A hundred white chains appeared from above the ground to in the empty air all of which shot out at high speed towards the Dragon Occidens who were just about to let the gravitational pull pull pull it back upwards

With a total of 100 chains piercing and wrapped around it, Witch Rosemary also managed to curb the Dragon Occidens in the middle of the air without letting it be able to do anything because there is also a chain that holds the neck and also closes the jaw so as not to open.
