Ciara became increasingly unsettled when the nurse and the doctor were still in and out of the room with a face that looked worried about the state of his patients.

"Oh Allah I beg you, save Devano. Dev, I know you're strong so hold on for me and Al" muttered Ciara for the umpteenth time.

When Mommy Nina and Daddy Tian started to approach her, all the nurses and doctors who were treating the patients inside had now come out.

"Dok, how's the patient inside?" Tanya Ciara stopped the doctor who wanted to leave.

"I'm sorry for the patients inside we can't help anymore." Ciara shook her head in disbelief at the doctor's words earlier.

"No, no way. Doctor don't lie" cried Ciara as she pulled the doctor's suit.

"Sorry madam, we've tried our best but God wills otherwise."

Ciara's heart seemed to be hit by various sharp objects simultaneously. All the bones in his body seemed to be broken and made himself now collapse, falling on the floor with tears that dripped without stopping.

"No, no way!" Shouted Ciara hysterically.

Mommy Nina and Daddy Tian who saw Ciara's body sitting on the floor in a state of chaos and being calmed by several sisters immediately ran fast towards Ciara.

Then he immediately hugged Ciara's body.

"What's the matter, baby?" Ask Mommy Nina.

"Dev, Mommy. Dev!"

"Hey, baby, Dev why?"

Don't ask Mommy Nina how she reacted? He looked silent, as was the case with Ciara. He also couldn't believe what he was listening to.

And Ciara, though, he slowly approached the corpse and when he reached the side of the gurney with his hands shaking violently he slowly opened the cloth that covered the face of the corpse and when the cloth was opened.

"No, no way. Dev wakes up, don't joke Dev. It's not funny Dev, really not funny at all. Wake now!" Shouted Ciara while shaking the body of Devano who was lying lifeless.

"I said wake up. Build Dev. Don't be like this I beg you. Don't stay with me Al. Al still needs you. Didn't you promise to be with us both? But where is that promise now? Promise must be made by you, Dev. Wake Dev!" Raung Ciara is endless.

The more hysterical Ciara, the more, Mommy Nina was getting stronger again and finally her body fell unconscious in the arms of Daddy Tian who was outside looking tough but in her heart also crying over the loss of her only son.

Daddy Tian now carried Mommy Nina's body to the empty gurney in the room and after Mommy Nina's body was laid, one of the doctors immediately helped the master to wake up from his stupor.

While Daddy Tian now approached Ciara who was still crying hysterically with his chatter.

"Calm down son. Ikhlaskan Dev went home, maybe this is the way and maybe this all can also make up for all his mistakes in the past. Rest assured, Dev is now very happy because he has tried to fight for you and Al. Although he cannot keep his promise to you and Al to accompany you for real but at least he accompanies you in your heart. God loves him more than we do" Daddy Tian said.

"Please Cia, Dad. You all stay away from Devano. Don't touch anything on his body and the gurney. Away now!" Shouted Ciara who did not make it out of Daddy Tian's strong embrace.

The doctor had hesitated because he could not bear to see Ciara who was very hysterical like that.

The doctor again just nodded and when the gurney began to push, there was a knock on the door that made the doctor and the nurse stop the push.

"Mama! Hiks," Al now ran towards Ciara who was wiping her tears quickly. He might go crazy when there's no Al by his side but he'll try harder when Al is here.

Daddy Tian slowly released his embrace from Ciara's body, then quickly turned his face so that the tears that had been held no one saw him.

Ciara poked her body and hugged Al's body very tightly as the child hit her body.

"Hiks, Al wants to see Papa, Ma. Al wants to see Papa, ", said Al repeatedly.

Ciara bit her lower lip, she couldn't pretend to be as tough as Daddy Tian. He was really weak now even more so when he heard Al's cry as if he knew Devano's situation before he told him.

Ciara sighed many times before she let go of her embrace and stared fixedly at Al's face.

"Al want to see Papa?" Al nodded strongly.

"But Al promised not to cry when you see Papa later."

Al looked silent and a moment later hesitated.

Ciara now carries Al's body into his carrier, then he walks towards the gurney which only shifted a few inches from before.

And after arriving, Ciara sat Al's body beside Devano's body, then he re-opened the cloth.

"Papa," called Al while hugging Devano.

"Al kangen Papa's. Hixes. Papa when do you wake up? Why does Papa sleep? Is Papa angry with Al because Al was naughty yesterday to fall down the stairs, so Papa does not want to see Al again? Maafin Al who was naughty and did not listen to what Papa and Mama said. Maafin Al, Papa. Al promise not to be naughty anymore. Hiks Papa wake up!" Shouted Al who was upset because his words were not answered by Devano.

Al was silent for a moment and looked at Ciara's face.

"Why doesn't Papa's heart have a voice, Ma? Wouldn't a living person have a voice on his chest?" Al asked who started to get suspicious while re-establishing his body.

Ciara now stroked Al's hair gently.

"Al see Mama, son. Listen carefully to what your mother says. Al's a strong boy, isn't he?" Al nodded innocently.
