When Hamzah Met Alifa

When Hamzah Met Alifa
My Wife, Not My Servant.

'No need to pick me up later in the afternoon. I can go home by myself.'

Hamzah stared at the message from Alifa for a while. In his heart he felt anxious, especially when he threw a glance out the window.

Black clouds had enveloped the sky. Afternoon news reports that there will be a rainstorm predicted to occur tonight.

Those two things made Hamzah nervous. He was afraid something might happen to Alifa. However, Hamzah also hesitates to invite Alifa.

Hamzah's heart is worried. He was in a very deep state of anxiety. Hamzah took a deep breath and finally he decided to invite Alifa.

Hamzah does not care if later his wife will be angry. So Hamzah also boarded a motorcycle belonging to the Haida family in the trunk.

Along the way, Hamzah accelerated the speed of the vehicle. Until he arrived at the campus gate.

Just then, the students rushed out of the gate. Hamzah stuck out his neck in order to find Alifa among the crowd.

When Hamzah's vision finds Alifa walking with a female friend, Hamzah plans to walk closer to Alifa.

However, at that time Kevin first approached Alifa. Making Hamzah stop in place. Again there was something in Hamzah's heart that made him unhappy.

"Fa, go home with me yuk," Kevin asked.

"No, Kev. I'm going home by myself."

"But it's going to rain. You will be amazed."

"Yes, Fa. Follow aja. Than later you are sick, you know," said Caca support Kevin.

Alifa was silent for a moment. He had already sent a message to Hamzah not to pick him up. Alifa did not know that Hamzah was not far from her.

Seeing Alifa who was just silent, made Kevin impatient. Then he pulled Alifa's hand without permission.

"Come, Fa. Don't think too much! It will rain later."

Alifa who felt tired and wanted to get home soon did not dodge Kevin's invitation. She was silent when Kevin opened the car door for her.

"Come, comein!" kevin said to Alifa that there was a hint of doubt on his face. "Don't be afraid! I won't do anything about you."

Alifa let out a breath. Somehow his heart was a little worried about receiving help from Kevin.

Alifa felt that someone was scouting her and made Alifa feel unsettled.

"Sorry, Kev. I went home on a jolu course," said Alifa in the end.

Kevin's forehead shriveled in confusion. Then he asked. "Lho is ojol? Why don't you just get in my car?"

"No. Sorry huh?" alifa said before she turned around and ran away from Kevin.

Alifa ran away not caring about the cry of Kevin who kept carrying his name. Then he looked for a quiet place to book a taxi online.

But just then, Alifa found someone standing in front of her. Alifa who was looking down at the phone screen finally clucked in annoyance.

He thought the person now standing in front of him must be Kevin.

The man did not give up apparently, Alifa thought inwardly.

Then Alifa looked up from her phone. And he said, "What the hell do you want, Kev?"

However, suddenly Alfa's eyeballs widened perfectly when he found the person in front of him was Hamzah, her own husband.

Then Alifa's forehead shriveled in wonder. He glanced at Hamzah from top to bottom.

"You wanna come over here? Didn't I tell you not to pick me up?"

"I'm worried about you, Fa," Hamzah looked up at the sky for a moment. Then I looked back at Alifa. "We go home yuk. It's raining gedhe."

"No," Alifa refused firmly. "I ordered a taxi online. Pity it if it's cancelled."

Hamzah took a deep breath, trying to be patient with Alifa's cold demeanor. "OK, if that's what you want. I am not alan maksa. I'm just worried you're coming home to rain."

"Ck. Not a little attention-grabbing. I'm not a kid anymore to worry about. I can take care of myself."

Fortunately, an online taxi order for Alifa came so that Alifa could go away from Hamzah.

Hamzah himself immediately boarded his motorbike and followed the taxi car ordered by Alifa. He continued to tail even though he could overtake the vehicle.

One thing that is important for Hamzah at this time is the safety of Alifa. He wants Alifa to survive to the destination.

In the middle of the journey, dense forests flushed the city very heavily. Alifa looked calm in the back seat of the taxi she ordered.

But suddenly, for no apparent reason, Alifa's heart felt guilty. He looked back to see Hamzah.

The man was still a few meters behind the taxi that Alifa was riding in. Guilt lingered in Alifa's heart, especially when she saw Hamzah's body drenched in the rain.

Alifa clucked and immediately dismissed the strange feeling that had lingered in her heart.

"Ck, why should I worry. Who told you to pick me up."

At the big house, the rain did not stop. Even the more swift plus a flash of thunder added to the gripping atmosphere.

Alifa came home with a dry body. Different from Hamzah who was soaked.

Although her husband came home soaked, did not make Alifa heart pity. He remained on his indifference and with a leisurely pace he crossed the middle room.

There was already Haida sitting on a long sofa while reading a magazine. Haida looked up from the magazine she read when Hamzah and Alifa came.

"Hamza? How are you soaking wet? You will get sick later."

"I'm okay, Oma. I also want to change clothes. Excuse me to the room first yes, Oma," said Hamzah who then walked straight to the room.

After that, Haida turned to Alifa who was also about to go to her room. "Alifa, would you please prepare a thick shirt for Hamzah, would you? Keep on don't forget to give him a warm drink."

Alifa stopped her footsteps. He clucked in annoyance as he sighed. Then Alifa turned her body to face Haida.

"Oma, there's a waiter in this house. Why should I tell him anyway?" alifa complained with a sharp eyebrow and folded hands in front of her chest.

"Alifa, you are Hamza's wife. If your husband is soaking wet like that, you show your attitude of attention dong. The wife's heaven is at the feet of her husband, Fa," Haida advised Alifa patiently.

Once again, Alifa took a deep breath. "Oma, anyways who told Hamzah to rain. Alifa told him not to pick up Alifa. But he's just a gecko."

"Alifa!" haida shouted glaring her angry eyes at the granddaughter of the one.

Haida's breathing roared rapidly, Haida's hands clenched tightly, the aura the elderly woman emitted was gripping.

Makes Alifa a little scared. However, Alifa could still mask that fear by being calm.

Then, so that no more bickering between himself and Haida, Alifa chose to give up.

"Yes, yes, Oma. I'll do what Oma wants. Satisfied, Oma?"

In the next instant, Alifa continued her footsteps walking up the stairs to her room. He purposely walked by stomping his feet to vent his anger.

Once in the room, Alifa did not find Hamzah. However, there was the sound of water gurgling from the direction of the bathroom.

So Alifa concluded that Hamzah was bathing. Alifa slammed her bag into the bed. Then he walked to the closet to get warm clothes for Hamzah.

Alifa pulled with just any warm clothes that were in the pile of cabinets. Same with her pants.

Just then, Hamzah came out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around his waist. Alifa hurriedly looked away when she accidentally caught Hamzah half naked.

Then Alifa thrust her clothes without looking directly at Hamzah.

"Now, your clothes," said Alifa briefly. "You put on her shirt while I'm out to get you a hot drink."

"No need" replied Hamzah briefly. "You look tired. Just give you a break. You're my wife, not my servant."
