After Devano pushed the emergency button, it only took a few minutes for the doctor and nurse to come to Ciara's room.

"Please let the others out of this room first" said one of the sisters to parents Ciara and Daddy Tian who were still in the room who were also as panicked as Devano. But how else, they should get out as soon as possible according to the sister's orders. And after the departure of the three of them, in the room only Devano left who continued to be beside Ciara, calming his beloved wife and also the doctor and nurse on duty.

"Okay, the opening was perfect. We move Miss Ciara to the delivery room right now," said the doctor and without waiting for a long time the sisters who were there immediately moved to push Ciara's gurney out of the room. Followed by Devano who continued to hold Ciara's hand.

When the gurney came out, Al and Mommy Nina returned with food for the people waiting for Ciara's delivery.

"Mama," muttered Al when he saw the face of Mama and Papa who were showing different facial features plus around his parents there were doctors and nurses. This made Al feel worried. And when he wanted to run after those who had started to stay away, Al's body was forcibly carried by Papa Julian.

"Descending Al, Opa. Al wants to go with Mama, Papa," said Al while rebelling to get off Papa Julian's sling.

"Al calm down baby" said Papa Julian.

"Al'd like to come with them Opa."

"Yes dear. We go there, but Al is calm first" said Daddy Tian trying to help his arm to win Al.

For a while, Al was finally able to calm down as well and at that time two pairs of parents from Ciara and Devano plus Al who were held by Papa Julian put their feet into the maternity room which was grateful on the floor the room was available so they did not have to bother to go downstairs.

When it was in front of the delivery room, the door was closed tightly and occasionally only a nurse came in and out of the room.

"Where is Mama?" al asked when he did not see his parents around him.

"Papa Sama Mama inside babe. Dedek baby will soon be born and meet all of us," explained Mama Mila.

"Al wants to go inside" pinta Al who is still in Papa Julian's arms.

"Can't be darling. If Al enters later the same doctor nurse can not focus on helping the baby out of the stomach Mama," said Mommy Nina.

"But why can Papa come in?"

"Because Papa Mama's partner so Papa must accompany Mama. Al stay here, baby. Doain Mama from here. Hopefully Mama and baby grandpa can get through this process safely" said Mama Mila. Al looked silent but after that he nodded his head with eyes fixed on the door of the room.

While in the delivery room, Ciara was ready to push accompanied by Devano who continued to hold Ciara's hand and the other hand he used to stroke Ciara's head.

"For the count of three, the mistress will push yes," said the doctor who was already in his position. And weakly Ciara nodded her head.

"Okay we start. One, two, push the madam!" the doctor's orders.

And with all his might Ciara tried to start straining with Devano's hand as his reinforcement.

"Arkhhhh" said Ciara.

"good. Take another breath and push!"

"Let's love you can. You're a strong woman. Don't just give up, remember there's a baby girl waiting for us to pet her" whispered Devano right in Ciara's ear. And occasionally his hand that had been above Ciara's head, he used to wipe the sweat of his wife who had begun to wet Ciara's beautiful face.

"Take another breath madam." Ciara began to take a deep breath.

"And push now!"

"Arkkhhhhhh!" erang Ciara and not for a long time the sound of the cry of a little angel was heard in the ears of Devano and Ciara.

"Successfully. Congratulation masters and mistresses of baby girls are born safely without the slightest defect," said the doctor after that he put a baby girl in Ciara's arms to do IMD or often called Early Breastfeeding Initiation. While the doctor who had handed over the baby immediately returned to complete his task.

Not inferior to the birth of Al first, Ciara was now crying out in tears. He did not expect that he would again feel the birth process as it is today after 6 years ago. He doesn't even have a picture of any of this. He used to have no intention of even married and will only live alone with Al alone but look at the fate that has been written as if he did not let himself feel any longer the slump. So that he now feels the joy and bitterness of a household with a man he once hated. Even that fate has also allowed him to return to have a baby with the same man. It was a painful beginning but it ended with beauty and Ciara now only hopes that this beauty will last long until death determines their next destiny.

While Devano who saw his daughter for the first time was no less touched by Ciara even he was now crying bitterly behind the niche of Ciara's neck.

"Thank you dear thank you," muttered Devano interrupted by his cries. He could not speak anymore just a thank you speech that he could get out of his lips by peeping all over Ciara's face. It doesn't matter if the nurse and the doctor see what she's doing right now.

Ciara smiled when she saw the face of Devano who always accompanied her earlier. Very different indeed the atmosphere when she used to give birth to Al and baby girl. If he used to fight alone then this time he was accompanied by a man whom he loved very much.

"Thank you for the support and the spirit, dear" Ciara replied.

Devano nodded with tears dripping. Ciara's hand that saw the tears immediately moved her hand to wipe away her husband's tears.

"Baby girl is not crying. But why is the current Papa even crying," said Ciara.

Devano poked his lips.

"It's a cry must be dear" said Devano. Ciara chuckled at the look on Devano's face which was very funny to her.

"Oh yeah try here I see your hand." Ciara grabbed Devano's hand that he held earlier and how surprised he was when he saw the hand filled with scratches and even blood coming out of the scratch.

"God. Sorry dear. I didn't realize it was your claw" Ciara said.

"It's okay baby. This is not how much pain you feel earlier," said Devano and again kissed Ciara's forehead.

"Thank you dear." Devano just nodded and smiled widely.

"Sorry to disturb the ladies and gentlemen. The baby let me clean it first and then I hope the master to prosecute his baby after it is cleaned," said the nurse slowly taking the baby girl from Ciara's chest.

"Well Sus," said Devano.

The nurse who brought the baby girl was gone behind the bathroom door to clean the newborn baby. While other doctors and nurses have resigned after making sure Ciara and baby are safe.
