WIFE TO MY HUSBAND

WIFE TO MY HUSBAND
CHAPTER 40.

A few days have passed since the departure of Adel to his village, but during that time Zidan still looks awkward just alone with Nisa in the house even though there are many servants who mill around.

"Where are you going, Mom?" nisa asked when she saw Zidan was preparing in his room, yes his room and Adel.

"Ah, go to the factory. Something has to be taken care of, said Zidan while taking his phone and putting it in his pocket.

Zidan stepped out of the room, but as he was about to pass Nisa who was standing at the door he stopped.

"What's wrong?" he asked when he accidentally saw the dew in his young wife's eyes.

"Since Mbak Adel left, you've always been away from home, Mas. Whether it's to the factory, to the store or to your mother's house. But not even if you stay at home with me, Mom. Or at least take me where you're going, I'm lonely, Mas."

Zidan sighed, indeed he had these few days kept his distance from Nisa. Not because intentionally but just fear of yesterday's events repeated and again made him unable to calm down.

"Sorry, Nis. But yes, this is how it works. I hope you understand." Zidan spoke softly while stroking Nisa's cheek.

But the cloud in Nisa's face never went away making Zidan feel more guilty. But then one brilliant idea came to his mind.

"If you're bored, how about you take you to the apartment? There's a mother there."

Nisa looked up, a glimmer of hope appearing in her eyes.

"Yes, I want to, Mom." Nisa nodded quickly.

"Yes, get ready. Wait in the car" Zidan said as he left Nisa.

After getting ready with the new clothes that Adel bought some time ago, Nisa descended the stairs impatiently.

Zidan was waiting behind the wheel of the car while checking his phone.

"Come, Mas." Nisa came in and closed the car door.

"Ah, yes. Bismil was bornrahmanirrahim," said Zidan recited a prayer about to travel and began to drive his car slowly.

The car drove at a moderate speed, splitting the densely-looking J city highway creeping through. The screaming weather did not dampen their steps at all.

"Mas, it's hot. Nisa wants it, point Nisa at a booth that sells Boba drinks.

Nisa had long been so eager to drink it when she first saw her ad on neighboring television, when she and her mother were still poor and living in the village.

"OK." Zidan did not ask much and immediately stopped his car in the parking lot of the booth.

"Can you buy it yourself?" ask Zidan.

Nisa shakes. "Nisa doesn't know how to buy in a place like this, Mas. Can I teach you first?"

Zidan nodded and they finally went down together to buy the Boba Nisa wanted.

Nisa's eyes sparkled to see the drink she had long been sowing now plastered real in front of her eyes.

"Mas, buy two?" asked Nisa expectantly.

Zidan nodded. "Pick whatever you like, usually Adel also always take what he likes. And now you have that right too."

Nisa's eyes are getting sparkling, because there is nothing in line so she can freely choose.

"Eh, but .. Is it not papa, Mas? This ... is the price good?" asked Nisa doubtfully.

"No papa, buy it for mom and Alan. God willing, Mas's windfall will even be smooth if Mas's wives are happy."

Nisa pranced cheerfully until the employees at the booth bobbed their heads at her behavior.

Nisa pointed to some menu that had been so tempting in her eyes, and it did not take long finally her order was ready. Zidan offered his debit card to pay and after they came out of there, but again Nisa again saw the food that had long been craved anyway.

"Maas ...."

Nisa wanted to ask Zidan but she hesitated considering that Zidan had spent more than a hundred thousand which for her was a large nominal.

"What's wrong?" ask Zidan while turning around.

Nisa was silent on the spot but her eyes occasionally glanced at a fast-food chicken restaurant on their left side.

"You want that?" ask Zidan.

With hesitation Nisa nodded and in the end Zidan again bought what his wife wanted.

"Thank you very much, Mom." Nisa laughed cheerfully while hugging all the food and drink she so desired was now in her arms.

Zidan nodded and was also happy to see Nisa's happy face just because some foods and drinks that actually cost less for Zidan.

Back they continued the journey to the place where Bu Sekar and Alan were. A few days ago Nisa did call Alan to know their condition and apparently they are fine, he said, Zidan also gave money for them to eat and buy the needs he entrusted to his men who found Bu Sekar.

Arriving there, Nisa immediately knocks on the door while Zidan receives a call first.

"Assalamu'alaikum, Mom! Mama! It's Nisa, Mom!" nisa exclaimed at the door, she seemed to have forgotten that the apartment was soundproofed and that if you wanted to visit you had to press the bell.

Therefore also, many times Nisa yelled calling her mother no sahutan at all from the inside. After resigning, Nisa finally chose to wait for Zidan to finish calling.

"Well, how are you still here?" ask Zidan in wonder.

"Mom didn't answer, Mum. What else is out?" sahut Nisa while drinking one of her bobbins.

It felt so fresh that he forgot that he was upset because he never opened the door.

Zidan's forehead creased deeply and then after he tried to press the doorbell, and it didn't take long for the door to open on the follower with Bu Sekar's face there.

"Zidan's? Nisa?" said Bu Sekar with eyes sparkling with pleasure, he opened the door wider and was seen by Zidan and Nisa Bu Sekar appearance which was like a housekeeper.

"Well, mom, how does gini look? didn't I give you enough money to buy food and clothes?" cecar Zidan was astonished.

It would not be enough for our twenty money that he left in his men if only to buy some clothes and to eat them the next few days until Zidan gave again. If in the corruption of his men, it seems impossible because as long as they work with Zidan they never betray.

"Mom, replied Ma. Why did you become like this?" nisa also saw her mother's hands that looked red and trembling, and there were many plaster in her hands.

Bu Sekar trembled, he was about to answer but was afraid of something. Fortunately, Alan was walking behind him with a bucket and a mop. Seeing Nisa and Zidan up ahead there, he ran over.

"Sir, Mas! Thank goodness you guys came, please help us get out of here."
