. But Nirmala's father's words conveyed to the princess only wayangnya clearly disturb his heart and mind.
Kevin had arrived at the parking lot, he got into his car and started leaving the office. Now despite Kevin's relationship with Nirmala in the sense of being coloured cross, Kevin can not stop and instead love Nirmala more.
He checked his watch and decided to hurry to get to his house before Maghrib. The shadow of Nirmala's smile made her spirit churn in her chest. Not long after that, he arrived at his home. He got out of his car, while walking he took off the suit that had been stuck on his body since morning. His steps steadily left his car, the sound of his shoes echoing typical of his relaxed but excited steps clashing with the floor of his house.
Surprises can happen at any time without being predicted. There was a lot of luck that suddenly greeted. He smiled in satisfaction, not expecting any sweet sight in his house. The person he adored was sitting and chatting casually in the dining room with his mother.
With a confident pace, he approached the girl complete with a seductive smile.
"Mami had invited Nirmala to dinner at home, however Nirmala had thought of her as her own child." Said Kevin's Mother.
"Mommy was so worried when she heard she was hit by a car, thankfully nothing bad happened." Kevin's mother said as she stroked Nirmala's hair.
Kevin then cleaned himself up before finally sitting down to join them. Kevin's mother had been close to Nirmala since childhood, although she was busy but her busyness did not exceed her mother Nirmala who was rarely even at home.
Kevin was so relieved that his mother was so open with Nirmala. But her mother was like that, she was kind to all of Kevin's friends. With her Junior High friend who came from Japan yesterday also her mother welcomed warmly. And again, next week her mother also invited Chika to dinner together.
