73. Vase Throw

Atep POV

One tense second. I saw Alena's facial expression after seeing what Evangeline did.

A flower vase floated towards me. Lucky I managed to avoid the toss.

I heard Evangeline's laughter echo before she left my room.

“Len..”.

“Your lips are no longer holy,” he snapped.

Ah, woman. I no longer know how to defend myself. I'm resigned. I sat in the work chair resting my body which felt very tired. Then I looked at Teh Iyah with her blank look.
