055. THE FORGOTTEN COVENANT

"Don't tell me you didn't notice it." Ares walked closer to the table and leaned towards Tania. "You really smiled when you heard what I said."

Tania instantly gave a cold look to Ares. Surely he did not want to answer that he had unconsciously smiled earlier.

"No. I did smile and the reason I smiled was because I thought what you said sounded so funny." Tania.

"What do you mean?"

"First, I don't understand why you said that to me. Second, if the news isn't true why did you let the news continue? And lastly, I don't care at all what you're saying about all that news." Tania Bright. "Now you can get out of here and never get into this room again, especially when I'm here."

Ares stared intently at Tania in annoyance. The young man seemed to be unable to accept the intention of the words of the girl who was looking at him with such a flat gaze.

"Did you remember? You owe me?" Look Ares.

"Debit?" Tania did not understand Ares' words.

"Yes, the debt when I win is because I can write very well and beautifully over the course of the day." Ares tilted the corner of his lips haughtily.

Tania did not answer Ares, the girl noticed him for a moment.

"Your family is very rich, you can ask your parents to enroll you in extra lessons. Usually all rich families do it for their children." Tania.

"Then, how about I pay you?" Look Ares hoping Tania agrees.

"How much? Honestly, your father also offered me the same thing if I managed to get you to graduate later."

Tania did not answer. The girl took her cell phone and did not want to serve Ares further words.

"Why silence?" Ares asked in surprise because Tania had not responded.

"Yes, you can come out now. We had a deal. But don't bother me during break or anything else. After school we can start studying together again." Tania replied without even glancing at Ares and remained focused on the phone screen.

Ares was silent for a moment, the young man was confused as to how, because honestly he still wanted to be in the room. But there was no more reason he could say.

"After school, will we learn?" Ask Ares to make sure.

"Hmmm..." Answer Tania.

"We're going to study at my house again?"

"Hmmm..." Tania still did not answer with the word.

"You don't have an OSIS meeting, do you? If there is I will wait for you. We're going home together, right?" Ares asked with a stare.

With a cold look, Tania turned to Ares to answer the young man's question.

"Now get out of here! Come home later we can go straight to your house to study together. And remember, don't bother me during the next break!!" Tania answered looking coldly at Ares. "Hurry out, or I'll pull my word?!" Tania growled with annoyance at Ares.

As soon as Ares turned around and walked out of the room, not wanting until Tania withdrew all her words.

Looking at Ares who was coming out quickly, made Tania involuntarily smile back. But the girl immediately faded her smile when she realized it.

"What's wrong with me? That idiot really made me feel like a freak!!" Tania murmured by putting on his characteristic flat face.

Ares who came out of the OSIS room got strange gazes from some disciples. But the pair of eyes that looked at him became his focus.

Kayden and Ares are on the roof of the school, standing across from each other. Kayden asked Ares to follow him.

"What's the matter, Master?" Ares asked not understanding why Kayden seemed to want to talk to him.

"Looks like you forgot, should I remind you?" Kayden asked with a serious face.

"I forgot what?"

"I told you you should stay away from Tania. I'll cancel tomorrow's game because you're still getting close to him." Kayden said, livening up a cigarette on the inserts of his lips.

"What?" Ares looks confused.

Ares recalled that he had forgotten about it. Though just yesterday he thought that and asked about it to Kayden.

"A—aku's... I forgot." Ares felt very stupid.

Somehow because seeing Tania who stayed away from him and seemed not to want to approach him made Ares become forgotten about this. He just wants to return as before with Tania, so he forgets the agreement with Kayden.

"Stop approaching him again, otherwise, I won't be competing with you tomorrow." Kayden Excited.

Ares said nothing. He was confused by Kayden's warning. Until the break ended, he was still thinking about what he would do.

The young man had already told Tania that they would study together again, but Ares did not want his match with Kayden to be cancelled. It makes him confused how.

Ares continued to stare at the back of Tania who was sitting on her back to her chair. Though he was happy because the girl finally wanted to learn again with him.

Until the bell rings. Confusion still struck Ares, whether he would go home and study with Tania or tell the girl that he could not do it.

"What are you waiting for? Come on!" Tania stood up and turned to look at Ares.

Some of the students in the class noticed the two of them.

Tania walks out of the classroom, and Ares inevitably follows the girl from behind.

Just out of class, the two of them had become the subject of the gaze of all students and whispered to all of them.

Tania's steps are stopped when passing the Dyara class is located, as well as Ares who only follows her by continuing to be confused about what to do.

They both looked at Dyara who had just dropped out of her class. However, Dyara's appearance makes Tania and Ares feel strange. The girl covered part of her face with a mask.

Dyara was surprised to see Ares and Tania in front of her class.

Many of the disciples there watched them.

"You're sick?" Tania asked Dyara.

Dyara's attitude looks very strange, the girl looks like confusion to answer what.

Ares suspects conformity so he immediately steps closer to Dyara. Without saying anything, the young man removed the mask that covered Dyara's nose and lips.

Ares and Tania were shocked when they saw a bruise on the corner of Dyara's left lip, and even the girl's lip was visibly injured with a tear.

Looking at him, Ares knows what happened to Dyara. All the injuries the girl got from her ex-boyfriend, Shane.

"Why are you getting hurt?" Ask Tania.

"I—ini..." Dyara seemed confused to answer him because many students were also waiting for answers from the things he had been hiding since today at school. "I just fell when—"

"Come with me, I'll teach that bastard a lesson!!" Ares's growl immediately grabbed Dyara's arm and pulled the girl to follow him.

Tania was just stunned to see Ares leaving with Dyara, without saying anything to her.

Everything was further compounded by the negative whispers heard from the disciples who witnessed all this.
